1541  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoins Crossed 20k USD!! Don’t lose hope now. on: June 27, 2022, 11:56:25 PM
Hope soon Bitcoin recovers it’s price

Bitcoin price should recover, but it may take months until that happens, so you need quite some more patience.
We're in a bear market now and this is the part where trust and patience uses to pay off.
If you lack these two you will most probably give up, since the price may or may not remain over 20k until the bear market ends.

Bitcoin may come down again in a few days. However, at present Bitcoin is fluctuating between 21,000. This situation will not last long. Those who are interested in investing in Bitcoin should wait a few more days. Buy Bitcoin prices are actually on a downward trend step by step. I hope you will benefit .
There is a Strong resistance at $21500 which the had rejected the price, since bitcoin couldn't break that resistance consequently the price retraced or bullback to $20500 which is likewise a strong support, the price is unpredictable now if the price breaks either of the above mentioned support or resistance thus the price will move towards that broken zone, for now the market is still bearish, an opportunity to DCA and hodl for the upcoming days ahead, probably next month the price may experience massive pumping and resume the bullish market.
There's a strong resistance into that point on which we cant really tell if there would be some break out or would be totally rejected and which might result into further dips or decline on the market if it would really be

failing on breaking out that ceiling which is something hard and cant really be predicted but for those who would really tend to make out some risk on this current price level then its up to their call but if we do

really base up on history or past prices in previous months then we could really tell that we are really that low but since we are just humans then it cant really be avoided
that we would really be having those doubts because we do think that it might really be going even more further which is something cant be removed on someones mind.

But if the Covid-19 wave hits again in Macau, it's not a good thing to remain dependent on the gambling industry, especially if it's related to offline casinos because it could have an impact on casino visitors. They certainly don't want to catch the virus again by playing at offline casinos so this needs attention from the government to limit offline casinos from operating. This will trigger online casinos to continue to grow because of the restrictions on the movement of people outside their homes, making them look for solutions to keep playing gambling and online casinos will be their choice again as before.

what these offline casinos can do is develop their own online casinos as counterpart. but the irony of this is "all forms of online gambling in Macau are considered outlawed" as per section 3.1 of this Gambling laws and regulations in Macau .
i believe this regulation will change soon as they need to adapt the developments in gambling community. if they will be strict to this, they will find out soon that a lot of their traditional players are now into online casinos. remember, some people are not up to traveling these days.
Most likely there would really be  those changes if they would really see and if they would find out that their revenue is highly been affected due to people arent going into physical casinos.

try to look into this article which their revenue drop as low of 40% in year 2021
https://ice365.com/news/macau-casino-revenue-ebbs-upwards-in-may/
This is understandable due to pandemic situation or crisis but i wont be surprised if drops would be still
happening in post-covid yet changes would really be felt specially on online casinos or gaming.
1543  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the golden rule of investment? on: June 27, 2022, 08:59:33 PM

Considering the current state of the crypto market, you may find that if you only invest in cryptocurrencies, whatever coin you hold at the moment isn't making you any money. Diversification of investments is therefore essential.
For everyone rules are different - but it's good to discuss with the people who are already in the business.
This way you get ideas, tips, dos and donts - - It is also good to learn from other people's mistake rather than making your mistakes.
If you are wise then hearing out others advises and experiences would really be a good stepping stone for you to learn without the need on experiencing those losses which you are already aware on what would happen

but of course we do know thats its impossible for someone not to commit or experience any mistakes along the way yet its been part of the overall process or career where it is really there.

This is a continous learning where everything doesnt really assure positive results which means that you would really be able to experience that you havent experience before
and see for yourself and able to find out your own ways on how to deal with these things even though it wont be simple but its worthy to deal off with.
1544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Japanese man gambled away a huge Covid-19 relief funds mistakenly sent to him on: June 27, 2022, 07:59:32 PM
He's a good man after all if he wants to pay back the money he gambled away.

HO many of you would in all honesty give back so much money if you got it by mistake. It's easy to say it now and criticize the guy because you are not in his shoes. We all criticize people who made mistakes, but once in a while we do the same thing and become the victims of hate
You arent honest on the first place if you do spent out money or funds which isnt owned by you and if someone who had been caught and sued out then its a common or normal reaction for someone to say that he would

return those funds because if not then he do know on what are the consequences which had been waiting to be filed against him.So i dont really believe about being a good man yet spending money which isnt yours
isnt really something a good move on any angle i do tend to watch on.

We know that the source does have that mistake but its just understandable that it isnt yours which it is really just right for it to be given back into the right owner and also
consider those funds are for relief or support which you dont really have that conscience on spending it for you leisure time. lol
1545  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best time to buy or wait a little bit ? on: June 27, 2022, 06:46:30 PM
Best time to buy more, stack up all you can 💯
If you do have the funds then thats the best thing to be done but we know that not all would really be that capable on doing so even there are some who do have the money or funds but with due to emotion then they

could hardly make out some action or movement thats why it would really vary on circumstances and factors which could really affect someones decisions towards buying and selling decisions.

Now that the market do have that sideways momentum once again then this is the hardest part to determine on what decisions should be made and we know that different people/traders does have
different takings and intuitions towards price conditions and price calls thats why its up to you on whether you would really be buying on the current price
or wait up a little bit more and hoping for more decrease?

As the practice of fighting the spread of the coronavirus has shown, restricting visits to public places is one of the most powerful tools and the Macao government is well aware of this. But instead of taking care of the health of their population, they care about filling the budget. In my opinion, this is a very short-sighted decision because it contributes to the further spread of the epidemic.

Maybe they think the scenario is better now than today if their people caught COVID it will be mild since the majority are already vaccinated, they treated COVID like flu, the worse thing that can happen is if their hospitals cannot keep up but as long as there are no serious cases or death they can still manage, we'll see in the coming weeks or months if they did the right thing of prioritizing revenues that the health of their people.
I dont think that we are on the better side but at least we are seeing some huge decline in terms of active cases
but as i do check out with the current global cases numbers then i do found this.

Cases - newly reported in last 7 days
3,902,021

Deaths - newly reported in last 7 days
8,156

Source: https://covid19.who.int/table

Numbers might be less compared into that peak where everything is freaking out
but its not something that should really be that confident on making things to normal
when its still existing.
1547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Mantra After, while playing And Before You Gamble on: June 24, 2022, 06:59:14 PM

In the world of gambling, you should put it in your mind that you are always lost because that's reality and if you gamble because it's your happiness then it's okay, but if you gamble for the reason that you will gain more money them that's a bad idea.
If we put the mind always accept defeat then we don't care about the strategy for the chance of winning, even though they already consider losing 65% in every bet but still have to look for opportunities to win, because winning is not the goal of getting a lot of money but feeling happy because the strategy has worked. I think the pattern described is incorrect because it is also not wrong if some gamblers want money from winning, but it is important for them to avoid greed and accept loss without risking any other money.

Well, even if we consider the money as lost, the winning part still gives us the adrenaline rush.
In fact, we become overjoyed when we are not expecting any win and suddenly we win out of the blue.
So the feeling happy part is still there.
Very normal kind of reaction to have or experience since we are just human beings, we cant just be happy  without any reason and we know that unexpected wins could really create that kind of feeling which
cant really be avoided no matter what and this is the true essence or should be seek off first when you do play is to make out some entertainment or enjoyment on ones self but somehow it cant really be avoided
when you do win but same goes when you do lost where everything turns out to be sour. Mantras, spells, chants,or anything that correlates on this one wont really be that enough for making a certain game
to be that influenced by anything which could alter out of being lucky of a certain person which is really totally impossible.Play randomly and dont expect for positive things to happen on which it could
really make you at least aware that you cant really be having some profits in the end of the line most of the time since gambling do really work that way.

Any state has a fund for such situations and instead of temporarily closing all the casinos and providing financial support to citizens and businesses from this fund they risk the lives of their citizens in the pursuit of profit. A land-based casino is a place where a huge number of people congregate and leaving them open while other public places are closed is simply not reasonable. I think their actions will lead to more disease and death among the population.
There is probably no choice even on the grounds that Macau has a strong economy based on its role as a gambling hub that has to keep operating under dire circumstances, and there will definitely be pros and cons from the surrounding area as it is unfair. Because businesses and other public places are prohibited from operating and Macau gambling venues are allowed to operate and that is unreasonable and unfair.
Macau casinos have to be very strict in implementing health protocols, and also have to be strict with every visitor and worker if they want to keep operating in this dire infectious disease situation.
They would be normally be following strict protocols not for the sake of avoiding surrounding problems but rather also for the safe of everybody which is something ethical to be done.

In relation with the decision of not stopping the business then it would be understandable considering on how big the revenue that they do get from gambling then this isnt something  that should really be stopped.

It all matters or depends into their government whether if they could still able to handle out the outbreak without the need of such closure or would be totally doing the opposite.

1549  Economy / Speculation / Re: Was 17600$ was the bottom ? on: June 23, 2022, 10:42:34 PM
Did the price really dumped to 17.6k last week? It's too early to say that 17.6k is the bottom just because we are seeing 20k now because a lot of times we have been on this scenario where people expects a recovery and a pump but the opposite always happens.

I think this was just another prank or a trap as they call it, for some people to buy more because there are people that fomo's whenever they see a recovery in the price but aside from the figures above, there are also some that says btc can go 1k and below it but I won't believe on all of them not until I see it happening.
Yeah it did happen

Bitcoin briefly dropped below $17,800 as sell-off accelerates — here’s what happened
https://www.cnbc.com/2022/06/18/bitcoin-price-drops-below-18600-as-sell-off-accelerates.html

Considering  the bottom? Its really hard to make out some conclusions which we know that the market is totally that unpredictable or something
doesnt give out assurance but seeing on the market condition then it do really have some positive pullbacks.
1550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do You Think Its One Too Many on: June 23, 2022, 09:38:17 PM
I think even one review is of great importance. If I use something (for example, cryptocurrency and fiat exchangers), then even one negative review (justified or not hahaha) is likely to scare me away. Why take the risk when you can use a service with a perfect reputation?
But at the same time, I know that there are also scammers among customers and the presence of a negative review often does not mean anything.
There’s no perfect reputation here I guess, some players will still experience the problem and the site should address it. Though if there’s an accusation left unsolved considering all the evidence, then this could be the first res flag for me and I should be more careful on that. Reviews are important, and it should be balanced to avoid being manipulated, gamblers will always tell their real experience.
Whenever you do tend to deal up with some sites which you havent used or encountered before then it would really be just common sense that you would really be making out some research in related to it

which you could really able to read up real time feedbacks and dont make yourself fool on reading up on 1 or 2 feedbacks and believe on what they do say.Always read up on what majority is been saying.

Speaking with valid complaints or unresolved issues or cases then it could still really make out some bad effect even how reputable or known the casino is, if they do let it unresolved then
sooner or later it would really make out some toll.
1551  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You don't need to hodl a particular coin all your life on: June 23, 2022, 07:59:34 PM
This has happened to me more lot of times and I have learnt from it. Some people think hodling means you won't take profit. It dosent work only that way and for this who want to increase their hodling then they need to trade the hodl buy selling when price goes high and wait patiently to rebuy when prices goes lower.
I've also been on it on a lot of time. I've earned massive amount of profit by being a diamond hand and also took a deep loss because of it. The thing I learned from that experience is to sell unworthy assets and keep the coins that showed it's potential to the market. Bitcoin is one of the coins that you need to focus your eye to. I've been holding some bitcoin for few years now and guess what! even if we are on the bear market, I'm still 3-4x profit on bitcoin from my buying price. This is why we should pay attention on coins we should hold and play some cryptocurrency that has some potential in trading.
This is where research and analysis would really differ into each individual since not all would really be having the same mindset on choosing on which assets should they be holding for long years and which are should

really be that easy to release or sell whenever there are some price pumps in the market. It might sounds easy but its not really that simple once you are on the situation and this had been always part of the challenges

which you could really able to experience along the way.Set particular goals or selling point on your assets as you do like and since each one of us is totally different on price target or goals.
1552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Government Owned Online Casinos What Do You Think Of Its Potential on: June 22, 2022, 09:37:27 PM
Ultimately, this is of course a good revenue model for the government. They prescribe everything that people should not get into trouble because of gambling, but in the meantime they are allowed to advertise gambling sites on all kinds of different channels. That is of course very contradictory. Ultimately, the government only thinks about converting money, whether it's gambling or computer science, it doesn't matter.
Those are just showing pretending that they do have concern into their citizens or just making themselves to look that they do really care but they don't actually minding about those stuffs yet they would be prioritizing revenue than on their citizens condition but we'll there are some government which do actually care honestly but only few in numbers. You could really commonly see those ads which I do say in my mind "meh"..  Cool
Very contradicting but deep inside they are really just minding on how to make more money and since they are running off a casino business then it would really be that normal to have those kind of reminders or
warnings about addiction but in overall they dont really care because the more addicted gamblers then the more revenue that they could made which we know that it would really be that positive.
1553  Economy / Economics / Re: The end of the Pay to Play blockchain games hype? on: June 22, 2022, 05:22:54 PM
The main problem I do see for Axie infinity which is;

1. Burning mechanism

They do mint out Slp token on endless manner which this had been generated   by millions of players day by day on which it did result into huge supply and not surprising that it do tagged up its own main coin which is AXS. and due for that reason then it did really ends up on losing trust and interest of the community.Lots of promises made telling about new burning mechanism plus having this bear market then no surprise that
Overall price or value would really be on the floor.
1554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin dump have any impact on gamblers ? on: June 22, 2022, 10:08:48 AM
Most gamblers usually use their own money in fiat to gamble and if they manage to win some amounts, they convert it immediately so they will have funds to gamble again for the next day. These bitcoin dumps won't be a concern for them as the value will still be the same if they always convert it immediately. If you're a gambler and a trader or investor, then you should have separate funds on those activities.
It would automatically converts on the current market price which we know that majority of gamblers doesn't care on what's the value on the time that they do make deposit.
Ex. 100 USD = 0.001 or 0.005 btc value then it won't be an issue.

They do know the advantages that on a declining market they could possibly earn more coins since the value is less but that's if they are minding about investment but if not then it won't an issue imho.

Should newbies Invest in new Projects

- Investing to a new projects is a matter of choice. Now if you want to have a passive income here in the crypto space,
I think staking altcoins/coins is one of the good way. Then doing trade(Short-term or long term) also a good one too.

- Now regarding about your topic here, there are a lot of games that has been arise here but the majority of them
didn't last long in the end. But of course, if you want to invest in the new coin, always do your own research first.
All talks about risk taking because it's our money then it's our right on what we should gonna do but it's not bad to hear out others idea about investing on new projects.Actually it's not really that easy to choose considering on how many thousands of coins or projects in the market which newly launched then it's really hard to make up some decision.

Newbies or not, still the same odds or chance on getting the right project it would really vary on someone's analysis and decision towards things and own insight on particular manner.
1556  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which exchange has less hassles in terms of multiple verifications? on: June 21, 2022, 10:18:50 PM
Hi,

I was wondering which of the exchanges has less hassle once you have KYC and not very strict policies?
What do you suggest?

Thanks
Don't have experience on other platforms about verification pace yet Binance is just enough considering on the time of verification which is almost not an hour as far as I remember and I had sent out my driver's license and able to use up features which I do need and I wasn't been asked for further things but just like others been saying that centralized platforms could anytime alter out their terms so it's not 100% assurance on whatever you do like on a certain platform. If you do want to test out for several places then you could do but thats if you could really afford on exposing your identity or documents on such platforms
but if you do really come after  for a sweet spot then hearing out peoples advises and recommendations of this thread will really be that idea for you to follow on.
1557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Minor Protection From Gambling on: June 21, 2022, 07:21:39 PM
You will never be able to stop underage gambling, because the real problem is "bad parenting". You can implement all the KYC requirements and other systems to try and prevent it, but the "bad parents" will create loopholes for their kids to gamble.

So, how do you change "bad parenting" in a society? Well, you make the "parents" accountable for their kids behavior and what they allow their kids to do. (Let them pay huge fines, when you catch them doing something illegal)  Wink

How you do consider bad parenting? You can't really tell that someone parents are bad just because they had some child which is a gambler.Yes, monitoring is crucial but there are instances which can't really be avoided or can be seen from time to time and due to the era we do have on which accessibility is really a matter of few clicks which does simply means that you can't perfectly see all the activities where your child is involving that's why aside from monitoring then it is better to make them also aware and realize ok what is gambling all about and it's cons.
1558  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible that all cryptocurrency will become regulated? on: June 20, 2022, 11:58:03 PM
That's what the governments want to be able to regulate all the cryptocurrency while if you are familiar with the base of the cryptocurrency you can understand that there is no way for them to take control over it completely and regulate everything, however, I believe they do not have and will neven have enough power to do such thing anytime soon. Currently, all they can do is mostly control the exchanges between fiat and cryptocurrencies because they can track the bank accounts and understand if the account is related to cryptocurrencies or not. On the other hand, some cryptocurrencies are made to be anonymous, and being regulated is against their rule.
They have been doing their best on stopping crypto since from the start because anything that can't be controlled or be taxed is really against their interest which it isn't surprising that they would really be having that kind of impression and steps against overall crypto market.Regulation can't be possible of we do talk technically but they could possibly make out involvement via regulating platforms that involves crypto.
There's no way that they could extent out even if they wanted too thats why one of their ways is to make out some false news or information via those bias media which could really affect the way
others think or impression towards crypto and this is one of their main plans because they cant just easily control so they would really be doing this way instead.
1559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Most Expensive Thing Bought with Winnings from the Casino or Sport Bet on: June 20, 2022, 10:57:50 PM

What is the most expensive thing you've bought with your winnings from a casino or sports bet that you've never used or used only a few times or even maybe regretted buying?
Didn't win much in gambling on buying something expensive but answering the topic then I do usually purchase online goods and not physical ones though it's cheap because most of the time I do really consider on saving up rather than on spending those coins specially if I do profit in gambling and the amounts been used on gambling also do came from profits itself but I'm not really spending it all.
It would really be that ideal if those coins would be save for the future but there are instances which you cant really avoid on not to make out some spending specially if you dont have
some fiat left on your pocket or simply say into those times where immediate purchase is needed and ive been into this kind of situation.
1560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will LUNA's downfall scare away investors from the crypto market? on: June 20, 2022, 10:35:42 PM
Anything related to bad news or catastrophic consequences surely affect the whole industry. After Luna crash investors didn't liquidate the investment position that caused recent market decline. The main problem is trust on newly launched projects and investors don't want to risk on new coins instead of making similar ROI on top cryptocurrencies. Anyways, Luna was expensive lesson for us and we should remember the risks before trading confidently based on previous trading experience.

but people can easily forget. how many crashes and dumped that we've seen in this market? countless times. so for me, the luna scenario will be one of those failed stories but it won't stop for people to invest in this market.
now, they can reduce their losses if they will have better metrics of choosing a valuable project. much better if the platform has working use case already, with many clients on board.
For those who had been affected badly on certain projects and causes for them to have financial problems then it's pretty sure that they wouldn't be going back on investing since they do have that bad experience but it's true that people do easily forgets and tend to invest once again whenever they do see again some opportunity which they do seem that they could really make money or profit in short time which is something not surprising.Luna incident is just one of the hundreds of scams that happened into this market and people never ever learn.
