2221  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You don't need to hodl a particular coin all your life on: December 25, 2021, 09:20:09 PM
Of course, just holding without spending any part is a big mistake especially if the market conditions are good to sell it.

HODL is just a word of encouragement during bad moments. It's even clear that GameKyuubi made this word during a bitcoin crash, where it chose to fight the urge to sell no matter how long the correction took.
Maybe those hodlers are just don’t care about the current situation and really don’t want to take profit yet, imagine also those whales are not just holding and not selling yet because they believe on something big. I personally don’t  want to hold forever, but I’m not satisfied with my profit yet so I will not sell for now. Hold is very important for the market, we can’t afford if all whales sold their holdings.
Actually depending on self preference because not all would really be on the same mindset on which you do really get contented on what you do have now as profits on your current portfolio but once you do see it
to be considerable then you would definitely sell on that price level. Let those people do make their own decisions in life since its their money after all and neither they would be holding for years
or would be having that fix time for them to harvest out on what they have been holding for too long but for me it would nice if you do able to see profits in short term basis.
2222  Economy / Gambling / Re: Affiliate Program for Crypto Casino on: December 24, 2021, 09:48:58 PM
JOIN LTC Casino affiliate program

While on other platforms (Twitter, FB) affiliates can get you somewhere, imho you may get more exposure on this forum if you do a proper signature campaign.
It's clearly not a "must", but I think that it worth considering it.
I agree with this suggestion, but @OP, dont expect a better result just after a week, it will maybe after a month(s).
Having a signature campaign and banner ads on this forum will surely boost your exposure and could be an early ROI of your investment here, as what I have seen here, most casino brand has been successfully promoted their company.

On other hand, this is the bitcoin community, much better if your casino also accepts bitcoin for deposit and withdrawal methods.
Signature campaigns wont really assure anything when it comes to success but its just not right that you wont be considering this place on not to make out some marketing considering that this place is the most or highest in terms of crypto traffic and if youre wise then
you wont really hesitate out.

Results couldnt really be an assurance nor can be seen on a week basis and also recognition will always vary on the games offered
overall.
2223  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which part of Bitcoin do you think it's the hardest to understand? on: December 24, 2021, 06:58:21 PM
The hardest part to understand is how not to get sucked into taking up a mortgage on your house just to invest that money into BTC at its peak when everyone and their mothers are hearing about it, only to have multiple heart attacks the next week when it starts dipping. That's the hardest part, everything else is just semantics. I mean, the number of people that invest substantial amounts of their income and not understand the first thing, not about crypto, but in economics in general, is mind-boggling. And it seems it's about that time of the cycle to witness it all over again.
Well this one is part of reality but talking literally and not talking about other aspects or things attached to it then its a bit off on the discussions.

When we do talk about on the hardest then it would be mostly on technical aspects of Bitcoin from those code valuation and other stuffs in relation
to that on which majority of people who dont have knowledge about coding and programming stuffs would really not able to easily to understand
or wouldnt really able to grasp on.

But actually its not really needed to learn up this yet you could deal with Bitcoin without knowing these aspects.
2224  Economy / Gambling / Re: Pragmatic play slots not available in my region on: December 23, 2021, 11:49:47 PM
Because of regulation.

It's not that they don't want you to use their service, it's that if they offer it to you, they will get into trouble with lawmakers.

- Can you be more specific?
- What regulations?
- What Pragmatic Plays differ from the majority of game providers have made the former not be accepted in most regions especially in the Asia region?

Just to be clear, I'm not against your response Smiley .

Just needs some bit of added information about the regulation as you are sure to yourself that it was because of it based on how you made your post.

This is indeed part of regulation.

2015   Pragmatic Play enters the market as a casino games provider.
2016   They expand their reach in Europe and other regulated markets. Opens offices in Malta, the United Kingdom, Romania, Ukraine, India and the Philippines
2017   Wins 2x Rising Star awards and 3 iGaming excellence awards.
2017   They get licenced in the United Kingdom, Malta, Romania, Italy, the Bahamas, Pagcor and Curacao with games certified in Denmark, Portugal and Spain.

They dont accept US players

2225  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop or continue trading on: December 23, 2021, 10:59:36 PM
There are also some questions to asnwer your questions:
1. Are you really ready if you lose more in trading later?
2. Are the capitals from free money or urgued money?
3. Have you taken the lessons from previous trading loss?
4. Wahy did you lose all your capital in trading? Using future trading? Panic sell?
If yes, it is better for you to stopp for a moment and learn all things that make you lose in trading. And don't use Future trading at first because of its high risks.

1. If yes then you are prepared if no then completely stop.
2. Free money is extra and urged money would be on your life savings or loans and with common sense then you do know on which one is worth.
3. If yes then proceed if not then try to realize things first.
4. Each losses would leave out self realizations which is a must.

2226  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is not a rival of Bitcoin on: December 23, 2021, 09:58:15 PM
I actually think that it is entirely possible for ETH to flip bitcoin.

It's probably a matter of time as well given that most of the new money that is coming into the cryptospace is from ETH holders and not BTC - although we've seen a revival of BTC maxis such as Jack Dorsey.

ETH just encompassing a lot more ground compared to BTC, including smart contracts etc.
Cant deny that smart contracts is a big thing and does really have that big potential and come to think that all projects below bitcoin is trying out to be the best or lets say that they are really aiming for that
becoming rival of bitcoin which those top 2-10 would definitely be having that kind of aim and target which it wouldnt really be surprising that every project in the market do really
have that kind of target or goals and lets see on what would the future holds.
2227  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: December 23, 2021, 08:13:56 PM
That would not happen anytime soon, but what's important is for the readers to understand how to read the feedback, good sites have good feedback while bad sites have bad feedback, it's their responsibility to choose the right gambling site to play with where their money is safe, of course, if you are matured gambler, you'll go with reputable gambling sites.

Since the trust system is unmoderated, we will likely see more participants as long as 1xbit's budget for campaigns is still capable of paying these people.
They wont be stopping it since they do know that this place is the most worthy place to make out marketing due to high crypto based traffic which it isnt surprising. They dont really care on what people or the community would really able to say so as long they would continue on things that they do have in mind.

Im already get irritated when someone is trying to shill out something nonsense just to hit up their signature quota.
Honestly signature campaigns are a hit or miss type of situation. I have been involved with it for many years now, probably since it started because I love bitcointalk and why not be here. But, I have seen too many low quality projects and campaigns that make it worse, so basically while earning money by writing here, you end up making it worse and then people earn a lot less because we have too many low quality posters here, and campaign managers do not know if you are one of them or not. 1xbit is one of them, but I rather not talk about them on roobet topic to be honest, roobet is a legit place that everyone loves and they are definitely one of the top places so they are not really cause of any of this trouble. Let us not bother their topic with anymore of this, any negative talk about some other place may sound wrong when you write it here and may hurt roobet.
It wont hurt roobet but its not ethical on derailing their ANN thread in discussion of other websites which is totally not relevant to do so.There are lots of shit posters around who doesnt care about on where they would post up as long they could really able to finish the requirement then thats what counts. Lets move on and dont make out more discussions in regard of this manner.
If you dont like a certain user then you could just simply block them.
2228  Economy / Economics / Re: I think most people still trust the USD more than Bitcoin on: December 23, 2021, 06:57:18 PM
You have to realize that bitcoin is still very volatile and still a growing technology that needs more massive adoption as we have been seeing. So some people are by nature conservative, because of this they trust what they can feel and touch and something that appears stable but actually dying in the real sense. Not everyone can cope with a huge risk and volatility.
Do you mean people will trust Bitcoin if the price becomes stable? I don't think it is a reason why people more trust USD. We know that Bitcoin use is still quite limited, cannot be fully used for various purposes in all countries in the world. In my country, people are only allowed to use Bitcoin as a digital asset. And there are too many critics about the uncertainty about Bitcoin. This makes people prefer to choose what common people use nowadays. If Bitcoin is getting more familiar and it can be fully accepted both for digital investment and payment purposes, people may choose Bitcoin.

It couldnt really become stable no matter what and it would be always that volatile because it is a market which do involves buyers and sellers which it is would be always volatile no matter what and this

had been the primary reason on why people do love out the most on hanging out on this market because of that very sole reason and of course people would always trust up fiat no matter what

and would end up accumulating fiat no matter what and of course they would really be trusting it out which it is just normal to have those kind of mindset.
2229  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitVest, The worst casino I have ever seen on: December 22, 2021, 11:46:25 PM
I am confused why would you try to deposit LTC to their BTC wallet and blame BitVest? If you are a gambler and uses crypto I think you know that transferring other coins to Bitcoin wallet or vice versa will result of a lose coin so I think it is not the fault of either Binance and BitVest it is actually your fault.

Yeah agreed.

However, BitVest does have other major issues mostly pertaining to withdrawals.

Even though in this instance Bitvest is not at fault there are plenty of other instances where they definitely are. I would still avoid them at all costs right now.
Really hard to believe on on what are the things they've been experiencing now which i cant really blame out now that people had already bad impressions to them.Issues were pending and remained unresolved
which would be totally a bad thing for their reputation that they had built up for years.
Lightlord should settle things up because if not then that would surely cost them.
2230  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: They say hardware wallets are the safest on: December 22, 2021, 10:45:51 PM
I think HW and SW wallets are the same if they get extra treatment in storing the keys, as well as the relationship between wallets
sometimes without realizing we enter the phishing web that makes our wallets insecure
so the point is that the HW and SW wallets are equally good in terms of storage quality

I'm not really sure but based on what I've read (reviews) and also what I've heard people say is that HW are much more secured than their software counterpart. That said, I've personally felt that HW are better anyway in terms of security but I don't know since I haven't tried one myself. But my experience with SW wallet like trust wallet haven't been that good considering I was hacked before and I haven't in anyway participated in phishing activities or careless with my priv keys. Haven't heard a similar experience like that with HW.
When it comes to security aspect then nothing beats out HW but it would really still be having that risk and this one involves hardware malfunction or losing that HW of yours.
Based up also on my own experience i havent really getting hacked nor being scammed or something like that on just using non custodial ones. All you do need to have is

common sense and awareness on how security should really be concern most of the time so that you would really able to save up your ass.
2231  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Should I sell or hold on my bitcoin? on: December 22, 2021, 09:35:56 PM
According to some best predictor bitcoin not so bad for long term holding because many big influencer buying Bitcoin in every dip and hold for future so this is sure bitcoin have a bright future

Nothing is assured when it comes to bitcoins future whether it would last up for more decades or would totally be replaced by something new and everything will all matters with the demand

and its up to someones decision whether they do hold or sell their bitcoins and thats according into their interest and goals in mind and since we do have different mindset then

personal actions would really vary on each person so its our choice whether we do proceed or not and since its our money then its just normal to have
those actions.
2232  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: December 22, 2021, 08:42:17 PM
Did you guys saw Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley second fight? Here is the the link to those who missed that https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1xzYLkxjdag

Woodley is retired UFC fighter and former champion. If Logan trains as much as hard as Jake (and I think he trains even harder and more concentrated), then he might maximum surprise us in this fight, and as minimum survive in all the rounds.

There will be people saying that the fight was scripted. Do you really believe someone would agree to be knockout so cold for money?
You cant tell because there are people who would do all sorts of things just for the sake of money and i do agree with some points though about those probabilities if he trains hard but this cant really be achieved in

a short span of time which this one do involves a long term training but other members posted that he was just chilled out and partying because he do really knows that he cant beat up Mike no matter what.

I dont really give out the probabilities no matter how hard he do train on a short span of time.

I follow you with that, there are people who are willing to do anything for the sake of money, even those known personalities they are willing to risk everything to earn money and not just a small amount of money that in stake right now, it's a huge amount and it's not impossible that Paul will accept that fate if in case Tyson will get a lucky KO punch.. Grin Roll Eyes

We don't know what fate will bring with both Mike and Paul. It will all be concluded when the fight already happened. Roll Eyes Cool
Everything would really be speculative but basing off into those experience alone in between fighters then we could really tell on whose gonna win but we cant avoid the fact about those chances of have some lucky punch came from Logan which could knock down Tyson. Do you really believe on that?

Speaking of money then everyone would really be doing all sorts of things just to attain or get a hold of it but well its a personal kind of choice and its none of our business.
2233  Economy / Economics / Re: Dont just borrow money but for the right reason on: December 22, 2021, 07:33:29 PM
Borrowing money to invest in crypto for me is not the main option and maybe it is optional,
it's better to keep using your own capital but if you really want to borrow it needs careful consideration,
again everyone has to make their own decisions and must be sure
It's not even optional for me. I don't want to add some problem that I might regret it in the nearest future. No one will stop anyone from borrowing a loan to invest in crypto until they become broke and did the wrong decision.

Upon investing in the crypto market, metaverse tokens or not, just be the man of your own money and that decision that you'll make is going to be an important thing for your future.
But not all would really be having that kind of capability in terms of finances which means they would really be needing to take some loan whenever they do see some opportunities for them to get in

and they dont have any choice or options but to take some loan which i do say that it isnt really bad always as a decision as long you do know on how to repay those
loans then i dont see any problems.
IMHO.

As much as they can, just avoid taking a loan for investing in the crypto market. They can save a little by little and use that savings for them to invest in the market.

At least if they've seeing themselves in loss, they don't have to think of another problem about paying with interest.
You could definitely or possibly able to make those funds bigger but to know that we arent that patient or lets say that majority is really having that patience problem and does want to see profits in short term and been hoping that they could make their entire capital to be big and would proceed on what they do have in mind.Just like on what majority had been saying here that taking a loan would really make things
even more worst.

Nothing beats out if you do make out investment without minding about paying up something even if you do lost up money. Just try your best on getting rid of doing such action
because you wouldnt know if this one would be your biggest problem.

Devans you dumb fucker

You unbanned me a few months ago and I was enjoying myself on your site again, playing some days when I had nothing better to do - then out of nowhere you just reban me? I literally did nothing wrong and broke no rules and you won't give me answers to why.... Explain this to me and unban me because it's pathetic what you're doing.
Bans usually comes with reason and he wont really be making such decision if you havent done something so the best thing to do is to contact him on his forum account directly rather than on whining on this ANN thread,.

Cursing on here wont really make much difference. Why not create new account?
2235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How reasonable is the long-term investment in Altcoins? on: December 21, 2021, 10:45:13 PM
I don't agree with you because so far with some of this Altcoin that I have been holding some for over 2 years I didn't regret holding it for a long time though it doesn't cut across but generalization should not be made for altcoin not good for long term investment.
There really are those altcoins that are good to hold even for a long time. I also have no complaints holding some altcoins that I've profited for this year.

Despite a long time of holding, they've become fruitful and profitable. That's life in crypto, you win or lose and go lucky with some of the altcoins that you hold.
For the long term indeed the top altcoins are still the choice of many people and indeed it is the right decision,
the top altcoins are profitable and I have no doubts about it,
sometimes luck really helps us
Lucky if you've bought those unknown altcoins and then you get to see the pump.

Well, don't miss it around if you get to see it so that there's profit with you for that coin. And don't make a worse decision upon doing so and don't be greedy.

Because it will make you miss that chance.
Pumps could neither be temporal or would be the last chance for you to see that one and its true that you shouldn't really miss out that time because you would be fucked up and end up on regretting if you had missed.

Altcoin investment doesnt really give out guarantee of profit because it all matters on which project you had dive in to invest and not all would really be having the same selection
in towards that.

So its a personal kind of choice so better be wise towards your investment and dont make haste in related to decisions.
2236  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: December 21, 2021, 09:41:25 PM
Please help me to back my funds on 1xbit my account. i am so scared about this because yesterday they blocked my account.

Sad to say, this is their regular excuse to scam their customers' money. Their reputation is now in a position where they no longer try to improve their reputation, which is why they are now scamming their customers as much as they can. I don't know yet who recommended you to deposit on this website, because no well thought out person can recommend you to deposit on such a website. So now there is no way to recover your funds except by posting against 1xbit.
There's nothing to be blamed off but instead into their own marketing stuff specially into this forum. It had been widely spread and hadnt been stopped out and on the time newbies would able to see those things then

they do tend to believe that this site does have a good reputation which do really sucks because they would be mostly be trapped and lost up their funds. We've been keep on telling out warnings that it should

be avoided but there are people who doesnt really know at least on making out some simple research before making any step.
2237  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Always take profit on: December 21, 2021, 08:35:58 PM
As a beginner in trading, such profits of 1-5$ gives us joy and hope to take the next step, also motivate us as beginners to have zeal and dedication towards trading. But losses in crypto trading always weaken the zeal and the activeness of the beginners, so profit taken is always good.
It is good hear but do note that you should not let small profits from a trades act like small doses of dopamine which make you addicted to it. Rather use it as a source of motivation for bigger profits.

Bad days will happen and in trading these are opportunities to introspect into possible mistakes and chances to rethink your strategy. While losses do have a mental trauma, you can stick to the positive side and learn from them.

For beginners paper trading should be the first thing to start with. You should not jump into the real market right away. Do it on paper, check how much profit you made of how effective your prediction was.
Demo trades would be good but nothing beats out on getting real experience and knowledge on real or live trades even though they should start on very small amount which they could really take some practice.

Its true that mental trauma when in losses is really there which is really on point but once you do gain up sufficient knowledge and experience then you wouldnt really make yourself buldge on this one but instead

you are already prepared up something for this and taking profit is something differs on each individual because we do have personal goals and targets on our mind.
2238  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Lost Bitcoin a donation to everyone on: December 20, 2021, 11:30:11 PM
I read on lost Bitcoin today on the coin telegram on the topic of lost Bitcoin and I stopped to wonder what benefits the lost Bitcoin are to every holder, there is no gainsaying how much Bitcoin we have all lost due to one reason or the other some to a wrong address I hard of a guy that lost the private key to a wallet holding about 13,000 Bitcoin and wants to ask should we take such accidents as a donation to Bitcoin holders?
What you do mean about donation to Bitcoin holders?

Those bitcoin holders  you do mean is to those people who had acquired and owned bitcoin itself and to those lost bitcoin then it has nothing to do with them thats why whenever a coin is lost neither been
lost private keys or hadnt able to access out t heir wallets or simply the owner had died then  consider those coins to be totally lost in void which simply means that
overall supply had decrease and when demand is getting higher then the more valuable it is.
2239  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: December 20, 2021, 10:44:12 PM
Most fans are waiting to whatever surprise Tyson will bring to add more entertainment to this fight. Roll Eyes Grin
Yes.

It's much waiting for that part of Tyson and not really on Logan if he's going to beat him or not. What we're waiting for is what Tyson would do on his end.

There could be a big blow that will make Logan down or whatever it is that would surprise everyone and at the same time becomes entertained.
I'm quite unimpressed about Logan Paul's showmanship lately, he seems like slacking in his training schedules as there's just 2 months left to prepare before their fight. As we can see in Logan's podcasts and social media posts, he's always partying, drinking and stuff. He might already know that what he's doing in his lifestyle now might come back and bounce to him prior to the fight this coming February 2022.
As for Mike, we can see thar he's steadily preparing and training bout this fight, he's much more excited about this face off than his opponent Logan Paul. We'll see how this end soon.
Just for some assumption then i wont be surprised on whats up on Logans mind that why would take hard in terms of training if he knows that he cant win no matter what?
He would rather just stick out his ass up on the things that he do want to do like those typical partying and other hobbies that he had that dont really connect out with
those training things because he do knows that even if he lost 100% he do still earn money thats why he dont really care that much.He do just need to hype it
all over to the roof and those bucks would just flow into his pocket.

It might not even be that he thinks he can't win no matter what.  Maybe he realizes that if he were to beat Mike Tyson that wouldn't make him any friends.  I actually think getting KO'd by Mike Tyson would be the best thing that could happen to Logan's career.  Everybody loves Mike and everybody hates Logan.  If he did manage to somehow knock out an old man / boxing legend / favorite of the people, I could see it leading to him being trolled and labeled as the bad guy forever.  I don't think that's what he wants.  Maybe that's why if this fight is going to be real, he's sandbagging himself by partying instead of training.
We do also know that Logan paul had 23M subscribers on his youtube alone https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCG8rbF3g2AMX70yOd8vqIZgYou are right on what  you had said about being the bad guy but to think that if he beats out Mike then there would be trolling and bashes on each sideas Logan does have bunch of fans too not only Mike but i cant really deny that those things could happen. Just to have that mindset
on why he would be training hard if he could just simply chill and relax and wait up for the event and make some cash.
2240  Economy / Economics / Re: Maybe good time to loan money to invest in crypto on: December 20, 2021, 09:49:13 PM
It may be a good time to buy some very good projects now that the market is down but getting a loan to do that is not advisable in my opinion, crypto investment is risky and it is not encouraging to take a loan to invest in it,
In fact, it is advisable to only invest what you can afford to lose, so I don't think taking a loan is a wise thing to do.
Using borrowed money to invest in crypto is highly discouraged because there is no guarantee that the money will add up in the near future. I myself have never used the money I got from real world work to invest in crypto because I only used bounty and airdrop results for long term investments in crypto. by using this method I feel much calmer even though the market conditions are bearish.
I would say it is not bad to put money you earn in fiat into crypto, that is still a good idea as long as you do not take out a loan for it. Plus very rich people keep getting bigger and bigger loans and then go into bigger and bigger debts because they have assets that can cover those debts.

So, if you are truly wealthy then you could end up getting some big loans and put them into bitcoin as well, since you have assets that generate passive income then you could pay that loan back without a problem, so if you believe that you could take out a loan and pay that back without any crypto returns then that is fine as well. However, if you are a regular person like me, saving some of your earnings aside from your salary and then putting that into bitcoin is enough, if you are taking out a loan with a repayment depending on how well bitcoin does, then you are going to be screwed.
Never ever consider your crypto gains to be the ones who would really be paying up your bills and those loan interest because this market wont really be giving out guarantees that you could really make out money.

Whenever you do try to compare yourself into those rich and wealthy people then better not yet you would just pity up yourself in regarding into your condition in terms of finances.

Just let them be because they had something to spare up whenever their investment do fail. They would still able to repay those loans if they wanted to.
