2281  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ 7 BTC WB ᐉ Altcoin Betting ᐉ no KYC ᕗ Instant payouts on: May 16, 2023, 11:46:49 AM
I think they can't find a reason to take my money, it's just a small amount for them ($140). 1xbit must have read my complaint here and unlocked it without telling me a word.
It is a small amount for them, but I know people who got scammed for less since 1xbit is greedy as hell. Also, their team rarely checks this thread anymore which is why I doubt they found out about your issue from this thread.

Anyhow forget that you will get your 140$ back. If by any chance, you got it back, then take the money and never come back at 1xbit again.
It seems that he already recovered his amount which mentioned above though it's tough to believe for many which makes sense.

At this point in time, I think these resolved cases in 1xbit's thread is just them trying to paint some colorful picture in an already greyed-out world they put their platform into. They're giving false hopes to a lot of people they scammed over time and using that to hopefully reel some new victims in because they are showing everyone that they're now good for their word and that they can now serve people as they should have been in the first place.

Still, for newbies out there who are reading stories of 1xbit making things right for those whom they wronged, take it with a ton of salt. Do not trust this platform blindly and read all the warnings before deciding to put your money in this place.
2282  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is this considered a safe practice on: May 16, 2023, 11:05:36 AM
You can do one-time swipes on casinos but never, EVER, save your information on them because you're just basically funding your way into addiction. I have heard people say that casinos do give out generous bonuses and a lot of perks on players who are using credit cards and are generally very lenient in a lot of terms to these people because they always know that they can get money from these guys no matter what. If you can control your urges and you're responsible enough to know that you don't have "unlimited money" just because you have a credit card, you're good to go.

Control is what you need in these scenarios. Do not get overly hyped with the bonuses; you can't use those to pay your debt.
2283  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🕹️ Esports 🎮 Prediction & Discussion Thread on: May 15, 2023, 11:57:13 PM
Fnatic to beat G2   2-1  was a 7x bet  and somehow I thought that should be bet because of the odds not because its likely but the value of taking this bet means its fair to do so.  In CS anything can happen and yep that is just what happened, Fnatic beats G2 when really they shouldnt but all the biggest teams get counter strat'd and thats why CS is different I guess, teams doing their homework can bring the win.   Kinda amazing for them, hope they take it forward for another win Smiley

CS:GO maps may not be changing that rapidly when compared to other games out there, players are still finding new ways to play the game and to get ahead of other teams in certain maps and we love it. G2 is supposed to be a finalist contender in this last major, but they dropped to Fnatic whom haven't really been up to shape on the last few tournaments. It's still something unique in CS that not every other esports titles can't replicate.

Even my 3 map bet for ENCE and NIP is not a winner, thats sad as ENCE have definitely done better in the past.   Anyway lesson learned, take 7x bets on underdogs if you get a feeling it could happen its worth it just for fun has to be Smiley

Or maybe just bet on some of the underdogs just for the hell of it with low amounts and just hope for the best? Grin
2284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin IS an asset. Do you think it's bad? on: May 15, 2023, 09:37:13 PM
People follow where the money is, and since bitcoin has the ability to pull in a lot of people to invest into it, those who have deep pockets used this opportunity to make money and stimulate the markets into forcing a lot of people to buy it. While bitcoin in itself is a generally good hedge against inflation, I wouldn't bet everything on it, as diversification is still key. Precious metals remain to be sought after since they still have a lot of utility in the modern world. They're still used in a lot of industries and some other industries can't even function well without it.

To put it simply, you can invest in bitcoin, but do not put everything in it and still have something for other assets around.
2285  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Everton Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: May 15, 2023, 09:06:02 AM
That's actually a fair statement. So I'll upload everything. No problems at all.
You don't have to make a lot of threads. Yes, post all of those details and just go with the thread you've made on the Scam Accusations and post all of those stuff that will prove your accusation. It's because many accusations have been not just on this casino but also on others but the posters or accusers didn't post anything but mere words. Owner and most of their staff are accommodating so if they really have seen something that's needed to fix on your concern, they'll come to you.

People will probably look at those threads as spam more than an appeal for actual help. If enough substantial evidence has been posted on that thread, the community itself will put a red tag on the casino you're referring to and even give a heads up on other people to stay away from that casino until your issue is fixed. Scam accusation is there for a reason, and if you still make threads outside of that board that particularly attacks the casino while not adding anything relevant to your current case, your thread will really be ignored at all.

Also, casinos such as Stake will take these accusations seriously. Imagine raking in millions in revenue and letting your name be tarnished by a simple issue? I doubt they'll do that. Maybe have some more patience, I guess? Or post substantial evidence that will urge Stake to take action on your request. Your post means nothing without any evidence that somehow puts Stake in the bad spot.
2286  Economy / Economics / Re: The thin line between contentment & living below potential, Patience & wasting t on: May 12, 2023, 11:58:22 PM
At the end of the day, it's just their preferences that are pushing them to live below their means or their potential as you say it. If you've been used to a way of life long enough, you'll find it difficult to adjust to a new one or upgrade some aspects of your life, especially financially. I am, by no means, a rich guy. I have money, I can quit my job and live comfortably for the next decade or so, but I still refuse to buy myself high-quality clothes or even eat in fancy restaurants that I see other people do. I can say that somewhat, I already achieved financial freedom as I no longer wait from paycheck-to-paycheck and can even get my salaries delayed (lol I hope not).

It's just your mindset taking over you, and it's a very powerful one - to be thrifty and not spend a lot when you don't really need it.
2287  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀🎲⭐️LeeBet.io | $100,000 Grand Opening | Innovative i-Gaming Platform on: May 12, 2023, 11:25:14 PM
~snip~
LeeBet representatives are always active on the telegram, but they aren't making any announcement in the forum. I was unable to login yesterday when the maintenance was completed. LeeBet team had fixed the issue after a few hours, but the website is operating very slowly now. I had received 6 USDT by participating in their telegram quiz and used the amount to test their games. 3 USDT was disappeared from my account after the first bet, I had received the missing USDT on my account after a few hours. Although I lost the amount while testing the games, but I have mined 237 LEE tokens for my wagering.
It seems that their telegram channel has the most audience compared here given that they are focusing there. Though simple updates just like announcement couldn't hurt them unless they are short staffed. They are a brand new casino and I believe they are still getting used to running a casino. I think their servers are loaded because it slowed down. I'm guessing that the bugged cause gamblers to visit the casino at a certain time that made the casino responds slowly. I don't know how many is their current active gamblers but I think it's enough to slow down their casino.

if they want to cover all possible sources of potential players, they can also post updates here from time to time. because some users don't like the telegram anymore owed to a lot of scammers on the loose. try commenting on that channel if you have problem and before you know it, there are a lot of unsolicited messages saying they will help you with your problem. you know what am saying?
this is why if you want a serious response, i still prefer the forum to discuss about any prob you have. checking the forum every once in a while should not hurt their time. it will only give more assurance to players to use their platform.

I don't use telegram too often, only when I need it for campaigns and for updates. I find it weird that a lot of people in the crypto scene opt to choose this messaging platform over any other platform. While telegram has the fancy schmancy features like privacy and secure messaging, it is still a breeding ground for a lot of scammers in the crypo space. Not saying that all casinos using telegram are scammers, but just that they can also update most of what they offer on other platforms such as this forum or perhaps a blog post. Given how huge the numbers are for advertisements that this forum is getting, it's a no-brainer to improve your visibility here in this forum as well if you want to get more people and a lot of consistent ones at that.
2288  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🥇BEST CASINO IN 2023 - Community decide🥇 on: May 12, 2023, 10:02:32 PM
I could add 10-15 finalist based on the comments here, Stake is obviously one of them.
When we have 10-15 finalists, we can do a proper review of all of them, and then we could figure out a way to do a fair voting,

I will also add some more info about the casinos we have listed already, so everyone have a better overview of what they offer.

no rush, I want this competition to be as fair as possible.

An extensive review of these finalists would be great for a lot of casuals and pros looking to play to other casinos apart from the ones they're used to. They will get an insight on how well these casinos are handling their peers and also their players which might help them decide whether to play for that casino or not. In part, it will also help the casinos that are rated higher in this thread get some more visibility - kinda like free advertisement to them.

It would also be good if there are best in some categories for each categories, for example fastest customer service response time, withdraw time, and other such criteria that aren't subjective.
2289  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Advice when you are going a bit far in gaming and betting on: May 12, 2023, 08:13:01 AM
One thing that I really stuck with is not bringing anything extra if I’m going to a physical casino, and not get close to my phone that has all the 2FAs on my accounts if I’m playing at home. I literally, on purpose, turn off that phone which has the 2FA to deter me from depositing anything extra if I feel like I can beat the casino with a losing streak. Also, the right mentality would surely keep you from doing dumb decisions, but it’s not something that can be learned in a day or two. You really have to master it and stick with it the whole way through.
2290  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: sending bank statement for verification on: May 11, 2023, 11:45:02 PM
Why would anyone need to have your bank statement to prove that you haven't received anything for a refund? Wouldn't that show on their end and they are the ones that need to provide something since they're the one that needs to make it straight with you? It doesn't make sense for you to provide them with any proof of you not receiving something on your bank account. I'd say be wary of sending anything related to your finances on this casino. It's very intrusive of them to require you of this information to confirm something that they could have done on their end, honestly.
2291  Economy / Gambling / Re: Limited in every bookmaker on: May 11, 2023, 10:06:38 PM
And by dropping that single statement, you are risking your new account into getting banned. They limit your account activity because they see something in your activities that prompt them to limit your account. Maybe you're winning too much, or maybe you're just involved in some things that are not considered illegal but the bookies are losing a lot of money because of you. Whatever the reason is, once you bought an account or whatever it is that you offered in exchange of an account, you will still get limited because these bookies will already know it is due to the patterns of activities in your account.
2292  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blast Major Paris on: May 11, 2023, 07:40:07 PM
Excited about the Legends stage. NaVi and ITB are currently the teams I am eyeing at for this last Major, with G2 and ENCE on the runners-up should the first two decides to fuck things up and just drop out of the tournament. Surprised that OG didn’t qualify to the next stage though, as I believe they have decent firepower and strats in their bag.

I don’t know much about Monte except for sdy, but damn, they managed to qualify compared to Mouz and OG whom a lot of people are expecting to at least not get eliminated that fast.
2293  Economy / Gambling / Re: vbetFTN.com | Leading Online Gambling Operator | 🎰 on: May 11, 2023, 06:36:08 AM
Welcome to the forum.

Similar to what others have stated, why the need to go into passport details? I know that KYC wouldn’t be mandatory, but it obviously throws people off to know that they might need this document should there be any ‘irregularities’ in their account that you may find. Usually, this is what deters people to pursue unlocking their account because they need to handle sensitive personal info that could be used maliciously.
2294  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Another side of Sports betting you may not know about on: May 10, 2023, 11:57:10 PM
This is why athletes, players, and team members aren't allowed to make bets on the sports that they are a part of themselves. It removes the integrity on the sport because they're making it look like they're profiting off of each other and the incentive isn't to get better at the game or entertain people but rather just for the monetary gains. It also removes the people's trust on the league that the sport belongs to, which will reduce viewership and will surely affect the league in a lot of ways = may affect the gambling aspect of the sport as well.
2295  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎰 What software of online casino slots do you prefer? on: May 10, 2023, 09:34:55 AM
NetEnt and Pragmatic, maybe? They’re the only ones I’m familiar with, and their payouts are high although the RTP is shit. If I’m feeling lucky, I’d toss a couple dollars to the slots these providers offer and just hope for the best. Well, it rarely happens but it’s a good way to test whether I’m favored by the gods of RNG or not. Apart from this, I guess it’s also best to check which casino I’m playing these slots on. They are available on almost all of the crypto casinos that offer slots game, I just have to pick which platform I’m feeling to lose my money into.
2296  Economy / Economics / Re: What to do with all guy who loss money to stock market on: May 10, 2023, 08:52:16 AM
It’s a cyclical thing: you buy some at the right time and you get out when you have enough. The problem is, if you’re not in the inner circles you probably won’t know what you’re doing half the time, and that could potentially lead you to losing a lot of money on stocks trading. That is how most of the other stock traders make money when the market is bad, by taking advantage of those who are not in the know and sell their garbage to them.

Stock trading obviously isn’t for everyone, but once you get the grasp of how the system works, and made connections in this world, better use that as a leverage to your trading journey.
2297  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is a web3 casino for you? on: May 10, 2023, 05:46:16 AM
Everything in web3 gives advantages to the owner/user itself but since it’s still in a process, we can’t actually give its precise meaning. However, for me, web3 offers a lot of advancements like we don’t have to face problems like KYC since everything that the casino will ask has been input already in our own non-custodial wallet.
But what about the future, there is possibility that the government may want to attack the web3 gambling sites and asked them to make KYC compulsory. Making KYC compulsory on web3 is very possible. Gambling sites, decentralized exchanges and other platforms that are using web3 may become a place of know your customers in the future.

That is why I don't buy the web3 hype. It's another buzzword created to market something that has already gone stale because the words they try to label it is something that isn't catchy and appealing to the masses. Even if Web3 goes full-blown and almost everything becomes decentralized, one swift order from the government to make KYC mandatory and all of those years building up said technologies to combat centralization will be wasted and left at the mercy of the government.

Especially for casinos, it will be an easy target for the government to impose their laws and regulations to these platforms because they need to be registered in order to operate. And if you're a registered entity, the government knows who you are and can basically make arrests if you do not comply with their demands.

All in all, the idea of a web3 casino is to just bypass KYC restrictions imposed by the government, but in the end this wouldn't matter that much because the government can just do what they usually do and impose their KYC regulations and get what they need/want.
2298  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you Spending Money the Wrong Way in Pursuit of Happiness? on: May 10, 2023, 12:00:03 AM
Satisfaction does not equate to happiness. Whatever you spend money on may satiate your hunger or thirst into something, but IMO it isn't happiness if it doesn't make you feel contented. It will, at best, just make you hungry for the better, more advanced variants of what you bought in the long run which will be a never ending cycle. While there may be some form of happiness entailing your purchases, it will be short-lived, unfortunately, no matter how much you want to get that item that you really wanted to get before.
2299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you prefer Original Slots or slots from 3rd party Slot providers? on: May 09, 2023, 11:39:29 PM
If I'm feeling lucky, I'd go for 3rd-party slots providers. They offer better lines compared to in-house casino slots though the latter provides better RTP compared to the third-party ones. If I'm planning to stay longer in the casino and want to get more from my money, I'd stay with in-house slots from the casino. But in the long run, what we want is winning, and third-party slots providers give just this for the better pay rates.
2300  Economy / Gambling / Re: This guy gave a whole prototype of "how live roulette scam us" on: May 09, 2023, 05:01:26 PM
I always suspect that some form of manipulation on the balls and the pockets are happening when the high rollers come in. Though for a normal table with low-medium bets, I doubt they’ll risk getting caught as most of these people in this bracket are the ones who are overanalyzing everything. But yeah, it’s not really a shock to me if in case they’re really doing something like this given how sophisticated tech has become and how much money casinos are making to have access to this type of tech and apply it on their games.
I don't want to say much about the casinos that do this because not all casinos are cheating because there are some big casinos that are provably fair so they are more worth playing than the small casinos, sometimes only the small casinos might be able to do that because they want to earn a lot of money from gamblers.

Wouldn't it be too obvious for small casinos to do this since there will be a lot of incentives for them to do this. Also, most of the small casinos are relatively new, and people are still on the process of reviewing every single detail on the platform and that includes the games, the functionality of the site, and the overall feel of the platform. With big casinos, they can pretty much get away with it although of course the risks are a lot greater for them compared to the small casinos because they can potentially lose a lot more than the small casinos.
