The lottery also promotes winning "up to" the millions of dollars touted in the jackpot advertisements, but is the fact that you never win the jackpot proof that the lottery is rigged? No, it's evidence that the odds of winning it are minuscule, which should be assumed logically for any jackpot style game. The same is true here. You should not be assuming that winning the top prize is a common occurrence, and the advertisement of winning "up to $200 every hour" is 100% factually accurate, the same as the advertisement of winning the jackpot for the lottery despite the fact that the overwhelming majority of people never do.

I'm stlll curious if anybody has hit 10000 before? I asked it previously and nobody had claimed that they had. I don't want to go through all the posts to check. Anybody know?

The first person to post a screenshot of their 10,000 win just did today: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=341659.msg16578536#msg16578536

Those who are still claiming this faucet as scam please stop doing so because I had rolled 10k today on the Freerolls and won 0.3BTC from the site. Read the topic wetsuit posted here - and take a look at my big win.

This site has been paying well since ages and continues to do so even in the era where most faucets run dry.

Thanks for the 200$ on first claim this morning admin!

Wow, that's fantastic. I've never seen anyone claim to have won it. I'm always wondering about the odds of hitting it, because it seems certain that they are not 1/10,001 as you would think. None of the math geniuses who can convert the hash into numerals has ever ventured to help solve the problem, but I digress.

Thanks for posting your win. Now we all know it is possible.

Yes, I find it very strange that I have highlighted here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=320959.new#new that NOBODY has ever won the $200 hourly faucet payout, and BANG it just happens within the same week. The timing for that was impeccable to say the least. ^Rofl^

Well, What more can I say now that we have our FIRST supposed $200 hourly winner.  Undecided ^fishy smell^

One of these days, we might see our first Lottery winner too, because nobody has ever reported that they have won that. ^LoL^

Congratulations to the winner, your timing was perfect. ^hahahaha^

People have been wondering about the $200 winners  far longer than your post about the $200 winners. There's nothing suspicious about the coincidental timing of your post and the winner. As far as you know, there is one winner, however since a micro-fraction of the site's over one million users actually post about their claims, it's highly unlikely this is the only $200 winner. Assuming that he faked a winner to answer your trolling is placing a lot more importance on yourself than anyone else would venture to grant you.

OK, prove me wrong then, and post any link to a post where a user of Freebitco.in reported that they have won $200 from the faucet payouts. You will not find anything, because I did a thorough search. I even searched with Google and used Google translate to translate discussions in other languages on other forums, not related to Bitcointalk. I could not find one post or mention being made, that someone have won the maximum amount in the FREE PLAY.

I have also used every aspect of this site, from the Ad's to the multiplier and Lotto and charity and still feel that this site is one of the best faucets we have ever had, but I have my doubts about the system being 100% above board.

You see this as trolling, I see this as open debate. ^hmmmm^

Again, you're under the false assumption that anyone who wins is going to go and post it somewhere. You're also assuming your inability to find a post, if it exists, is indicative of an event never happening. Neither assumption logically proves anything you're claiming, and furthermore, since you're the one making wild accusations, the burden of proof is on you to substantiate your claims.

The "trolling" was the tone you took in your post in which you assumed that your logical leaps equated to indisputable facts, and proceeded to talk down for a position of claimed superiority that was not warranted.
2223  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: October 20, 2016, 12:41:28 PM
hey man. I love your site.

Lost shed loads of btc there. But no biggie. I won recently 1.74 BTC Cool  . My question is : are you willing to offer maybe investing in your site like on dice sites?

Quite a few people have been asking about this so I have been considering offering an investment option. However, it won't be as straight forward as just investing in the bankroll, I was planning to offer "profit share" tokens that users could buy to share in the profits of the website. Not sure how much interest there would be in such a thing.

I would venture to guess this would be a popular feature, but I would rather see the site stay privately owned and run. Once you instigate outside "ownership" stakes, the independence of the operation is not as sound as you have shareholders to please rather than doing what is best for the site. On top of that, there's no way the investment can ever pay off for shareholders. If they make a profit on their investment in the site, that's money you've lost that could have been solely your profit. It is only in your interest to sell interests in the site if people could never possibly recoup the cost of buying in, because that would maximize YOUR revenue generated from the site. The only time a business should sell interests to the public is when they legitimately need the funding to expand the business to make it more profitable. Selling interests just for the sake of selling interests, absent a real business need to raise funding, calls into question the motivation of doing so. As for market "demand," people invested in bitcoin are unsophisticated investors and pretty bad at evaluating fiscal decisions. They would buy a stake in just about any bitcoin business touted here. Just because you could sell interests in the business doesn't mean you should, as it would be taking advantage of a rather dull investor class that thinks they're going to get rich buying bitcoin and investing in bitcoin businesses.

For all these reasons, I would rather see the integrity of the site and you as the owner remain above question, which it currently is, by keeping the ownership of the site private.
2224  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: October 20, 2016, 12:30:30 PM
I sincerely appreciate freebitco for standing out thus far over time. They got a good work going but i still have somethings against them. Freebitco is having a cheating bot. This is very evident in their multiply btc section. I will come back to this. Now lets take a consideration of their free roll. I know very well that the site is giving free bitcoins every hour which is too good but does no one actually think there should be a high level of fairness in their bot settings? It seems the bot watches what you roll and then readjusts your outcome to favour the site rather. I think i heard or read somewhere that the highest roll is 10000 or so if am not mistaken.... but is that suppposed to be absolutely possible that no one could roll 3xxxx, 4xxxx, 6xxxx, 9xxxx, etc. Inotherwords cant people keep rolling about six digits numbers which in many cases would even be higher than 10000 and thats gives one the lucky payout of that six digits? Why i say this about the bot manipulating the numbers is that many times i roll and while it tries to end with a six digit numbers, the bot immediately re-roll again to give me a five digit number.... this isnt fair. Getting numbers above 10000 is not supposee to be a difficult task if someone should roll even for just 50 to 100 times. Then what about those who have rolles for over 500 times and have never gotten 10000. Its hard to believe. Please admin, you are already doing a nice job and already being benevolent, please, try as much as possible to ensure that your benevolence is not questionable due to the attitude of your bot concerned with this section.

Coming back to multiply btc section.... the attitude of your bot is questionable. Just as i said berore, you are doing a great job giving out free coins where everyone relies on luck. On multiply btc, i hear some persons say that they got drained totally withing 10minutes or thereabout on a deposite above 10,000,000 while their bet is set at 0.00000001 on auto. Even a deposite of 1000000 cannot on a fair play squander your cash in 20 minutes using same multiply setting. And if this is true, of which i am not doubting, then your bot is cheaping on users to the favour of admin. Beside, admins manipulates and sets the bot's attitude. Hence, admin are cheating on users indirectly... that is so so wrong. Please let fairness be fairness. Its only that users cannot see the other end of the bot else everyone would get to know about the foul play.

Over to my experiences.... though i dont multiply on auto but i multiply on manual.. hence, reason for my doubt of that word "provably fair". That wors is only a deception even though we are getting free bitcoins. No one would ever succeed to convince me that i would ever bet on HI and then roll over 15 times only to be getting LO LO LO LO outcome..... on a bot that rolls fairly? thats never true except if something is involved and yes something is involved..... YOUR BOT IS CHEATING. Now would you imagine that while i keep getting a series of LO outcome when i bet HI for fifteen consecutive times, it would seem the system is just set to give you LO outcomes only to discover that you the moment you just decide to bet LO maybe the sixteenth time, the bot gives you a HI outcome and you still keep losing... what explanation would best suit such a fair outcome.

Besides, what always happen is that the moment you change your bet mayb from HI to LO or LO to HI, while you keep betting on a either HI or LO.... once you change, the roller would roll for over three seconds and above whereas while you were betting and losing, it takes just a second to roll. Is this attitude not also questionable? Why does the roller do that.... does it mean as you change your bet the bot knows you would win and then it starts recalculating the digits so it gives you the opposite of your bet and you keep losing? Once again, there is no better word to describe this acts but cheating.

Finally, i discovered that whenever i bet with a large amount, i may win the first time or lose and probably win same amount the second time expecially when i play alternatively. Remember i said i only play manual. But as you keep trying your luck you begin to lose and lose and lose and lose even when u play alternatively BUT immediately you change your amount to a very very very small amount, you win. What is really happening.... does it mean freebitco and its bots do not support huge amount betting? I just cant believe this because i have never experienced this on another faucet i have played multiply. On freebitco, you keep losing till you account is empty or significantly reduced except if some supernatural powers are on your side. No one needs a supernatural power over what is said to be fair. I keep doubting that word provably fair cause your bot cannot only keep producing losing server seeds when the amount to win or lose is fat. Once again this is a cheat.

Please check the server seeds your bot produces and if the behaviour of your bot has been tampered with, then correct it please. Let it be fair indeed as promised. No one has to go verify rolls.... that is just childs play because it will still show the same result since the server seed is hidden and decided by freebitco via its bots in accordance to its maipulated behaviour. So we dont actually need to verify anything. We just need fairness and your bot stops cheating when it has to do with large amounts.

Once again, i love you freebitco. Thanks for reading.

I don't think you understand at all how the "rolls" work. You're not rolling a number, you're rolling a hash in sha-256. That hash is then converted into a decimal number mathematically, which is displayed to you as the number you see on your screen. The "roll" you see is just a generic animation. Your "roll" is determined before those numbers begin displaying to you, and they're pre-determined to show you whatever the decimal number is that your hash mathematically converts to. By the time those numbers begin spinning and revealing themselves to you, your "roll" is already determined. Nothing about the animation is random or undetermined at that point. On top of that, your hash is provably fair, and you can independently verify that it was fair and converts to the number your "roll" shows you.

As for the multiply section, the house edge is 5%. This is rather large in arena of dice sites. It's not a place that favors the gambler. All your anecdotal evidence is first, all hearsay and low value information, but more importantly, completely in line with a site with such a large gambler disadvantage.

2226  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: October 20, 2016, 04:16:06 AM
I would say Bitcoin for now. Simply because it haven't reach it's mature stage yet unlike gold. You might be able to earn a lot more in Bitcoin until it gets more mature.

But the risk is greater with Bitcoin. It can get worthless if some new bug or a better altcoin is discovered. There is no such risk associated with gold. It will remain as a valuable asset.

Also consider that altcoins aren't "discovered," they are created. The risk is higher because mismanagement by the Bitcoin foundation creates a market opportunity for an altcoin to seize market share by being more innovative than Bitcoin. At this point, Bitcoin is an unwieldy bureaucracy. Change is not easy or without a great deal of controversy because of how much money is at stake. Bitcoin is not nimble or adaptable, and the larger it becomes, the less so it will become.
2227  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: October 17, 2016, 08:22:23 PM
Guy who runs it is a standup guy. I have no concerns about him not coming back. I was just making sure he knew something was wrong and both sites were currently inaccessible. I think he mentioned DDOS earlier. And lots of fraud with the doge site apparently. Perhaps related.
2228  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: October 17, 2016, 07:16:35 PM
I'm getting "internal server error" on both the btc and doge site. Says to contact the site administrator. Anyone else having connectivity issues recently? It's been working all day for me until just now.

2230  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: October 16, 2016, 12:10:06 PM
Put it this way: gold is vastly superior to Bitcoin at his point and it has not replaced the USD. In fact, the dollar replaced gold in this country. And whatever reason you attribute that to, inherent superiority or government mandate, expect that to be the same reason that Bitcoin will not be replacing the USD.
2231  Economy / Economics / Re: How would you double $100,000 safely? on: October 16, 2016, 12:06:11 PM
To give an example :

$ 100,000 to invest in the stock market
Interest in the 1st year $ 36,000
Capital: $ 136,000
Interest in the 2nd year: + 40800
Capital: $ 176,000

This is my day job and I can guarantee that this is feasible for any experienced trader!

So you can double $ 100,000  almost two years..
however you must have the knowledge of the profession and years of experience

36% annual ROI? Not even the worlds greatest hedge funds put up those kinds of numbers consistently (or anywhere near predictably enough to bank on it), and they are staffed with the most mathematically brilliant people on the planet. So I can't possibly take this claim seriously. If you had this type of skill, you'd be a billionaire and wouldn't be wasting your time posting on this board.
2232  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: October 16, 2016, 11:56:38 AM
if you are looking to investment of money in bulk amount then invest about half of your money in the gold and half of the money in the btc sites likes at casino sites in small small amount .
I've never heard feedback from someone who invested in gold and bitcoin simultaneously, is it they get a double advantage? What if I only have a little capital alone. Can I use gold and bitcoin for my investments? What do you think ?

The best investment strategy would be to invest in an actual business that generates profits, which gold and Bitcoin aren't and don't. Gold and Bitcoin are speculative investments, merely just gambles. You're at the whim of what everyone else thinks it's worth. When you buy a stock, you are in a sense as well, except there is a business underlying the value, and as the business becomes more profitable, he investment is worth more regardless of if the market recognizes it or not.
2233  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin or gold? on: October 16, 2016, 11:52:28 AM
Some stats for you to have an idea of what happened recently

Gold price, last 30 days -7,38%

Bitcoin, last 30 days +0,76%

So it seems, sometimes, Gold is much more volatile than Bitcoin.

One data point, and an extremely small sample size on top of it. You would be foolish to try to draw conclusions from such a limited amount of data, especially when the exact opposite data exists in such great abundance on a much larger scale. You can manipulate data to show whatever you want when you use it in such small sets like this, but the conclusions are worthless.
2234  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: October 16, 2016, 11:48:39 AM
Did you say you were going to implement a reward system for the doge site as well? I thought I remembered that, but I've been skimming around the forum and can't seem to find it now, and I'm beginning to wonder now if you actually did say that or if I just imagined/hoped you did.
2235  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: October 16, 2016, 11:46:04 AM
1 btc is not likely to make a significant impact long term. With any investment, you have to ask yourself what it is about the investment that is going to make it worth more in the future. When you invest in a business, it is the business becoming more valuable over time and producing more profits that make the initial investment worth more. With bitcoin, which does not itself generate any profit, you have to hope that everyone else is going to think bitcoin is worth more in the future, because that's the only thing that makes the value of bitcoin go up.
2236  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: October 16, 2016, 11:43:31 AM
How safe is it?
According To me Its Not Safe to Invest Your Money Into Bitcoin For Long Term Because Bitcoin Price is Not Stable And You Can Lose Your Whole Capital If the Price Crashes.....
According to me Instead Of Investing Your Money In Btc For Long Invest it For Short Term So You Can Hope To Make Some Profit.....
But for me , although bitcoin's price is unpredictable and seems fluctuate holding in long-term is good. Just often check the bitcoin's price and if you think you can get profit you can sell it afterwards and buy it again if reach your preferred prices.

Buying and selling on regular basis is the best way to play with your coins instead of holding them for long term as we don't know that holding will be profitable for us or not as it will totally depend on the price in future.
You have to be a day trader to be able for you to grow your money easily, there are a lot of technique to make money doing trading and all you have to do is just to educate yourself and you can start earning.

And day trading doesn't even guarantee a return. You're taking something that is already speculative and extremely risky (buying Bitcoin) and adding even more risk and speculation on top of that by trying to day trade, which honestly the vast majority of Bitcoin holders haven't the skill to do. Most people day trade by randomly buying and hoping the price goes up. There's no technical analysis, and on top of that, I'm not sure your standard technical analysis carries over to crypto trading too well.
2237  Economy / Economics / Re: WILL BITCOIN BE USED BY ALMOST EVERYONE IN 2022? on: October 16, 2016, 11:39:27 AM
The year 2022 is just too soon crypto currency needs more time to make ground for most people to accept it and use it widely ⏳⏲slow and steady wins the race
yeah , but still in 2022 of year , everyone will not use Bitcoin . because of its lack of advertising .
i think it is a very small time period between 2022 .
to use Bitcoin by every person we need atleast for 2050
Bro a currency does not need advertising for it to be used by everyone, it really just need time and demand. Does any country promote their money by commercial or magazine ads of course not because, if is the only legal money that can be used in a certain country. Bitcoin has the momentum to be used by everyone with a ohone and internet.

When you have a monopoly on force like the government does, you do not need advertising perhaps to make everyone use your currency. You simply outlaw everything else, like gold for example, and declare your currency to be the only legal option. Bitcoin doesn't have that option. Bitcoin is competing in a free market, and in a free market, you need advertising to spread your message. You said a currency needs demand, and advertising creates demand.
2238  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining coins save or sell it? on: October 16, 2016, 11:35:37 AM
All things being equal, there are far more profitable coins to mine than Bitcoin with a set amount of computing power. Mining bitcoins requires ever-new and expensive asics, which continually degrade into obsolescence over time. I'm not sure mining is worth it for any but the largest players.
2239  Economy / Economics / Re: USD vs BTC on: October 16, 2016, 11:32:08 AM
Look at what Bitcoin is used primarily for currently: highly speculative day trading and gambling. Outside of these functions, it does not have a high degree of utility. This does not portend well for mass adoption and disruption. It's a niche product appealing to a small number of people currently.

Just out of curiosity, is Nitrogen registered anywhere as a sportsbook/casino? I would assume by the .eu suffix that it is a European-based company, and I know Britain especially has far more lax laws on sports betting than, for example, the US. Just wondering if there is some sort of gaming commission that regulates EU books.
