Nope. newbie managers are going to ask for at least $200 - $300 a week, it is not easy to be a manager, you have to take control of all the users on the forum.

Are you serious? Why haven't you own up to your own rules for the signature campaign? I don't even know what chipmixer is and it has nothing to do with the ACTUAL clicks that we are working to get from our signatures.
Just because you are the campaign manager doesn't mean you can make up rules on the fly for why some people get paid, while others don't. You should adhere to your own rules, otherwise I and everyone else on this campaign can only take what you say with a grain of salt.
Firstly, I was in chipmixer for 15 weeks, so I think I know what it is. If you want to be that much of a dick, I won't pay the people who were missing one post. It's your fault you didn't do 5 extra posts, even when you had over a week to finish them. |

Dang I'm very sad I was only 5 posts away from payment. lol for some reason I thought pay day was on Wednesday  Atriz, how is it that error08 and Kyraishi received payment when they didn't reach the 30 post quota? Can I at least receive partial payment as well for the work I have put in? I promise to get in 35 posts next week if it helps. You had 5 posts missing, they had 1 or 3. We don't even track clicks to the signature on this campaign and if we did I'm sure I'd be one of the top referrers. I honestly think you're being biased bro. You're going to let this guy do 20 posts and let other get away with 27 or 29? Rules are rules. If people don't meet the quota they shouldn't get paid. And if you are going to be selective about it then you need to pay us all. Otherwise This isnt even a well run signature campaign - things need to be more fair. If you check back via the threads, he was a hero member and I let him take senior payments for a longer post count. He was also in chipmixer, so your post quality doesn't even match his little toe. I had counted posts 2 hours earlier than normal, so some people could have still made 2-3 posts during that time, while 5 posts is too much. Thanks for the negative btw. I feel SMAS is a bit too outdated, and that is why I don't block them from joining campaigns of mine. If a user is on SMAS, I will be less lenient since they are a past offender.
Outdated; what kind of nonsense is that  The list is up to date, and users remain on that list unless they ask for a review and pass it. The spam problem can't be tackled if managers do not participate for nonsensical reasons. Hm... Valid point, I'll try start using in my campaigns. |

1) Do you support SMAS? If so, you should mention it and/or your stance against spam in this thread.
2) You should kill that referral program. It causes more damage (e.g. spammers spam your name everywhere) that it is worth it.
1. I'm using it as a guideline, not as something that will make me either accept or deny an applicant, I'm currently in the process of starting up my own blacklist. That isn't coherent, i.e. looks like you don't use it at all. You can't "use something as a guideline" which was meant for blocking users from relevant campaigns, but then not use it for denying applications. I feel SMAS is a bit too outdated, and that is why I don't block them from joining campaigns of mine. If a user is on SMAS, I will be less lenient since they are a past offender.
