Edit: Unbelievable. Gujarat managed well without Pandya. Miller and Rashid saved them while Jordan proved yet again why he is easily one of the worst bowlers in Cricket.
Jordan is a worst bowler for Chennai, because if David Miller have scored 23 runs in the 18th over then it is not his mistake. Rashid Khan too a good batsman, but an able bowler have got the ability to restrict from scoring. Scoring two continuous sixes followed by a four and a six is really bad for Chris Jordan as a bowler. Once again Chennai have lost its match due to poor bowling.

~
So does it mean that there is something wrong with the captaincy or does it mean that it's absolutely the management's fault?
To be honest I really think it's a bit of both but I think the management is the main culprit here. The team needed a lot better players and players with a lot more potential rather than the players that they have got right now, and they did not get those players, that's why they are suffering right now.
The other thing is if actually the coach and the captain had some say while the team was being decided I think it is also their fault. It is undeniable that the result it is just reflecting that.
May be the extra pressure, i was just making an observation i saw, when Kohli was the Indian captain he was not doing well as a captain in the IPL even when they had the best team available and now Rohit Sharma is the Indian captain and he is struggling as a captain in the IPL.

Actually, this could be one logic behind this. But to be honest this franchise as a whole did not work perfectly this season and they're paying for it.

I actually miss one captain who could stay really cool under this type of pressure who is Mahendra Singh Dhoni. He made a lot of controversial decisions but in the end, he made them work.
Anyway, I think Mumbai Indians need to change things really quick otherwise this season is lost for them in my opinion.
Almost Chennai and Mumbai are out of the season. To have a comeback with continuous winning on the upcoming matches isn't a possible one. Mumbai needs better analysis and in most of the matches toss is playing a big role. Anyhow today's play from Chennai is one of the worst performance in the IPL.
2303  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin could hit $100,000 within a year, crypto firm's CEO predicts! on: April 15, 2022, 11:39:21 PM
$100k within a year could happen. This is based on the ath of bitcoin that is being reached last year. The price started to reach ath in an unexpected time period and everything happened within a very short time period. Considering such growth pattern reaching $100k is possible, but the market need to be supportive. For now it looks like the market is in a stabilized move. So, it looks like we'll experience slow and steady growth till the year end.
2304  Economy / Economics / Re: Fiat, CBDCs, all of these are enemies, your only friend is Crypto! on: April 15, 2022, 11:34:20 PM
There is nothing to blame the fiat and the CBDC's that are being developed to keep the finance under the government's control. Everything have evolved in a slow and steady manner according to the need of the people. As a result we had coins to currencies and from there we had everything digitised as internet banking, further we had card transactions. The lastest being the usage of applications and wallets to make transactions. However people who doesn't make use of bitcoin were also comfortable with it. So, it is upto the users and we should also know without fiat now we could've never got cryptocurrencies. So, everything is part of evolution.
2305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin mentioned on a ongoing Netflix series Queen of the south on: April 15, 2022, 11:12:03 PM
Few years back it is very rare to see news associated with bitcoin. Now things have changed and as a result bitcoin is being used everywhere. Even the local media's have begun to broadcast news and information associated with bitcoin. By the time Netflix drama/series having something associated with bitcoin is a not a big thing for now.
2306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🔥 BTC365.com 🔥 IPL Prediction Pool 2022 & Discussion(Participants Only) on: April 15, 2022, 11:06:39 PM
SRH - In last season fight between management and David Warner really messed up their franchise performance and they are keeping the tradition alive. Having said that i do love their bowling attack.
You are wrong here. SRH management was a mess and their team suffered because of it in the previous seasons, but they have bounced back pretty well in this season so far even though I still don't like their management.

They defeated KKR very easily which was surprising since I expected them to win comfortably. Their batsmen and bowlers are working well together currently.
Yeah they did won 3 consecutive matches but their bowling is doing main job for them, where they are successfully restricting everyone at around 150-170 mark, barring 1 match. Not to mention in last 3 matches they won, they were batting second and chasing subpar total. Batting clicking at the same time is bonus for sure.

The way both Iyers struggled tonight. I think SRH bowlers are going to spoil some Indian batters plans for upcoming T-20 WC.
SRH bowlers have done the best during the initial overs, but things went out of their hands during the end overs. If I'm not wrong KKR managed to score 36 runs in the last 12 balls. When that scoring was happening I thought this runs were going to change the match. Finally the batting order of SRH performed well to win the match in an easy manner.
2307  Economy / Economics / Re: Is crypto the final stage in the evolution of money? on: April 12, 2022, 11:22:51 PM
When the usage of currency existed out of the coin usage around the world, people lived by that time might had the same thought of currency being the final stage. What has happened further, we had got banking, digital currency, credit/debit cards. Different other forms of cards, applications to support the same.

Here I've mentioned the platforms through which the currency is getting used. Even after such access people aren't satisfied and getting used with cryptocurrencies. Same as this the upcoming generation will expect something and go for better things.
2308  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which sport interests you!!! on: April 12, 2022, 09:54:45 PM
From the childhood I was much into badminton, volleyball and cricket. Badminton is being played in the early morning to avoid wind, as we play in the outdoor. In the school volleyball and cricket are being played. Cricket and volleyball are much commonly played in my country. Apart from this we play throw ball, but same as handball without a net. Here we throw over the players to make them out. Maybe this has got different name.
2309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin continue to have the same effect on alts? on: April 12, 2022, 09:24:28 PM
The market of altcoins is well connected to the bitcoin, so there is nothing to think about the effects over altcoins. Whenever there is positive move in the market, the same happens with the altcoins. The price have been struggling to stay above $40k. This have made $40k to be resistance zone which needs to be crossed to reach the next major resistance zone of $43. Only then the bullish move will continue, if not once again altcoins gonna drop gradually.
2310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: High Rollers on: April 12, 2022, 06:15:13 PM
wow, to be honest with you mate i've not seen anyone placing such amount of money especially when it comes online gambling and for such game wherein very risky..
That's amazing tho, and probably they're really rich and can afford to lose such amount of money.. And i am very sure that platform is definitely a legit one for big gamblers because no one will trust in if it's not reliable platform.
Thats really big. These are users of the early stages of bitcoin. During those days there won't be much of adoption, those who kept hold trusting in bitcoin are now enjoying it through wagers. Upon the way the user have wagered it looks like he's considering a single bitcoin similar to a dollar. Because even the richest holding big money will doesn't like to loss money.
2311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 12, 2022, 05:16:01 PM
Just heard about the decision from ICC to grant direct entry to the United States cricket team for the 2024 T20 World Cup. What sort of sham is this? The US cricket team doesn't have any native players and all of them are expats. On top of that, they lost out to more qualified teams when they played in the 2021 qualifier tournament. Why the ICC is hell bent on promoting these undeserving teams, when more deserving teams like Nepal and Namibia are being robbed of the opportunities. Now matter how hard they try, the Americans are not going to take cricket seriously as long as there are no natives in the team.
Yes they are getting direct entry since they are co hosting world cup along with WIndies. The theory is same icc just want to include big powers in the game not the talented one like Nepal and Namibia. In USA I think players are native I guess since USA grant citizenship to anyone who is born there. Many South Asia families are living there for decades. Let's see how USA perform.
I think that many Indians and Asians live in the United States and it won't be difficult for United States to develop a team containing the Asian players who are used to playing cricket. Anyways if united states start to play cricket then we may see another teams from north and south America showing their interest in this sport.

Actually, we all know why ICC has done this. This is just because of money and also in my opinion in the USA, the sponsors will get better exposure. That's why I think this decision was taken. Because I don't see any other logical reason for this. There were a lot of countries that could host the ICC world cup instead of the USA which has almost no interest in cricket in my opinion. They are more worried about rugby and NBA.
Money has been playing a big role in cricketing. As said USA might've found this a great platform for business than winning. Just because of that USA have opted to be the co-host of the 2024 T20 World Cup. USA have been delaying its entry into cricket. Maybe the country is planning to prepare native Americans than the Asians settled in USA.
2312  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: A month of WAR on: April 12, 2022, 01:44:23 PM
Due to invasion of Ukraine by Russia the world market declined for some time period. Further sanctions on Russia made the people and the government suffer as they weren't able to make any transactions. As a result Russian people started to use bitcoin. This continues to the extent of Russia making a decision on selling oil and natural gas in exchange for Rubles. As most of the western nations import oil and natural gas from Russia, there is big issue and every Countries contempts it. One amongst is Germany.

Now Germany have come up with plans of looking for  alternative sources of energy and phase out its reliance on Russian oil and gas in the wake of Moscow's invasion of Ukraine. The plant, with 5,800 modules on 360 floating elements, will go into service on May 24. Following this we can see more countries getting into the generation of alternative energy source than depending over Russia.

German firm builds floating solar plant on quarry lake
2313  Economy / Economics / Re: New crypto law in Bangladesh? on: April 12, 2022, 01:24:33 PM
I don't think Bangladesh will make a positive move relative to cryptocurrency. It is one among the country to impose strict ban over cryptocurrency usage. People were arrested if they were found connection with any of the cryptocurrency, it can be of holding cryptocurrency or engaged into business. Even after that people continued to use it through available loop holes.

What it has done looks like a framework for digital currency usage. Bangladesh won't make a fast move to legalise cryptocurrency. Also digital currency act seems like a plan to restrict people using cryptocurrencies
2314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: April 12, 2022, 11:48:55 AM
Came across this news and liked to share it here, as this has been taking place in El Salvador. According to the news Easter is celebrated big in El Salvador. As a beginning once after the palm Sunday talcigüines is celebrated on the north of capital San Salvador. In this  men who are chosen to act as talcigüines start their day by attending mass and playfully whipping bystanders. At the end of the ceremony, the demons lie down on the ground and the man playing Jesus steps over them, portraying the victory of good over evil.
El Salvador have kicked off the Easter Week
2315  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Without banking bitcoins will be work on: April 12, 2022, 07:23:20 AM
You can always use P2P exchanges and thus there is no need for banks to be involved .
This method you are generally exchanging with another person.
Examples of P2P exchanges include -

Paxful - https://paxful.com/

Localbitcoins - https://localbitcoins.com/

As always though - DYOR.
Hope this helps  Smiley

The question raised by OP is, how things will function if there is no banks. This means, what is the possible solution to convert bitcoin to fiat without the involvement of bank. At present there is no possible solution for the same without a banking account. What you've mentioned localbitcoins, paxful and all were platform that connects people who want to buy and sell bitcoin. However if a person sells through localbitcoins the buyer receives the bitcoin and needs to transfer fiat. Here bank account gets involved.

In the future we'll get access to pay directly for services and products same as that we use fiat. By that time there is no need for anymore conversion process. Until then banks will have its role.
2316  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: You don't need to hodl a particular coin all your life on: April 12, 2022, 12:00:01 AM
Selling the bull and buying the bear is the perfect way of doing trade. When we talk of holding, different users have got different views. Some decide to hold for a reason, some just buy and forget it. Some keeps it idle, for those people it is good to observe the market and sell when the market is bullish and buy back when the same turns bearish.

Also what OP have suggested is also good, when we find one of the cryptocurrency under hold is in the bullish move  go sell it and buy some other potential coin that is in the bear market. This practice is good, because we'll get understanding about different projects than sticking to limited projects. However we need to be careful while swapping from one to the other, because we need to go through different parameters before investing. Later it shouldn't be a tragedy investing on a hype coin and suffering to sell.
2317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you spread BTC to people within you on: April 11, 2022, 11:50:13 PM
These days it has become a common thing to talk about cryptocurrency and quite often I get an opportunity to talk among friends. This all happened because I used to discuss them about the existence of bitcoin years back and none gave it a consideration. Now things have changed and many of my friends have begun to invest and this has made us have atleast a little conversation about cryptocurrency whenever we meet.
2318  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price stay above $40000? on: April 11, 2022, 11:23:26 PM
Bitcoin touched the crucial support of $39200. From that it have bounced reaching close to $40k. Right now it looks like the time to make profit out of scalping. It looks like the market can move downwards/upwards. If downwards below $38k then we can expect the worst scenario of touching $30k and if upwards then we can expect it to reach $50k at the earliest.

For now it looks like $40k to be the major resistance barrier to decide whether the market is on the bullish move or on the bear trend.
2319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does staking even make any sense on: April 11, 2022, 11:13:55 PM
10% interest for a year and you just did nothing to receive that and doesn't it even make sense for you? You will earn less even when you are putting your money into your bank account. 10% for the stable tokens staking were the best reward that you can received that. You must also remember that when you are also staking small amounts of money and you get what you have staked it. The fact that when you are also seeing the market and you will be seeing so many people are also staking their stable tokens for that APY.
They to know that if that's good enough for them to earn good APY with do nothing. What are you laughing for?
I don't see are interested with return earning about 10% every year and better keep trade with several potential altcoin and have chance more than 40% profit if keep consistent one month. Very little reward or profit with return 10% every year and got under 1% every month although with bigger fund still not enough reason for staking with reward 10%. but depending with individual thing because they want keep safety and try staking although with reward only 10%, maybe they have commitment about as saving money better staking than keep save only without any profitable.
Staking of top order cryptocurrencies is not the right choice in my view. 10% is good for a potential token that is being predicted for long term market growth. Staking such tokens won't be a big hurdle and gives something out of it. Even here nothing is assured, bit we move based on the trust over the project.

According to me users who have the plans of holding the assets without getting it engaged into trading practice or into regular transaction needs can go with staking. This will help increase the holding volume. Same time it has got risks as we hold it on a third party platform for a long term.
2320  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Shiba INU Losing its Grip Over the Bullish Momentum, Will SHIB Price plunge hard on: April 11, 2022, 11:06:05 PM
There's been a lot of talk about Shiba Inu lately and I don't think it's wrong because it's everyone's right, but there's still a lot that we can think about and we need to focus on that can provide certainty in the future instead of talking about Shiba Inu seriously. I agree with you that if something was much more certain like BTC, ETH and BNB then it was much better.
Those high coins will bring you a profit, maybe not a big profit but of course some profit and that is what we should be doing, not risking it all for a huge gain chance that is actually a small possibility.
When one makes an investment that he can afford to loss, there is nothing to worry on his diversification of investment over Shiba Inu or some other memecoin. As said one should not risk all for a huge gain which could end up with big loss. Beginners/newbies believe on luck than the trusted ones out of getting rich in a short and on not knowing the market. Even with Shiba there is good progress in terms of development which is why the market price isn't falling down to the bottom.
