2281  Other / Archival / Re: Earning "free" bitcoins on: March 18, 2017, 07:48:14 PM
Thanks alot for you all has sharing how to earn free bitcoins. i got much information by read this thread. may i ask how to earn bitcoin in this forum and what it's signature campaign???
Mate just make your profile good and in high rank I guess there were some campaign that accepts Jr. Member.. reach it and make some constructive posts

There are some campaigns who allow newbie to participate but the thing is payouts are really low so join signature campaign after reaching the full member rank at least.
Still okay to join a campaign as a newbie when there is such opening and grow along, that way you will be making some satoshi along the line as you gather more knowledge and experience. As for "Free bitcoin," it is an utopia and I strongly doubt you will one, in most cases, you would end up putting up much more work than the dust you end up receiving and dubbed free bitcoin!

Nice feature you have there in possibility to split one's balance into game balance and bank balance. That would players to set limits and targets and not exposing all their funds.

About the terms for the 120% bonus on first deposit, can you clarify what the following really saying? What exactly is the relationship between the 55x and the 50%?
Quote
To claim bonus your balance must be greater or equal to deposit amount.

Your Bonus must be wagered 55x to became a part of your balance.

Wagering contribution is 50% from bet amount.

I believe the point of small investments is to try how it works. Current min is 0.005 BTC, which is indeed to small for any decent profit. If you invest with leverage x10 it's a bit better, but still too small to earn a living.

IMO the smaller minimum is not for those who are ready to invest, but rather for those who want to try investing first and give it a try before depositing and investing more.

On the other hand, I can see nothing wrong with investing small amounts. It could be a free lunch or a free beer someday :-) I've been there too -- there is nothing better than a free lunch with friends when you get some profit :-)

I think promoting the smallest investment level of 0.005 is a reasonable level for a gambling site, because there are a small percentage of casual gamers, who participate in bitcoin, gamble with just Have fun, so if you raise the odds up too large, they will leave your site. We are not aiming to make a living as the first, because gambling can also be used for entertainment, that is for sure. I think we should keep the deposit at 0.005. That's my opinion, thanks Smiley
It is a good amount because it acquires more on top of itself. So it can only grow and does not decrease after time. So this is a benefit of putting anything of an investment on the site.
We need to be aggressive when it comes to investing in casinos, 0.005 is good to try for newbies just to learn how things will work. For me, it's a privilege for the small investors but I hope along the way they will be realistic that small investment will only gather a small profit.

Small investment might gather small profit, but investing in casinos are risky for a rookie, so small amount, like 0.005-0.01 BTC will help to clear doubts and fear. But gradually the amount should increase as the investors confidence is also increasing.

yup its true but i think if we continue to make small profit over and over, in the end we can collect big amount from our small investment and i think its fine for us if we don't have much of money to join some investment. i made some investment in yolodice in this 3 weeks and so far, i can able to get profit although is small.
It helps to note that investment in casinos are not fail-proof, as there are always players with seemingly midas touch and deep pockets. Best to always go by the conventional approach to investing and invest only what one can afford to lose. To live and fight another day is always a winning strategy.

Any news on when you will add HTTPS? Seems like a mandatory thing for a sportsbook.
Thanks for feedback  Smiley
Yes, this feature will be added really soon

-------------------------
BETOPEN.CO
You are hurting your business instead by putting the cart before the horse - HTTPS ought to come before promotions , because people will be reluctant to take your offer in an unsecured environment. Failure to act on that after repeated notification very soon gets to amount to a red flag and as you are aware, the competition out there is already huge.
2285  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: March 18, 2017, 05:29:36 PM
hi is it lottery of FreeBitco.in legit or scam

me i think not legit
Actually many users on this forum have already pointed out to the admin of FreeBitco.in to show the provably fair system of their lottery draw, but I don't think the admin ever reply on this question before, I personally have not won any lottery after a period of 1 year using their site as a faucet, but anyway it is all free tickets from the claiming of their faucet, so nothing to complain about  Smiley
Every week there is a draw for the lottery, yet have not come across any regular person winning it, so who have been the ones winning the lottery? I wait to see a true winner. As a matter of fact, the odd for winning in dice game here is awkward, if not terrible. When you compare the odd here with any dice site out there, you will discover you had been extremely lucky to ever leave here with your deposit intact.

As for the interest on deposits, well I don't see him scamming anyone, but the bait would be when one turns around to want to multiple his/her deposit.
2286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin business idea on: March 18, 2017, 05:02:29 PM
I am curious of your opinion about if you have to start a bitcoin business from scratch today. What is the type of business will your start, even if any of this type of business don't exists at the moment?

I know the typical business type on the market are :

  • Exchange
  • Blog
  • Lending
  • Trading
  • Selling stuff in bitcoin
  • Freelance job in bitcoin

I will either start by investing in mining equipment for a quicker ROI or I will just buy and hoard more bitcoins down because the price is bound to increase over time.
You may want to know that mining Bitcoin as is today doesn't promise quick ROI. As the difficulty keeps increasing, you will be having to lay off quite expensive equipment all too often to be able to remain abreast in the business. That coupled with cost of electricity, cooling system renders the venture a not for all comers. A way out is to instead channel your resources in mining some altcoins that demands far lesser resources and subsequently exchanging them for Bitcoin.

The worse case of mining anyone would contemplate is cloud mining - it is the easiest way to waste your time and money!
2287  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: March 18, 2017, 04:43:03 PM
although it is looking impossible but i think anything can happen in this world. i think if it reach to that point so the bitcoin holder will be millionaire then.
It is every bitcoiner's dream that Bitcoin should go to the moon and it is true, strange things do happen in this world, but somethings are obvious, with zero chance of ever happening and there is no need whistling for the moon. By the way, 1 satoshi does not have to equal $1, for bitcoiners to realize their hope in Bitcoin.
2288  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitPesa: solving money remittance issues in Africa on: March 17, 2017, 05:11:36 PM
this would definitely help the country in the future and no doubt about it. as long as the team will continue to develop or make a time to time innovations. this may not directly has an impact to people or to the community, especially to countries such as  africa that they are behind in terms of technologies but i know eventually it will. looking forward to hear more good news from BitPesa.
Your knowledge of Africa as a community/country is quite ludicrous  - get well educated!  Bitpesa to the best of my knowledge is a remittance startup company operational in a few countries in Africa - Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda. Their fees are a bit on the high side for now, nevertheless they make remittance a stress free exercise, one can carry out any time, any day from even your bathroom. Btw, they ask for ID for verification.
2289  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin IS basically DESTROYED on: March 17, 2017, 04:34:41 PM
china is not controlling bitcoins .they are investing lots of money to get hold of bitcoins ,its the basic they can do and they think that whoever has the most bitcoins will be the most powerful .just  it is thats all..
There is a popular saying that the one who pays the piper determines its tune. It China is allowed to be the one paying the piper, so enough they would be the ones calling the shots what happens to Bitcoin. Can the Chinese be trusted to manage such power with reinventing  "common, universal"?
2290  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: So no one cares about ETF decision, right? on: March 16, 2017, 11:26:02 AM
Actually the pursuit of the ETF was designed for Bitcoin and not the other way round, so it wasn't really a case of egg and chicken. Bitcoin was already on course, though the approval of the EFT would have boosted it, but as is evident, its disapproval actually mattered less am I personally would have been surprised, if it were approved, because that would simply signal the government approval of something that threatens that is admittedly beyond their control.
2291  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [Graphic] Bitcoin vs. The Government. on: March 16, 2017, 11:00:05 AM
Nice graphic comparison/illustration, but it's not great if you're looking current condition of bitcoin. Lots of unconfirmed transaction because small block size limit, FUD everyday, lots of scam attempt, company/people who wants to make bitcoin centralized and SegWit vs BU drama Roll Eyes
I seriously think it isn't best time to promote bitcoin since people would think they're fooled by those graphic comparison/frustration after they got hyped and found out current bitcoin condition.
Success anywhere is never a smooth ride and we are witnessing the lots of Bitcoin and there are many of them, but like the infographic depicts, Bitcoin is laden with so much more potentials, it would be near impossible to allow it to rot or thrown into the garbage, especially as we are worse off with the debt-ridden and worthless fiat currencies.
2292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ETH connected with MLM while Bitcoin losing on marketcap share on: March 16, 2017, 10:40:22 AM
There is nothing new to that - every once in a while, we hear of this and that coin being the killer coin to take Bitcoin to the cleaners, but Bitcoin is almost priced at over $1200 today. It is certainly okay to also have other coins that are doing pretty well, but there is yet to be a replacement for Bitcoin in sight.
2293  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Japan make a move after lost trust 3 years ago on: March 16, 2017, 09:15:33 AM
Japan is a tech-friendly nation and they love innovations, i`m suprised that they "lost trust" in bitcoin.
Mt. gox was indeed bad news and many more people were not as informed about Bitcoin as they are today. And now, Bitcoin is fast maturing and its role as a seamless means of international payment is not something to pass up by a country that relies heavily on exports.

Quote
The Japanese financial system is a joke, their debts are huge and their national currency is weak.
Well debt is a part of every nation, that is one of the faults of the monetary system the world embraced and there is no end to it, except creation of credits and mindless printing of money backed by nothingness stops, but I doubt it ever would!

Quote
They have to adopt blockchain+bitcoin and this will be a huge progress for us and them.
That is the obvious way forward for any country that is seeing the future, but from what the article appears to be saying, I think there is still a dark side to it:

Quote
Kawabata explained that “there are various requirements we need to comply with to continue our exchange business,” he said. “As an operating exchange, KYC/AML and paperwork are probably the heaviest part. We need to comply with strict KYC requirements similar to banks which cause new users’ KYC process to be somewhat complex”.
Am afraid, if strict KYC/AML similar to banks is a part of it all, then it is no longer all about Bitcoin!
2294  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your thoughts for Bitcoin in 2017? on: March 16, 2017, 08:14:43 AM
As we enter 2017, Bitcoin begins with a fresh start making it worth nearly $1000 per coin. Users, banks, and even governments are becoming more interested into Bitcoin, and its underlying technology called the Blockchain.

Now, as we progress into making Bitcoin more scalable and efficient than ever, I would like to know what are your thoughts for the pioneer cryptocurrency in 2017?

If all goes well for Bitcoin this year, it might increase its value more than $1000, as well as become closer to being used as a mainstream currency. What do you think?  Smiley
Bitcoin has already started to prove its potential.Even after the ETF failure, bitcoin has recovered and still its increasing in price.Surely, its price would reach around $2500 by the end of this year.Lots of new companies have started accepting bitcoin as payment.
Bitcoin resilience even in the face of ETF disapproval, is a clear pointer to what Bitcoin is out to accomplish this year and in the years to follow. Evidently the global economy is laden with financial crises with the fiat currencies of one too many countries very quickly becoming worthless either for reasons of inflation or outright devaluation. Fortunately however, Bitcoin provides credible solutions to these malaise and more. As a result, the attraction and adoption of Bitcoin is sure to remain on the increase and that can guarantee that $2500 is attainable by the turn of 2017.
2295  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you save bitcoin for fun or for future purpose? on: March 16, 2017, 07:24:06 AM
People usualy don't save for fun but because of need and will to have some funds for the rainy days and future that will give them the feeling of security. So, the same thing is with Bitcoins with the added value that Bitcoin is also an investment so with saving Bitcoins people hope for the future profit. If the profit means fun then I save it for the fun.
Never heard of anyone saving for fun, rather people invest and when their investments pay off, they can then spare some to have fun. If you chose to put the cart before the horse, I doubt you would ever be able to have the fun you crave.

Without much ado, Bitcoin is an outstanding asset, in 2016 I don't know of any other asset that its value increased by up to 50%, but Bitcoin rose from a value of about $425 during the beginning of 2016 climbed up to $1000 by its end and for sound and formidable reasons. What else can one look for to know this is one of the best assets to hold for future gains!

2297  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will happen when 1 satoshi is $ 1? on: March 14, 2017, 01:59:22 PM
What if bitcoin gains much more value than you anticipate? So what happens when 1 satoshi reaches the price of 1 dollar?
What kind of arrangement is made if payment is requested as Cent? Can the bitcoin core be modified?
This is a good example of what wild goose chase is! Increase in value does not spring up from thin air, so what qualities of Bitcoin is going to drive the price to that astronomical rate? If that happens, do you realize most fiats would be long dead or totally at the mercy of Bitcoin. Not to talk of the governments looking the other way, while something they dubbed a tool for criminals becoming so valuable - wake up from your day dream!

You forgot to put bitcoin gambling in your list(not to gamble, but to build a casino, dice site...)

I have an idea about a brand new bitcoin gambling game and i will build a business around this idea.
Onless you are the owner of a gambling site, then gambling should be kept as far away as possible from a list of Bitcoin business ideas, because it is certainly not a business one can lean on. At best it is a form of entertainment and should always be treated as such to remain on the safer side.
2299  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: March 13, 2017, 05:31:40 PM
Gambling will give relief when you are in work stress, but you must ready to lose your money to get fun. If you give value to money don't like to lose for non profitable activity then don't play gambling. Do trading it need market knowldge, but it is profitable once you learn how to trade. That is why trading is better than gambling.

From this we can say both trading and gambling has its strong point.  For gambling relieving stress, it is better than trading since trading is never a stress reliever.  In this point Gambling being healthy due to stress nullifying factor.  While trading once learned can give you boundless opportunity.  Between the two I think trading is way better than gambling in terms of financial aspect.
I don't see how gambling goes to relieve stress as a matter of fact, someone stressed up had better avoid gambling because he/her would only increase. Trading as well as gambling is best when one is in some good mood or simply look for something else like music or go look at nature.
