Yes, binance can do whatever they want with your crypto since it's in their custody.
I don't want to scare you, as this is unlikely to happen especially for small amounts, but even if you move your USDTs to a non-custodial wallet, there is still a risk that they get frozen since it's a centralized coin (issued by a centralized company, Tether). They did it before and they can do it again if needed.
Personally, I only trust bitcoin for long term storage.

Cryptocurrency can be a reliable source of income only if you run a crypto-related business or launch your own blockchain project. It can be very profitable if you know what you are doing and have a good plan.
On the other hand, cryptocurrency trading is very risky. You can make huge profits as you can suffer big losses. You should never rely on it and make it your only source of income even if you are an experienced trader.

This is true for hardware wallets but not for all types of cold wallets. For example, paper wallets are also cold wallets and you can have as many of them as you want for free.
TrustWallet supports many coins and blockchains but not all of them. For example, it does not support monero (xmr).

I strongly suggest you remove binance from the list of hot wallets because it's an exchange not a wallet (as JeromeTash said) and it's never recommended to store coins on exchanges.

According to lionheart's review, players have to complete kyc before being able to withdraw their money. Personally, I have no problem with the KYC requirement but I believe it's better if you enforce it upon registration or, at least, make sure that all your customers are aware that they wouldn't be able to withdraw without verifying their identity before they letting them make their first deposit.

Edit: section 7 of ToS clearly states that players have to pass kyc to be able to deposit/withdraw.

OP's wording is indeed a bit confusing because if you look up an address on any blockexplorer you will see all the transactions it received (address used as output) and transactions it sent (address used as input).

Not sure if anyone else experienced the same thing but I'm having a problem to access my account. It says invalid password although am certain I provided the right one.

I confirm. I remember when I first heard of bitcoin, few years ago, the only way to get some of it here was through faucets. I used many of them and freebitcoin.in was one of the best and most generous faucets back then.
But, to be honest, right now faucets are a waste of time. You can check the list of casinos which give free sats in pmalek's thread (mentioned before) but you will realize that they are not worth your effort nor your time. Even if they give you enough money to test their casino, they will have restrictions to prevent you from withdrawing (min deposit, wagering requirement...)

It's not their ethereum network, they use superpay as payment processor so the issue could be from their side.
Not really sure why bk8 suspended eth deposits/withdrawals but most crypto services did it because of high transactions fees not because of the upcoming hard fork. No customer is willing to use the ethereum network because of its unbearable fees.

True! Gambling is meant/designed to be a mean of entertainment. People spend money on gambling to have fun with a small chance to get back their money or even make a profit which adds more fun.
If you feel unconftorbale when you gamble (ex. anxiety, stress, remorse...) then you are in it for the wrong reason like thinking it's a fast way to make money or because you are gambling more than you can afford to lose. In both cases, you should stop right away.

If by air-gapped device you mean a hardware wallet then the best thing to do to avoid being scammed is to never buy used devices an only buy from the official website of the company or from one of their authorized resellers.
But if you mean a pc or phone then you can't say it's air-gapped unless you format it by yourself and install a fresh and clean OS on it. You never know if the old owner has used it to access the internet before or not.

The only reason I could think of why someone would be so worried of his wife/family knowing about his gambling activities is either because he is addicted or because he gambles with money he is supposed to spend on his family (depriving them from some necessities).

What vulnerability are you referring to? Bitlucy was a scam casino and a big disappointment to this community but it didn't have any vulnerability, at least none that I heard of.
If you are talking about the no-deposit bonus they used to give to new users and got abused by cheaters, then that wasn't a vulnerability. The casino didn't care how many users claim the bonus as he had no intention to pay them anyway.

Using a VPN to access a casino is not a problem in itself and no casino will ban your account just for that unless it's clearly stated in their ToS that using VPNs is prohibited. The real problem is actually why they are being used. Unfortunately, the majority do not use VPNs for privacy reasons but to circumvent geo restrictions which is a kind of cheating.
Another thing gamblers aren't aware of is that even if your country isn't listed in the list of restricted countries, you're still not allowed to use the casino's services if gambling is prohibited in your country (and the consequences if you get caught are worse).
