2221  Economy / Economics / Re: What's more important when starting a business, Big Idea or Big Capital? on: April 22, 2018, 02:50:18 PM
The more important when starting a business is the big idea because all will follows, if you have big idea even without a big capital you can strategies how to use your minimum resources or even you can borrow capital from financial institution.
But with big capital you can make someone who has the idea work for you and then you will have the profit by making someone else's idea into reality so it's basically the advantages of having such big capital.
People with idea could only come up with idea, nothing to bring it to reality without putting really hard effort into it.
2222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do people have no faith in ICO's? on: April 21, 2018, 02:35:29 PM
Crestonium just scammed a few million dollars recenetly, another ICO scam.
the whole ICO world just need a more stricter rules against all these ICO to prevent any kind of scam. Just imagine if there's some kind of authority that verifying every single ICO appear into the surface of cryptocurrency world. Even if it's centralizing ICO, it'll be good for the people's sake.
But however, only verifying won't make us losing the point of being decentralization I suppose.
2223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Exchange? on: April 21, 2018, 02:31:39 PM
Those who are interested in the crypto money exchange are people most in need of safe and easy to use exchange site with low commission. my favorit bittrex. and I would definitely recommend it.

upbit is taking over
Definitely, bittrex as for now, just too complicated to me and no offense but looks a bit outdated, I would prefer to switch to another exchange that's worthy to put my money in such as binance or else.
Not gonna back to bittrex again I suppose because there's already good and better exchange than this.
2224  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why is Bitcoin's daily price fluctuations getting smaller and smaller? on: April 19, 2018, 09:27:42 AM
Maybe you should be watching out for the volume, because less transactions actually mean less volatility. And I also agree with the theory that says once the daily traders are out (by fear or major price changes) the price corrects itself
That's not actually right, less transaction if there's  a huge gap of price betweet the transaction could result in higher volatility, the only things that determine or a factor that could make the price less volatile is the market capitalization and 24 hour trading volume. If it's getting bigger, it'll be harder to manipulate and therefore hard to pump or dump.
2225  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Bitcoin volatility prevent adoption? on: April 19, 2018, 07:22:25 AM
Yes,the volatility restricts the bitcoin to be used as a currency so it maybe the reason for not accepted as a direct mode of payment in many places. But this also the reason why it is well developed as a means of investment among the people so the volatility of the bitcoin stops as using as currrency but it the main reason more people buying it to make some quick money.
Depsite the fact that the volatility itself could be taken advantages of or even could make us earning money in an easy way but it's still prevent the adoption as what bitcoin initially aimed to be, as the means of spending to replace the current traditional paper money and revolutionize the whole economic system into a better ones.
2226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do you believe in ICO Ratings? on: April 18, 2018, 09:30:27 AM
YES, ICO ratings are very important it is a rating where the future ICO is being explained and rate, most people which are future investors of the ICO are reading it.
most of them based their decision on whether to invest or not and how much. ICO ratings are really important, they are the one who understands all corners of the prospective project. they study the presentations and make reviews of it. Though these ratings can't tell the outcome of the ICO.
not as Important as you think actually, plenty of ico list that ratings ico just can give a project high rating because they are getting paid to promote the ICO and that action couldn't be considered as honest action when it comes to rating an ICO. so basically most of ico rating = uncredible.
2227  Economy / Economics / Re: Will future paper money disappear? on: April 07, 2018, 02:40:33 AM
Very likely, especially now that direct transactions using paper money continues to decrease, paper money becomes a crime factor that is robbery, if there is no paper money of course can reduce the robbery in banks or to people so I am sure that no more than 100 years paper money will disappear.
indeed possibility is certain, but it takes a long time, because as we know cryptocurrency is still a lot of hackers, so the government is still considering a lot of things
You know right even using bank service you can still be hacked so saying that the hacking will prevent cryptocurrencies or another form of digital currencies will erase paper money is just doesn't make sense.
However the hacking in the future will seem to be really hard because the security technology will always be developed to its peak.
2228  Economy / Speculation / Re: BITCOIN BACK AS THAT WAS on: April 06, 2018, 01:26:48 AM
can bitcoin back as it used to go to the highest price in the price of 1900 $ so that users can enjoy back when bitcoin to the moon

I hope positive on bitcoin will be able to go back up to be able to give a positive impact on users financially

give your feedback

There is a possibility of a comeback. Bitcoin always has the potential to recover at any market crashes due to its large and growing community which would lift its demand as well as its market price. The dumps that we are seeing is absolutely a normal thing with cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin is not the only crypto which is suffering from it right now. So just be patient and wait.
Seeing the cycle of the bitcoin price yearly. It is indeed has the chance of comeback into the latest ATH but it may takes many time also  there's no guarantee that the yearly price cycle will always be the same maybe this time is different.
What I'm afraid is that when the hype is gone, people will just switch, people who are coming to invest into bitcoin before were mainly affected by temporary hype not because they have faith on it so just keep watching.
2229  Economy / Economics / Re: Taxation of BTC on: April 06, 2018, 01:24:12 AM
In the USA, bitcoin is regarded as property. Therefore, capital gains are involved for property held less than one year. If you are paid in crypto, it is treated as ordinary income. For 2018, the IRS will be watching out for trades and sales. Last year people who declared gain from coins numbered in the hundreds, not even a thousand. If you trade one coin for another, the coin you trade will be valued  as of the sale or trade date.

That's just legal way of taxing bitcoin. In our country also, bitcoin has tax. In every cash out of bitcoin, there is corresponding tax into it. Well, its also good because you can contribute to our country,
Actually every country in this world indirectly taxing your bitcoin by simply taxing your yearly income when you report it. It's just some people didn't know about this.
When your wealth increase and you got an income whatever the sources from, it's a target for taxation.
2230  Economy / Economics / Re: Selling Bitcoin = Opportunity loss?! on: April 05, 2018, 08:20:22 AM
sell your bitcoin is not losing your profit. if you sell your bitcoin in high price, just wait until bitcoin price decrease and than you can buy it again.
Well as people said it's not about losing profit but losing the opportunity of selling it at more higher price rates but however if you manage to sell it at the top and buying at the bottom it means by selling you add more opportunity and get even more profit.
Generalizing that selling bitcoin will means you losing opportunity is simply wrong but right at certain circumstances, it's just how you take advantage of this thing in cryptocurrency world just like usual day to day trading.
2231  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: April 05, 2018, 08:05:57 AM
We all know that there is corruption everywhere, like in government or any other organization. Because of money, corruption can always happen with greedy people who always wants more money to them. Since bitcoin can be considered as money, can it also lead to corruption?

corruptions can happen in every where. so, it is possible. in my opinion

It is, only if someone who trying to do corruption are smart enough to send their money in form of bitcoin into anyone else's address without even being noticed by the authorities or an anti corruption institution. The fact that blockchain is really transparent that all the transactions saved up forever to the blockchain will prevent any corruption, everyone could monitor the movement of the funds, you want example, see all those ICO that's funded through cryptocurrencies and see how the communities or investor are always noticing if there's any movement in specific address.
2232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Possible to make alts move without BTC ? on: April 05, 2018, 05:15:55 AM
Seeing that the whole market of cryptocurrencies purely build based on demand so if the market cap is so big and your money or your group's fund is too small, you are nothing and will not do anything.
What we can't do is controlling the market because most of use aren't whales who have  tons of money to manipulate the market. So saying "why don't we try it?" is rather useless in this case.
2233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Tactics When Market is Falling on: April 05, 2018, 02:46:32 AM
Hi all,
I am a relative newbie but have remained pretty calm during the difficult last week or so. The markets are falling significantly again, is this still relatively normal and is the best advice just to HODL? Moving forward I think I will set stop losses on all holdings to protect my capital against falls like this.
Thanks

I have read many times that this is normal, and in my experience, I have seen something like dropping of prices last year. But the current dip is for me alarming, because it was too long, and prices are like struggling to rise. The downs are more often than the  ups, so I'm a bit worried about this.
You should compare the current condition of the market to when bitcoin just falling from $1000 to $200 the market struggling to increase the price for a long time and it's rather stuck there but the price of bitcoin after few months or almost a year waiting rising so fast that it become what it is now.
Even if you see, $6000 is still 3000% above what we have few years ago, so what's wrong?
2234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is it better to buy during ICO or Market? on: April 04, 2018, 10:43:33 AM
I noticed that many investors were afraid to buy during ICO because their reason they are cheaper can be bought on market. Especially when they found out  that a large percentage is allotted in the bounty program. Many Bounty Hunters  immediately selling token/coin even lower than the ICO price.

#Datarius

I dont think it always be the case. Some ICO had the price dropped as soon as it hits the market. While some other ICOs had their price went up and never reach its ICO price ever again. So I guess you cant just generalize it like that. To me it is pure luck, even good project has bad price
Usually good project has good price for its utility token, but at the end, it's still the devs and the project progression which make community value which coin have the real value and which is not. Buying in ICO stage will get you more coins but the disadvantage is that if you randomly putting your money over bad project you will ended up losing some of your money and forced to sell it at the bottom, so better beware.
2235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best countries for an ICO on: April 04, 2018, 10:38:55 AM
Every country has its positives and negatives when it comes to ICOs.
Not really, there are countries which prohibit ICO means only negative for ICO there and also country with strict rules and the some which ICO friendly, even USA only allow accredited investors only to invest into certain ICO and really prohibit ordinary people to invest into an ICO.
So it's better to make analyzation first regarding which countries is cryptocurrency friendly and which is not.
2236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH price recovering slowly on: April 04, 2018, 06:53:20 AM
Good news is the eth uis gaining its momentum on his own line
now i can see the chart as it was a prediction from a analyst
he once told me to but eth in low price.....
and im hoping to get some profit from eth
as the preiction says that it will gain 1000$+ in this year

Ether now is rapidly increasing it value from massive price dump from previews month and many people now are expecting the price recovery of ether will continuous.

this is good because the price of etherium is still recovering and maybe soon it will be more valuable.

Yes hoping soon the ether is more productive and valuable and everyone are waiting to come it.
Actually there's no massive dump in ethereum few months ago but instead a massive pump, the price of Ethereum increasing so significantly from around $20 years ago to $1000 isn't that awesome? so if the price goes down to $400 again it does make sense.
It's just people over hyping something unnecessary, while they're all crying about the dump happened to etheruem recently, they didn't realise that it's actually already up few thousands percent above initial price.
2237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: China to have their own digital currency based on blockchain technology on: April 04, 2018, 06:29:05 AM
This is a logical step on the part of the Chinese authorities, they are trying to control the financial market of the country, this is their only opportunity.
Agree with that basically china always trying to create their own things just like facebook replaced by Weibo and they making their own virtual currencies does make sense seeing that they always do this.
However, it will also bring positive side to the blockchain technology as it means that the technology recognised to be useful that government want to use it. but however, it's kinda complicated to things how china will centralize something that's decentralised like blockchain technology, time will tells.
2238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think the markets are being manipulated right now? on: April 03, 2018, 06:37:04 AM
Why? Why not

I've heard both sides of the argument and to a certain extent, they both make sense more or less.

Thoughts?
Its hard to tell if the market is being manipulated by billionaires or group of billionaire. We need some evidence to make our suspicions believable.
There's so many evidence that the market is being manipulated out there, it's a group of billionaire and you can imagine that people with really strong power unite to control something it's really possible, especially if the whole market cap is still below that grup's resources.
Also, recently leaked that some whales dumping btc every 15 minutes so it's real, just read it on medium or steemit, if I recall someone has already addressed this and write it down to their private blog and it's really interesting story to read.
2239  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins future on: April 03, 2018, 06:06:35 AM
Well maybe it's right that we actually only need few alts but the existence of bitcoin and the open source behaviour of bitcoin allows anyone to create their own currencies freely, it's up to community to decide whether a coin will have a value or not as really depends on the demand of the coin.
However, if you consider those ERC20 token as alt coin aswell, there are many of them because so many people want to create ICO in many factors and start their own company's coin. Basically normal things.
2240  Economy / Economics / Re: HODL mentality destroys the currency aspect of Bitcoin on: March 29, 2018, 11:54:27 PM
kinda agreed with your point in the last of your post. the currency aspect of bitcoin kinda forgotten these days because of the HODL mentality like said before too. i think that there is HODL mentality because of the bitcoin price had gone too high. because of many people that greed of much amount of profit and many people heard from others how beautiful its profit. then, HODL mentality born.
Hold mentality also can be found on another currency like USD, GBP, and many more but the interesting fact is that none of them get affected. Bitcoin as a currency is divisible into decimals amount so why worry so much?
Even if the price of bitcoin could just go to 1 million dollar, you can still spend an amount equal of $1 by using bitcoin, so there's nothing to worry.
