2221  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: goldshell.org REVIEW!! SCAM WEBSITE DO NOT ORDER! on: February 17, 2022, 09:32:17 PM
I checked their Twitter account and found that there are good enough followers in that account, they may have bought that follower somehow or they were bought the account.

Look carefully. The Twitter account is actually the official account of goldshell.com (https://twitter.com/goldshellminer) . The goldshell.org scammers just forgot to remove it from their clone site
The also have a fake telegram account - https://t.me/goldshell_miners

The original one is - https://t.me/goldshell_miner
2222  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: bitcoinpaperwallet.com - scam still alive? on: February 17, 2022, 08:56:34 PM
The website in question turned into a scam after its ownership was changed in 2018 and is probably still owned by the same scammer.
What I don't understand is why canton handed over such a sensitive and popular website to new owners who reputation was still unknown?

Why didn't he just put down the whole project if he could not proceed, supporting it?
I mean, that's a honeypot for scammers. It was a just a matter of spending a few thousands of dollars to buy it and then later scam the hell out of some many users who used the site
2223  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: HOW TO EARN MERIT POINT on: February 17, 2022, 08:37:06 PM
Look at your post history, compare it with this member's post history, for example

Don't you see a huge difference?
You have never contributes anything positive in the forum except posting bounty links, and you expect to earn merits? Nope you won't.
2224  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: That's it! I found secure and easy platform to buy Crypto on: February 16, 2022, 09:58:56 PM
I think the real link for oobit website mate is oobit.com not a pancakeswap swap url like what you inserted above.
He was probably trying to share a link of the token swap on pancakeswap like any shiller would do so that you rush to buy the shitcoin  Grin

but Google says oobit is a trusted platform as well.
How so?

Can you show us how google says that the platform is trusted?
2225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: February 16, 2022, 09:48:43 PM
Bayern Munchen has so far been very surprising after conceded 1 goal from Salzburg. Bayern haven't managed to score yet although I think they deserved to win this match, but there's still time to see them turn things around.
Could Red Bull Salzburg be the dark horses of this season's UEFA Champion's League tournament?

Bayern Munich have just equalized in the dying minutes of the match, but you never know with the unpredictability of Football, especially with tournaments like UCL. Second leg awaits.

If it goes 0-2, then I think it's done. No chance in Liverpool for Inter.
it is 0-2 now.
2226  Economy / Reputation / Re: Do you think this project shady? on: February 16, 2022, 09:36:28 PM
I read through their ANN - https://ninjastic.space/post/59140439

It's a scam. In fact, it's way of collecting user details such as email addresses if you look at one of the registration forms - https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf82mgbYgUAmk8kTb9ItjmcNZ73_0g3-Jg03uDyADlJ8P45YA/viewform

I don't know why people still waste time with bounties and airdrops. Total waste of time.
2227  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Index Fund on Cryptocurrency on: February 16, 2022, 08:52:41 PM
For example, there is the  NASDAQ CRYPTO INDEX (NCI)  tradable on NASDAQ - https://www.nasdaq.com/crypto-index
That's one option, but a total dogshit index that's for sure. Imagine holding LTC, BCH, and XLM.
True, it's probably the reason they are not so popular.

FTX has a number of them, but most have $0 trading volume in the last 24 hours  Grin
Perhaps this signals that the idea of trading Crypto Index funds is not worth pursuing at the moment due to low liquidity. Imagine purchasing them and then failing to sell of because the buy orders are not there or are so low.
2228  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 15, 2022, 09:59:14 PM
I find Mathijs de Ligt's situation difficult to estimate. When he left Ajax, the whole world wanted him, he could go anywhere, but now I think he makes a poor impression at Juventus, And on top of that, Juventus also let it down in the competition. De Ligt seems to be standing still and that boy needs successes to give his career new impulses. Maybe Man City eg Juventus don't just let players go.
I doubt if he would revive his career at Machester City if he went there, especially with Guardiola's squad rotation policies. Players like Mathijs de Ligt need regular play time in order to shine, and he can't get such regular play time in most big clubs maybe midrange clubs.
2229  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread -- 2021/22 Round of 16! on: February 15, 2022, 09:39:30 PM
However, PSG will be under more pressure than Real Madrid.
Under more pressure?
Are you watching the match, or you are just guessing?
PSG has been piling a lot of pressure on Real Madrid. The only difference is that they haven't scored yet.

Because their midfielder Sergio Ramos will not be due to injury.
Since when has Sergio Ramos been a midfielder for PSG?  Grin Sergio has been a Center-Back defender for ages.
2230  Other / Meta / Re: Timer for searching 90 seconds?? Also 360 post rule? Update Requests on: February 13, 2022, 09:33:42 PM
With the 90 second search block timer I am still wondering if this has been brought to the mods or any of the developers attention and or is on a list of updates to be made? Or has now need changed to be less time to wait between a Search? Which I can only assume is to slow down users on the website when there is a lot of traffic? If that’s the case, I’m sure there would be a work around to fix this and remove or reduce it to a more appropriate timer of 1-10 seconds but really it shouldn’t be there again unless it serves another purpose.??
The 90-second search block timer is there for a reason. The admin did not just set it up by mistake, did he?

If you are waiting for any modification of sorts in that field in this current forum software, then I suggest you are better off waiting for Jesus to come back. I have already recommended to you the solution of using third party websites, but you seem to be so reluctant about it.
2231  Other / Meta / Re: Recover hacked account. on: February 13, 2022, 09:17:02 PM
I've used several wallets, but now I can't access any of them because my phone has been broken for a long time.
You mean you don't have any single private key or seed phrase of the addresses you used in the past?

What you did was a bad practice, my friend. You always must back up your addresses outside your device.

Quote
I only have the email I used when registering this account to the forum, this is probably the only option I have at the moment as I can't access the wallet.

Is there any other way to recover it? I hope someone can help.
The original email address alone could help but I can't guarantee. I also never had a staked address when my account was hacked but managed to get it recovered. You can also try your luck. Here was my experience - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5099552.msg49313923#msg49313923

The proof of addresses gives you higher chances of recovering your account, though.
2232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: What's wrong with Coinsbit exchange on: February 13, 2022, 08:56:31 PM
Its been 3 weeks that I've submitted my KYC information to coinsbit exchange and till date it's still under process, a friend of mine had account on the exchange and withdrawal is processed everyday, why would they decide not to approved new users because I'm not the only one complaining.
Why are you even sending your sensitive documents to the exchange. The exchange is a scam

Here are some scam accusations opened against them
> COINSBIT.IO SCAM EXCHANGE + PONZI SCHEME !!!
> coinsbit.io has taken all my funds without any explanation, looks like SCAM
> Notification: Coinsbit/BTCU project
> BEWARE: Coinsbit Scammers Create Their Own Investbox (Yobit style)
2233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: That's it! I found secure and easy platform to buy Crypto on: February 13, 2022, 08:39:42 PM
If you must shill about a platform, then at least be honest with what you say. It's a centralized exchange and also ask for KYC. What new future do they offer compared to the likes of Coinbase, crypto.com etc

There's nothing secure about it. Any bug or exploit can be utilized by hackers to steal funds. Even Binance, the so-called world largest exchange, was hacked.
2234  Other / Meta / Re: Recover hacked account. on: February 13, 2022, 08:14:38 PM
Is there a solution to restore it?
Yes, just follow instructions in the link Charles-Tim has shared

Quote
I currently have the option to lock this account via the link the forum sent to my email.
You can lock it for now it avoid the hacker from using the account

Quote
But I don't know how the next process will be because all the bitcoin addresses that I have used I can't access. Do you have a solution for me?
Please look for an old Bitcoin address of yours you have ever posted in this forum and sign a message. It's one of the best ways of proving ownership of the account
2235  Other / Meta / Re: Incorrect and unjustified deleted messages from 1xbit participants on: February 13, 2022, 07:49:44 PM
That is what you get for making shit posts. Instead of whimpering about the "Mods" are unfair towards the 1xbit signature shit posters, improve your post quality. Most of the 1xbit accounts are stolen and farmed alt accounts controlled by a few individuals to make money out of the stupid casino. So the post quality is so poor since the people behind the accounts have to make so many posts from the different alt accounts. The gambling board is in so much of a mess because of the 1xbit shit posters.

I applaud the mods on the great work done.
2236  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: February 13, 2022, 07:08:04 PM
I think that his best destination will be Real Madrid. Because, you know, there are not much competition in Spanish League nowadays.

And Kylian Mbappé moving to Real Madrid can also benefit him if they both play together they can complement each other's playstyles very well. But I am not sure what is going to happen. Money obviously is going to be a big factor here.
Also, let's not forget the Benzema factor. Though he's aging, Benzema is still one of Real Madrid's most important player. For Haaland to move to Real Madrid, he must be ready to compete with the big man for that front spot.

While at City, he could almost become their first choice striker instant, though Pep is so unpredictable at times with his rotation policy.

Maximiman deserves to play for a bigger team, he creates too many chances  in a single game
Why look for a big club yet Newcastle has a potential of being a big club in a few years time with all the money they have?
2237  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 13, 2022, 06:50:43 PM
Yah when checking the previous match played on 21st Nov 21 between Barcelona and Espanyol, Barcelona won the match with 1:0. Even Barc had challenges in scoring more goals. But yes now Barc is with best players and the team is doing fantastic jobs in the recent matches. Hope Barc should score 4:1 or 4:2 and win tomorrow's match. Atletico Madrid has a lot chance to win next match against Levante and hold its 4th place much firm. Barcelona might move over Atletico Madrid and hold 4th place well soon if it keeps up its best performance.
I don't know what your time zone is, but the Barcelona Vs Espanyol match is there tonight (Sunday) though, not tomorrow. The Local derby proves to be problematic to Barcelona at times and my predication is the match might either end as a 1-1 draw and a small margin win for Barcelona.
2238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacked Wallet please help - Bounty Offered on: February 13, 2022, 06:37:10 PM
So I checked through the address again and the ETH has already been spent by now. It looks like OP was not the only victim of the scam. There are other addresses that have been labelled as phishing addresses that have been sending in stolen tokens from other sites

Labelled phishing addresses
1. https://etherscan.io/address/0x5ccce837b41dbd2ad74882889749517935741390#tokentxns
2. https://etherscan.io/address/0xb699dab9b3f981a01abc0474f085427d20d0d602#tokentxns

There was a transaction of ETH from Binance. Maybe OP can try and follow it up with Binance using this transaction ID

2239  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Index Fund on Cryptocurrency on: February 13, 2022, 05:50:52 PM
I have seen some of them, especially on trading view. The reason there is not so much information about them is probably because they are unpopular, but trading view can help you discover some of them under the crypto or index section.

For example, there is the  NASDAQ CRYPTO INDEX (NCI)  tradable on NASDAQ - https://www.nasdaq.com/crypto-index
Bitwise 10 Crypto Index Fund (BITW) tradable on FTX-  https://bitwiseinvestments.com/crypto-funds/bitw/ but the 24-hour trading volume is just $123  Shocked

I see a number of other indices available on FTX.

You just have to do a small research and read about them
2240  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Where comes and how exchanges gets the bitcoins that I buy? on: February 11, 2022, 09:53:22 PM
From the exchange's hot or cold wallets. Remember, you are not the only person participating in the trades through the exchange. While you are trying to buy the Bitcoin, There are some people out there who are also trying to sell off their Bitcoins for cash. So the Bitcoins they sell may temporarily be keep in hot or cold wallets waiting for you to make your purchase order so that they get transferred to you.
