I was considering taking a position in IXC, however the coin generation properties worries me: Also it is not exactly like bitcoin as it makes 96 coins per block and does not lower that over time but instead stops boom directly down to zero at some specific block number. there are currently ~13M iXcoins (as of June 2013) in existence and it is expected that all 21 million iXcoins will have been generated by 2015. What will happen to the network hashrate in 2015? There will be no reason to merge-mine it anymore and it won't be widely adopted enough for fees to provide an alternative... This will require discussion with the major pool operators.

In fact, iXcoin with its NUCD technology (visit www.ixcoin.co ) will allow customers to create alt-coins secured by a massive peta hash network. So if you are looking for a coin that is really cheap and has a lot of potential, then I would recommend acquiring some IXC. Almost 3 BTC trade volume on Cryptsy ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) Dwarfed by the likes of CAT, but should be a great mover once NUCD technology becomes an industry standard. At the moment it is undervalued however look at this data: Blocks Difficulty Network GH/sec Anoncoin 129735 33.9161 0.9509 Bitcoin 282390 2,193,847,870.1743 15,048,789.0883 Digitalcoin 678023 10.0163 1.0008 Dogecoin 71938 1,172.7540 95.4920 Devcoin 123331 1,271,936,671.0351 6,449,288.1166 Freicoin 50134 1,550,571.6490 2,774.8561 Feathercoin 155220 137.3742 5.1217 I0coin 1024469 48,019,919.9772 2,520,759.8272 Ixcoin 185780 918,449,149.6310 9,587,834.5225Litecoin 502800 3,130.0800 70.9523 Namecoin 158841 1,546,423,251.7463 13,837,161.0251 Novacoin 70552 351.7772 4.1969 Peercoin 93066 61,656,649.4463 606,863.7963 Quarkcoin 579706 4,522.0536 659.5412 Terracoin 249984 748,653.4053 8,485.1939 Worldcoin 989240 33.2864 4.9045 Primecoin 375133 0.0000 Number 3 on the list, #1 Bitcoin, #2 Namecoin, #3 IXC Also notice: Peercoin with 100+ million market cap, 606 tera hash versus 9,587 tera hash for IXC. Note: important to compare SHA256 coins with each other. Litecoin and Dogecoin are scrypt, so comparison of hash rate is not correct.

How much money have you made with nex? Can i invest in your wonderful company? James
As you can see from the reservations, there is considerable interest. The way it is set up, I don't receive any payment until the product is delivered. Unfortunately, the company is private and is sufficiently capitalized that it does not need any funds at the moment.

I think you guys are making the honest devs a hard time on this forum.
Sure you've got scammed and you try to prevent others and yourself to doing the same mistake but it is ok if a dev is not replying for one or two days. He said he got enough to start the kickstarter and maybe hes busy doing this. I can understand that someone whos gets alleged with such things runs eventually out of steam justifing himself.
I agree, we got work to do. But its just not only developers. The miner manufacturers also get the same kind of heat.

Yes, these are all different ventures. FrictionlessCoin is in the business of creating crypto-currencies. The Nxt clone at the moment appears to have the most potential. In fact, if mining is not needed, then it makes even better sense as compared to the bitcoin based technology. Alt-coin manufacturing is a promising new area. In fact, iXcoin with its NUCD technology (visit www.ixcoin.co ) will allow customers to create alt-coins secured by a massive peta hash network. So if you are looking for a coin that is really cheap and has a lot of potential, then I would recommend acquiring some IXC.

Ever heard of "malicious prosecution", FCs ? Or counter-suing ? Or punitive damages? Any case u attempt to bring will hinge on one piece of evidence, ie this forum. This forum thread (and its backups) is absolutely full of clear evidence of your shady dealings, much of it coming directly from your own posts. You really should stop with threatening legal action against your critics and simply answer the questions we put to you without too much evasive bullshit and swapping of hats from FC to FC. As I've said before, u seem to severely over-estimate your own abilities in several areas. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dunning%E2%80%93Kruger_effect) Quick edit: Do the FCs really, really, want to bring conclusive and comprehensive evidence of all of their "legitimate business practices" into a courtroom ? Sounds like suicide to me, I'm gonna lawyer up and investigate how the counter suing process works in the US of A. This could be very profitable.... Yes, lawyer up, because all I need to do is prove damages. What do you have to go on? Does calling a company a scam constitute defamation? If not, what do you consider defamation? Does manipulating links considered deception? If not, what do you consider deception? Here's another thing you have to realize, you can call a coin anything you want, there's no legal entity behind it. But when you falsely accuse a person or company, then there's legal bounds to make claims. I think you are spending too much effort trying to fight this. I suggest you cut your loses and move on. Thank you.

Note to posters.
Any attempts at defamation is sufficient grounds for us to make financial claims against you.
Yes, defaming a legal corporation does have financial consequences.
Please be very careful as to what you say.
Thank you.
Got to point out that up until yesterday u had not presented yourself on this forum as a legally protected corporate entity. So all of your activities before the moment that u revealed yourself as Carlos the corporation were those of a private individual. Only, if u have always been a corporation, why did u represent yourself on this forum as not just one, but two (or more) private individuals ? Hmmm....that could be read as a deliberate deception in order to obtain funds. Two legal entities each with their own account. Are you ready to backup that claim of more than two accounts?

Legally when they say a corporation is a separate person, it is with the assumption that you have all the paperwork in place. Corporate charter, board meetings, corporate resolutions, and whatever you do don't ever commingle any personal funds with corporate funds. That would almost certainly invalid the whole separate person status and make you fully liable personally for anything the corpotarion did. So would not having a real corporation So would not following all the rules of the state you are incoeporated in That is why i asked about what state you were incorporated in How large is the board of directors?
James
Corporate entity is incorporated in the State of Delaware under the name CodeAudit Corp. Accusing a company of fraud without having something to back it up can get you sued for defamation. So be very careful what you say. James, may I have your name and address, just in case. Nice change of tack, Intern. A defamation claim will only work if you can prove that your good name has been harmed. In this case, it will very probably lead to the judge deciding that you (or your employees) engaged in exactly that. Ordinary name calling does not constitute defamation, nor does calling you to account on your actions and asking for things you promised. Furthermore, this is the first time you disclosed that you actually represented said company, so any comments aimed at the nickname FrictionlessCoin before this statement will never be taken into account, as anyone can reasonably argue that they were under the impression that they were addressing a person. That actually could be construed as "misleading", you know? Not giving out your identity to people who want to engage in commerce in good faith isn't...weeeeeeeellll, I'll let you think up that word. You clearly have no idea to what extent the law protects you or your "company" against "defamation". Just another way of trying to get the other person to shut up, instead of owning up to the fact that you actually have nothing to offer and no cards of value in your hands. I will agree with you that make substantiated arguments cannot be considered "defamation". However, calling an activity a "scam" or calling a company a "scam" without substantial evidence is good enough grounds to file for financial damages. You decide if you want to test the limits of the law.

Sounds to me like you're just mad he didn't hire you. If you must know, someone beat you to the punch and is working with him on a website and forum. I and a couple of the other big founders have been talking to him via conference call on Skype. He also answers e-mails frequently levelcoin@yahoo.comHe is looking into different avenues of funding as he feels the forum is to put it bluntly a terrible place for it, and you have proven that. He also used screen share so that we could see him typing code and running the client, but it was pretty pixellated. Move along now, more market share for me ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) and good luck buying into it now with your scam allegations, you'll regret it very soon. I've observed that there are folks who make it their pre-occupation of claiming stuff as being scams. It's gotten so bad that my own comment in this thread saying that I liked the original author's ideas was used as evidence that I was a supporter of scams. Folks need to chill out. Furthermore, you shouldn't send money to someone unless he's already delivered the goods.
