Payal and Amazon can not be compared. The first is a payment processor and the second an e-commerce platform, they're both in a totally different industry.
Secondly, regarding Amazon, they can't add Bitcoin like Paypal is doing, there are some legal sides to it. If it worth it for Paypal to add BTC because people will be able to buy/sell Bitcoin and there is a high demand for it, people don't use Amazon to buy BTC.

Next, the excuse for the volatility isn't an excuse anymore in 2020. There are multiples ways to convert it automatically in fiat, (with a 3rd party or yourself with API) but Amazon probably doesn't want to be tied with an exchange platform. On the marketplace, sellers want to be paid in fiat and not in bitcoins

The reality:

The demand to pay with cryptocurrencies is very small, so small that it doesn't worth the time to look after. Maybe it seems to you there is a demand here, but here we're bitcoiners, outside of the community it is totally different. People are not interested to pay with BTC, and surely not interested to bother to buy BTC to then spend them on Amazon. Better to use fiats directly to save time and fees.

It will probably change when the majority will use Bitcoin, and I don't mean to say it as an investment but for their daily needs. You must be rational in your thoughts and wishes.

1) Revolut does the same thing IIRC, you can't transfer out the bitcoins (either to someone else or a wallet you own) or to pay something with. Does it mean Revolut is a scam too?

2) The person doesn't own the keys, perhaps but it's the same thing with Coinbase for example, so Coinbase is also a scam?

3) Paying someone with bitcoins: if I'm correct on their press release they said it could be used to pay a merchant, so people will be able to pay someone with (the merchant). The fact you can't do it with a random individual is something else.

Effectivement il y a encore certaines plateformes n'étant pas capable de faire une transaction vers une adresse 'native segwit' mais ca devient de plus en plus rare de nos jours.
En ce qu'il concerne Binance tu peux transférer des bitcoins de ton compte vers une adresse bech 32 (native segwit commencant par bc1).

Si tu effaces la version actuelle il va surement rester des traces dans Appdata>roaming qu'il faut effacer également. Su le site de Ledger il y a un désinstallateur que tu peux sans doute utiliser.

It doesn't make any difference to people. Take as an example the situation years ago, before they started to bother us with laws, we didn't have a legal status for Bitcoin, did that stop us from using it, buying it, or selling it? Not at all.
On the opposite, all these legislations around cryptos restrict our freedoms from using it, and take money from our taxes on the top of that. So yes, why should we give a fuck to their legislations while we were doing fine without them all the previous years.

Who told you to use centralized exchanges? There are plenty of alternatives, just don't be too lazy. It doesn't make sense to use centralized platforms to use a decentralized currency.

How is Bisq too complicated to use? People just need to enter a few details like their bank details and click a few buttons to buy or sell. There is all the necessary documentation on the site. Besides, it is much easier to use than most trade engines when you think about it.
