I was waiting for an answer about where you are incorporated. I could advise you on best type of corporate structure to minimize the chance of anybody peircing the corporate veil. That is a term you might not be aware of, but considering that you admit that you see nothing wrong with misleading people, it is super important your misleading doesnt rise to the level of fraud. Fraud is a crime and last i checked actively misleading people could in some cases be elevated to fraud

Corporate charter, board meetings, corporate resolutions, and whatever you do don't ever commingle any personal funds with corporate funds. Be careful carlos, just return any money anybody has actually sent you and then i think you can avoid all fraud convictions. However if you take even a dollar, that woulld give cause of action. If there are more than 25 people that you take money from, it could even turn into a class action suit. Really a nasty business

The person who wrote Nxt  (BCNext) earned 21 BTC for his efforts.

The Nxt to NEX (or anything similar) is just a collective purchase of the currency.  

What you call manipulation is called 'marketing' in other circles.

CodeAudit corp is currently private... but listing on CryptoStocks may be an option.

Maybe you need to realize,  this isn't a hobby anymore.  Serious money is being made and maybe its about time you start your own corporation.
