People keep asking this question every X months. When BTC was @$200  people asked the question already, and often didn't do anything. I suppose they preferred to buy @$10k </sarcasm>

Talking about the price, people keep speculating on any price, $0, millions, trillion, etc without arguments or with fantasy, the same way you choose numbers for the national lottery.

If you need Bitcoin as a payment means, yes buy it, you don't care about the price. If you use it as an investment, can you afford to lose money?

Centralized exchange platforms can do the same thing, it's clearly written on the ToS, so following your logic they're all are a scam? Binance is a scam? Coinbase is too? If you do not agree with their terms, the easiest solution is not to use them.
"Scam" is truly a word over-used.

Paypal doesn't allow transactions related to cryptocurrencies, it's something well know so we can't call the company a scam because there is a condition you don't like. (Yes, Paypal will add BTC to the wallet but the term is still applicable)

Banks or payment processors can do the same by the way, yet people keep using a bank account

Même si la Chine n'est pas ouverte au Bitcoin (à part pour le mining) c'était le cas aussi de l'Iran (d'ailleurs le trading y est encore interdit aujourd'hui je crois). Mais petit à petit le pays a su changer ses convictions et adopter une stratégie. Cela pourrait être pareil pour la Chine.

Ben ca pourrait faire un effet boule de neige, non? Si il y a une tendance des pays à "changer de camp" en quelque sorte, sans avoir à se soucier de sanctions US, ca pourrait remettre en cause la "suprémacie" des USA et on en aurait rien à faire des sanctions sachant que l'on pourrait avoir des mesures pour contrer.

Pourquoi le dollar resterait il LA monnaie internationale? Le Bitcoin est une monnaie apatride d'où le X dans XBTC

En parlant de sanctions américaines sur des pays et l'utilisation de BTC, c'est aussi valable pour des entreprises, Wikileaks par exemple qui s'est tourné vers Bitcoin c'est une organisation, pas une entreprise mais quand même)

Just because one bank is going to offer some crypto-oriented services doesn't make the whole country friendly.

This might be the case if, for example, laws were to be created to encourage the growth of the activity, allowing companies from different areas to establish their business in the country and/or favoring the use for citizens in the uses. Helping businesses to get established, giving them resources, reducing taxes, or other things.
If 1 company is enough I guess there are thousands of countries we could call friendly about the cryptocurrencies industry.

I advise you to read this page which describes a lot of problems coming from the foundation. From lack of transparency, no more elections, funds not correctly managed (perhaps out of money now), an accusation of entanglement in the MtGox insolvency, and so on.

It's too long to talk about everything, the page does it better, but the foundation is not relevant anymore concerning Bitcoin.

Plus sérieusement je crois qu'ils ont fermé, ou du moins ils ont totalement été forcé d'arrêter leur programme de carte..
Ils utilisaient Wirecard pour fournir les cartes, et après le scandal chez Wirecard qui ensuite est devenu insolvable (ou quelque chose comme ca, j'ai pas suivi jusqu' au bout).
Du coup TenX a été obligé de désactiver toutes les cartes.

You're more or less describing how Bisq works but without the Wbtc and smart contracts.
What more can bring your idea of using smart contracts and Wbtc?

The difference is with Bisq there is a security deposit for the buyer and the seller to make sure they follow the trading protocol. The deposit is locked in multi-sig escrow and of course, returned back to the peers if everything went good.

If something goes wrong, a mediator takes a decision and sign the multi-signature address 2-on-3 for the benefit of the concerned person

Using Coinjoin, the user also needs to rely on a 3rd party for privacy especially its server, and to not steal the BTC. Then depending on the 3rd party, the back end server can know which inputs/outputs are yours (i.e. Whirlpool) and probably more than that

The point with Coinjoin is the deniability since like you say we belong to a group of xx persons, so we could simply say "perhaps it's me but perhaps it's someone else too, guess it from 50 people"

For us small users who don't have access to such resources, it will be impossible to fight against it, they will be the ones who will get rich from trading. It will also be the open door to anti-competitive practices and many other problems/ethics

Depuis quelque temps maintenant l'Iran utilise certaines centrales pour utiliser l'excédent d'électricité et miner des bitcoins. Revendus ensuite au gouvernement. Maintenant le gouvernement a décidé d'utiliser Bitcoin pour les importations du pays. Ca lui permet de contourner les sanctions américaines.

Au Vénézuela ca fait un bout de temps que les citoyens adoptent Bitcoin pour échapper à l'inflation, maintenant leur gouvernement le voit aussi comme une alternative et a décidé d'intégrer Bitcoin, Litecoin et une autre crypto à la plateforme "Patria" (qui semble être un truc permettant d'être destinataire d’aides sociales et notamment de recevoir une fois par mois un colis alimentaire à prix préférentiel). Sachant que ce pays est aussi "victime" de sanctions US.

Dans le contexte actuel, on pourrait imaginer la Chine suivre la tendance, pourquoi pas la Russie, ect. L'Iran et le Vénézuela sont des membres de l'OPEP, est ce que l'on pourrait imaginer un "petro-bitcoin"? Le début de la fin du monopole du dollar?

Yes, that's true, but I was only considering a similar situation, a website allowing people to buy bitcoins with a card, to follow @OP thinking, and to show him/her the error.
Even if you're buying bitcoins (with your card) it uses the "pull" model you described. Hence I found the comparison in the original post not relevant

I use canva.com  to create graphics for different platforms (social networks, blog posts, websites,...). It doesn't have a huge library but it may be enough for you. I combine with websites like pixabay, freepik, flaticon, etc to get relevant images.

It's easy to get started and create something professional within minutes depending on your needs. All what matters is your creativity.
I could suggest other alternatives but they're limited or maybe too complicated for ya (ie: adobe) while I'm sure Canva will do it for you even using a free membership

Blender.io is a mixer, and a mixer is not a web wallet. It is what it is=> a mixer. The vulnerabilities you're thinking about with a web wallet don't exist with a mixer. Mainly because there is no account that you can create.

Pour dire la vérité ca va être difficile, même avec des cartes cadeaux car les gens auront toujours peur qu'elles aient été obtenu illégalement, avec un CB volée par exemple. (C'est par exemple pour cela que j'avais arrété d'utiliser Purse.io)

Par contre tu peux bien entendu poster une annonce. A part ca, je ne crois pas que beaucoup ici soit de Paris ou RP.
Après pour ce qui est de faire confiance aux gens qui vendent des bitcoins, je dirais qu'en règle générale oui, mais il faut toujours faire attention à certains signes: un mec qui vient juste de s'inscrire pour te repondre que ca l'interesse, un membre qui ne s'était pas connecté depuis des mois et qui revient soudainement, un membre qui veut utiliser un escrow mais qui s'avère ne pas etre une personne de confiance etc.
