One of these products may be a Nxt clone that we may offer for sale to the public.

Carlos Perez is a shareholder in CodeAudit Corp.   "FrictionlessCoin" in this forum relates to the actions of the corporation.  "solracx"  in this forum relates to the actions of the person.  

So it is even clearer to you, ZenithCoin is owned and by Carlos Perez.   FrictionlessCoin created ZenithCoin.

FrictionlessCoin also is the lead developer for iXcoin and makes its software contributions for free for iXcoin.

FrictionlessCoin has other projects in the pipeline regarding crypto-currencies.

In short,  if FrictionlessCoin decides that selling a Nxt clone has financial potential,  then it is clearly within the laws of the United States of America and the State of Delaware to provide such software.

ROFLMAO.....that has got to be the sneakiest about-turn the FCs have ever tried to pull off.

I'm one of FrictionlessCoins more vocal critics, or "troll" as FC likes to say.

U may not have seen my post on this thread, because it evaporated faster than dry ice in July, for some reason me not understand.
I've struck a deal (I think)* with the FCs that I am allowed out from under my bridge to enjoy the sunshine of this self-modded thread if I stop poisoning all his other links to this lovely place and behave myself a little.

I'm concerned that u may end up with too much work to do on your own, what with the dev work and the marketing and the fundraising and the coffee making and the NameCoin project and the ZenithCoin and the iXcoin........u need to pace yourself, mate.

If u remember, from around 3 days ago,  he was an investor in nex, who claims to have lost 9995 NXT while using your original nex client release.

I actually thought (based on the fact that the FCs and I seemed to have reached an agreement) that a reasonable post with some of the many questions about the FCs "corporate" business practices might stay up.

How wrong I was.....guess its always possible that one of the FCs deleted my post without knowing that i had a "noted" agreement with one of the other FCs.

I noticed that you promoted already several worthless coins like legitcoin, and many others. So I dont see " serious legitimate business".
You admit that you dont offer any future developement, any servers, anything but you expect to get circa 90 BTC for copy and paste work.... in other words you want some $ 100,000 in cash for the work which you have done so far. Legally when they say a corporation is a separate person, it is with the assumption that you have all the paperwork in place. Corporate charter, board meetings, corporate resolutions, and whatever you do don't ever commingle any personal funds with corporate funds. That would almost certainly invalid the whole separate person status and make you fully liable personally for anything the corpotarion did.

Accusing a company of fraud without having something to back it up can get you sued for defamation.

So be very careful what you say.

A defamation claim will only work if you can prove that your good name has been harmed.

In this case, it will very probably lead to the judge deciding that you (or your employees) engaged in exactly that.

Ordinary name calling does not constitute defamation, nor does calling you to account on your actions and asking for things you promised.

Furthermore, this is the first time you disclosed that you actually represented said company, so any comments aimed at the nickname FrictionlessCoin before this statement will never be taken into account, as anyone can reasonably argue that they were under the impression that they were addressing a person. That actually could be construed as "misleading", you know? Not giving out your identity to people who want to engage in commerce in good faith isn't...weeeeeeeellll, I'll let you think up that word.

You clearly have no idea to what extent the law protects you or your "company" against "defamation".

Just another way of trying to get the other person to shut up, instead of owning up to the fact that you actually have nothing to offer and no cards of value in your hands.

I will agree with you that make substantiated arguments cannot be considered "defamation".

However, calling an activity a "scam" or calling a company a "scam"  without substantial evidence is good enough grounds to file for financial damages.

This forum thread (and its backups) is absolutely full of clear evidence of your shady dealings, much of it coming directly from your own posts.
You really should stop with threatening legal action against your critics and simply answer the questions we put to you without too much evasive bullshit and swapping of hats from FC to FC.
