2261  Economy / Gambling / Re: Question for regular casino players. Will you use Lightning if available? on: May 21, 2022, 08:22:14 PM
the fact of playing with BTC gives much more emotion than with another crypto, and now that there is a drop in btc some players want to increase their balance in BTC and what better option to play.
I concur! And actually, there is another reason I forgot to mention on my previous reply on why gamblers prefer using shitcoins instead of bitcoin especially when playing dice games and the like. The reason am talking about is the minimum bet amount which is always lower when using an altcoin than when using bitcoin.
I remember most dice players preferred to play with Doge coin which didn't have a signifiant value back then.
Not sure if LN can help in solving this issue, though.
2262  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to hold in peace on: May 21, 2022, 05:27:32 PM
If your plan is to buy a cryptocurrency and hold it for very long time then there are two advices I can give you: the first is to invest only what you can afford to lose and this way even if the price of the coin you bought crashes significantly or even if it's completely dead then this shouldn't affect you financially.
The second is to buy only one of the most popular cryptocurrencies (I can recommend only bitcoin) that managed to survive for years, so it's unlikely they will disappear any time soon.
2263  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Sending BTC To Gambling Site Time Range Question? on: May 21, 2022, 04:10:47 PM
So do many people use nano ledger s with electrum?  Got to assume more than 90% of people at least use nano ledger s with ledger live right?  The other 10% use electrum.  Would you say that is probably accurate?
I don't think those numbers are accurate. I don't have the exact numbers myself but I tend to believe the number of users who connect their Ledger devices to Electrum is bigger than what you suggested.
If am not wrong, I remember many users complaining about Ledger Live not synchronizing properly and not reflecting their actual balance and most of them switched to Electrum which they found more convenient.
Anyway, nothing restricts you from using both apps, so it's not really a problem.
2264  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beginner-bitcoin smarter on: May 21, 2022, 12:15:08 AM
Just by reading their definition of bitcoin and how it works you would know they have no idea what they are talking about and that they have no clue what bitcoin is. They probably copied few sentences from different sources, paraphrase it then put it together.
Do you really believe they are capable of developing a AI trading bot!
This is definitely a scam and you should stay away from it if you don't want to lose your money.
2265  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🎲Tower.bet 🎲🔥 New Platform arrived 🎲Crash 🎲 HiLo 🎲 Wheel 🎲Contests 🎲 on: May 20, 2022, 11:25:18 PM
^^
I totally agree. The game design looks impressive and it's totally different from all other dice games I have seen. Good job developing this new game, tower.bet team, I just love it!
I wish there was a faucet or any other way for new users to test it for free (fun mode) before making a deposit.
I hope you will consider other members suggestion about lowering the house edge. It will help you attract more new players.
2266  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game - Lucky Spin is fake? on: May 20, 2022, 10:13:30 PM
I didn't play before at bc.game to be honest  so I just checked the website and their lucky spin game and the first thing I noticed is that, unlike other paid games on the website, this one is not provably fair.
So there is no way for you or any one else to verify the fairness of the game. You have no other option but to trust the owners and hope they are not manipulating the results.
2267  Economy / Gambling / Re: Livecasino.io - 🔥 up to 20% cashback 🔥 up to 20% rakeback 🚨 on: May 20, 2022, 09:00:14 PM
Can you take some suggestions for this contest, IMO the screenshot or entry should be on the PM. Do you want to know why? In case we have some players already get a higher multiplier maybe 5K-10Kx multiplier and they publish this entry in public.
Sounds like a good idea indeed as this will keep the participants motivated till the last moment.
But if they will do this and start accepting entries via PMs, then, and in order to keep the contest as transparent as possible, they should publish all screenshots they received (or at least screenshots from the winners) when the contest ends and it's time to announce the winners.
2268  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitLucy.com 🎰 100% Deposit Match ⚽🏏🥊🏀 🔥 on: May 20, 2022, 07:56:44 PM
You can access the website after you login but I suggest to not login your credentials until the website turns back to normal operation and royse announce already here that the casino is already working.
Thank you for the information, really appreciate it.
This is what I thought too but couldn't confirm it myself since I forgot my account password and theis for doesn't offer any option to recover/reset lost passwords.
Anyway, not a big deal since there is no point in logging in while the platform is still not ready yet.
However, and to avoid any inconvenience, it would-be better to temporarily redirect visitors to a maintenance page.
2269  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: wwzsocki/ A big scammer on: May 20, 2022, 02:52:41 PM
The burden of proof lies on the accuser and as far as I can see mr_ROBOTT (the accuser in this case) didn't provide any evidence to support his claims besides a screenshot of what is supposed to be articles he wrote months ago!
mr_ROBOTT, if wwzsocki's intention was to scam you then why did he send you $400? Scammers do not do that, they will just block you and take all the money.
Also, according to the screenshots, your last conversation with wwzsocki was on the 7th of May (>10 days ago) so why did you start this scam accusation only now, only after he found out you have an account on bitcointalk and red tagged it?
2270  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitLucy.com 🎰 100% Deposit Match ⚽🏏🥊🏀 🔥 on: May 20, 2022, 12:50:29 PM
^^
Yes, the website is not fully operational yet. It looks like the BitLucy devs are still working on fixing some problems.
Unlike other members, I couldn't even log in into my account. Here is what I get when I try to access the website:

I think we need to wait till they officially announce here the relaunch of the website and they are ready to accept visitors again.
2271  Economy / Gambling / Re: ♦️Coinslotty.com | Up to 20% Cashbacks | Crypto casino | Multi currency wallet♠ on: May 19, 2022, 11:59:13 PM
A special bonus for bitcoin users on the 1st page, is it still valid? Can you use it if you are already registered? And by the way, do have any other welcome bonuses? xx
First of all why you are away from checking either the bonus is available or not and secondly have you not seen the starter post? On the starter post it is clear that the bonus is still active if the bonus won't be active then they will announce that on here if they are professional.
However I thought this chat was created for asking...I am sure casinos like responding to questions and making others players’ experience as comfortable as possible.
There is nothing wrong in asking questions and sharing your concerns here and you can ask as many questions as you want and am sure the casino representative and other members will do their best to assist you.
But don't you think it's a bit strange that many old newbie accounts just woke up from a long period of inactivity just to start posting in this thread!! This doesn't look good and it may harm coinslotty reputation.
2272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can a new sportsbook gain trust? on: May 19, 2022, 10:59:07 PM
Imo, attracting customers and gaining trust are two completely different things and there are many examples which confirm this. You can find many trustworthy casinos with few customers as well as you can find casinos with very bad reputation (scammers literally) but they manage to attract new players everyday, unfortunately.

Building a good reputation and gaining users' trust takes time but it's not that hard (for an honest person ofc): just be honest and transparent all the time, this is all it takes!
2273  Economy / Gambling / Re: Jumbo Ticket 🔥 Crypto Lottery 🔥 Dream Big! Win Big🔥 on: May 19, 2022, 09:50:38 PM
All the names on the winners list are real. Those are the names using which our users have registered on our platform.
Thank you for taking the time to answer my question.
The reason why asked that question is because I saw winners from countries am very familiar with and am pretty sure people there never use such names which raised my suspicion!

The countries that are mentioned in the winners list are the ones that our users selected while registering with us. There is a possibility they might have used a different identity and details to preserve their anonymity.
Does this mean you do not request kyc? That's interesting knowing you pay high winnings up to $1M!!
2274  Economy / Gambling / Re: I want to make a telegram live betting group… on: May 19, 2022, 08:32:18 PM
...
Read again his statement for a few minutes and visit the group to fully grasp what's really the intention of the OP before making such comment. The telegram link that he provides is a telegram group dedicated for gamblers that do live betting. Technically it's a room for sharing there prediction and help each other to analyze prediction and win together.
Honestly, this is also what came into my mind when I read the topics title. I thought OP's idea is to create a telegram gambling bot or something like that til I read the full topic.
OP's idea is good and such group will be a great gathering place for in-play betting fans. However, I share some other members concerns about the possibility of such group getting filled with trolls and especially scammers.
2275  Economy / Gambling / Re: Jumbo Ticket 🔥 Crypto Lottery 🔥 Dream Big! Win Big🔥 on: May 19, 2022, 07:28:40 PM
LM, I suggest making the image link to jumbloticket website. I saw the "Register Now" at the bottom of the image and naively clicked on it thinking it will take me to the registration page  Cheesy

I have one question for the moment regarding the names of the latest winners: are the names on the list the winners' real names or just nicknames? I wish an official representative will answer this question.
2276  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Wallet Download: How Do I Get Sending Address and Private Key? on: May 19, 2022, 04:36:49 PM
By strict privacy, the idea is to avoid any connection with fiat or fiat-related payment system - a clean separation between personal id and the blockchain.
If you are going to exchange bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency directly to fiat, then I don't think you will be able to achieve complete anonymity even if you use a fully decentralized exchange.
It's true that you don't have to verify your identity when using a decentralized exchange such as Bisq or HodlHodl but you will need to either meet the buyer/seller in person or share your payment information (ie bank account) with him, hence, revealing your identity.
To mitigate this, you will have to use an intermediary payment method which doesn't require revealing your personal information (ie vouchers) then exchange those vouchers for fiat on the appropriate platform.
2277  Economy / Gambling / Re: Themed Provably Fair Casinos on: May 18, 2022, 11:53:51 PM
Can you explain more what do you mean by "themed provably fair casinos" so we understand what you want to know exactly?
Not sure but according to the two examples you gave, I believe you are talking about provably fair games developed by the casino itself and not by a games provider! If so, then I don't think there is much difference since the games are almost the same and it's hard to find one with a truly unique concept.
2278  Economy / Gambling / Re: crash3.io | web3 gaming on: May 18, 2022, 10:59:56 PM
OP, a friendly advice: since you have already purchased the domain name (supposing it's really you who own it) and if you are serious about this project, the least you can do is to create your own landing page and link the domain to it while you finish working on your website. Using a free domain parking service shows lack of professionalism and gives a bad impression about your business.
I suggest locking this thread then comeback when your platform is ready and fully operational.
2279  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gamdom.com - 3 Million+ users - Jackpots, Rains - unique games modes on: May 17, 2022, 10:08:27 PM
This is why I wish to make contact with Felix Romer/ Roemer.
Either in person; or a direct account to him.
Was offering a bounty for information leading to contact or address for me to knock on a door
But I think the post got removed
No, your topic wasn't removed but a moderator moved it to the Investigations board. Since your rank is still Newbie you can't access that board, it's only visible for Members and above (the restriction has been set for privacy reasons as this board is mainly used for doxing).
I hope an official representative will respond here or on the scam accusation thread you created to clear this up.
2280  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Brand Name or Site Functionality? Or Both? on: May 16, 2022, 11:50:28 PM
Sportsbet.io is a bad name choice
I beg to differ.
Firstly, sportsbet is the brand name which is a cool one, imo, and easy to remember. Sportsbet.io is just their main domain name. Secondly, most crypto related websites use the .io TLD therefore sportsbet.io is in fact a smart choice of domain name since their target audience are crypto users.
