2301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You cannot win in gambling on: October 22, 2018, 09:58:00 PM
I just had a really bad day gambling today with Roma losing a ticket for me and their odd was 1.20 and they were playing against the last place of Italian Serie A. I thought a bad day and move on and played another ticket this time I choose Brondby as they were playing at home against a team they had beaten almost always and the odd was 1.35. This was even worse as Brondby lost 2-4 at home to a team quoted from the bookies at 8.5

Now I am not an expert in gambling but this day was a really eye opener for me, you can never win in gambling. Imagine when you can't win in lotto , soccer betting or whatever you call it, you don't have a chance in slots.

You cannot win in gambling if you're greedy and bring you to additions l believe your life will go to a problem that might destroy your family. But if you have good motives l believe you Will win in gambling for the sake of your family.

Even if you are not greedy, you will not be able to win that easily on gambling. I don't know why can you say that there is something that can come up positively on gambling when you think of it in positive way since it don't work like that.

I gamble in the past and I also hope that I can win a lot of money. That money will be used in our store and will be used to fix our house but I did not win. I came back for another try with the same reason and I did not win, so how can you say that even if gambler has a good motive, I will win? In which in my experience, don't really happen because it is not really true.
Gambling with good motives or anything will not guarantee you to win a bet, because the main thing in gambling is pure luck. I saw no greed here, he only bet on teams that have a high level of winning and on the other hand he is just not lucky. So gambling is not able to guarantee you to win in the sense that you can still win gambling if you are lucky.
We might call it as luck if they would happen to win but if they lose it is consider as unlucky. You know what here is a thing, not every gamblers who wins are lucky some of them are professional already in that field and that's what we called as veteran or an experience gamblers who used to know lots of stuff inside in the arena gambling.

Some gamblers might win luckily, but I am just counting their loss actually after those wins. Rejoicing might not be so good but it makes a certain person more addicted to gambling when he or she will become more aggressive for a lucky bets for another round for the expected wins again. But, rather than wins he will eventually become a loser in a long run playing for another bets.

You definitely proof your point but I want you to know that gambler must have a rule and regulation or basic logic which will limit him/her playing when gambling. However, it not advisable to gamble without taking a break and it not advisable to gambling with all ones winning which is why it better to walk away at that moment than hoping for another winning.
2302  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: India to legalize gambling and sports betting on: October 22, 2018, 06:24:39 PM
~snip
And now in India this has been being considered which is good for them. It's either they can't fight with those anymore and they just have to embrace the industry so at the same time, they are going to make money out of those gambler's money.

There's big money on gambling and they are for sure going to get a lot of tax cuts there. Still they have some conditions on what games to legalize.
Then it's a win-win situation for them, and that's just the start. When a lot of businesses/casinos have started, it would still add to the funds coming from it. It's always going to be the ones who believe that prosper, even considering the risk of gambling. Just like you said, they would need to work some things out in the contracts on how they are going to go about it, but in the meantime, they should gamble. lol
For the government usually it is a win-win situation for them, they are would just give requirements and other setup of arrangements for those gambling businesses to operate. Now that gambling seems to be adopted there though with some restrictions.

I'm looking forward for the time where they will integrate and consider cryptocurrencies. As we know, crypto gambling is another big industry that they should include to be legalized.
It is and I think it's a tactic to have them illegalize gambling then up the price of making a casino, so it's, even more, a win-win situation. I'm not sure if there are bitcoin land casinos now, but I know there's a topic that I read here that a famous casino in Vegas started accepting cryptocurrency.

What I don't want, in my opinion, is that they try to control that is something for the people. The purpose that it is decentralized.
What would you expect from the government? They can make any decisions into things if they saw that it can benefit them.If they accept and legalized gambling on a particular country then its a good
thing for those gamblers out there who do play illegally or on shady ways. Government always have that win-win situation. If they saw that gambling business is on demand then they would allow it
and impose tax at the same time, then we would know on what would happen next.
There is a lot of money to be made from the legalization of gambling and sports betting and it's not surprising that the governments decision to make it legal. Because people are going to gamble whether it's illegal or not so why not make legal and get money from taxation.
Well, India have already legalized gambling but their level of legalization is different to others countries which have legalized gambling in the past due to India taking tradition with high extreme. Therefore, physical gambling was accepted everywhere while online gambling was only accepted in Sikkim and Telangana and two person was arrested today for operating an online gambling.
2303  Economy / Gambling / Re: lightning-roulette.com on: October 22, 2018, 05:29:14 PM
Lightning network casino? Now it's interesting. This might be obvious, but do you automatically send the winning amount to our LN channel if we win since there's withdraw page which is weird for LN-based casino?
Any chance you'll include LN transaction hash in your provably fair?

I kinda like the idea but the OP is yet to clarify the withdrawal issues. But, if you check the site very well the withdrawal icon will only take you to a lightning invoice page and the whole features are yet to function properly. I believe the site is still in beta testing stage and the OP ought to have include that.
2304  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: any news about ETF ? on: October 21, 2018, 04:15:52 PM
hello forum,

market is going allday down, all person are w8ing for new bull runs, i think ETF will green light for market, is any news about ETH-ETF?

and what is your speculation about market future?
ETF is a dead cow, forget about that if you really want this market to grow again, because people nowadays relying in this shit and don’t wanna do anythin good but to put the fortune in this ETF

If we will only make our homework’s and forget this one,for sure market will bloom again, let us stop this nonsense and focus on our investments, crypto market needs fund to circulate and this is being slowed by this ETF thing
You're somehow right in the sense of some part of bitcoin community relying on the ETF to be the only way for bitcoin to thrive which I dont support either but we shouldn't ignore the features and the benefit which the community will gain if the ETF was accepted. However, I wont say the ETF is a dead cow because anything can happen but we shouldn't expect serious respond about it this year.
2305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you find good ICOs? on: October 20, 2018, 07:22:54 AM
Hello guys please I will like us to share our views on how to find good ICOs and If you have a special website or link that have been tested and trusted  where we can get good recommendations about genuine ICOs please kindly share it with us!!!
Everybody prefer Icobench to find good ICO's. But i want to think something different. I'm not following rating site because i'm more supporting roadmap and MVP. Icobench,Icorating,Icotraking,Icomarks and Icobazar a lot of rating sites i don't know you guys believe those.
Using them as a sort of information and make them as your basis before making any decision is also can be an advantage following ico projects, but it is still good to do your own research and make sure that you are well convince that the project that you are eyeing with can generate success, you can read those rating site and use informational links to know the developers behind and the target usage of their project.
The ICO ratings does provide some sort of information which investors may sometime dont know about project but not all there information worth trusting since they offer a paid services and there chance for them to fake the information sometime. However, you might not believe this logic I'm going to share with you guys, I believe facebook is also one of the best way to find good ICOs because they have grade their system and you can only find real project having a fan page on there.
2306  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Effects of Market Conditions on: October 20, 2018, 03:30:17 AM
The current market uncertainty really worries me, BTC is very deep correction, it's like a spinning wheel and now all crypto or stocks are experiencing market sluggishness. Expert speculation was tested but the market is only predictable and not entirely true, and I still feel pessimistic for the end of this year, but hopefully it will improve again.
I want to keep in my mind that all the speculation which are not from this does not worth believing and you still to verify either. Concerning the crypto market status. I want you to know that the market is over but the whales and some inexperience investors are dumping their coin and since the market didnot experienced some pump in price during last month of the Q3 automatically this year market will gloomy, so dont expect much for this year than to buy when dip.
2307  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dice Sites with FIAT currencies? on: October 19, 2018, 09:43:03 PM
Hi all,

nowadays there are ton of Bitcoing / Altcoint dice gambling sites - Primedice, Bitdice, safedice, stake.. just to name a few. The "provably fair" algorithm makes gives them a clear advantage compared to traditional FIAT currency gambling websites.

But why are there no dice sites that offer the "provably fair" algorithm with FIAT currencies?

Best
Firstly, the word provably fair is the thing that enables gamblers to verify each roll result and make sure they were not being cheated which we both know blockchain is the best answer for that. Besides, this is crypto community and every gambling site found here has to be cryptocurrencies acceptance site.
2308  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who do you think take biggest responsibility on making the prices fall? on: October 19, 2018, 08:42:13 PM
When Bitcoin started falling it was no  negative news about Btc during that time, it was the investors who are cashing their profit and know the behavior of new participants. Next, those panic sellers, who obviously bought Bitcoin at 20k and sold at loss.
Youre right about what caused the fall in price of bitcoin market right from the get go which I'm referring to the no negative news and I dont think the investors was the reason behind it because market correction is always expected the following year whenever bitcoin reaches new ATH. Besides, market manipulation was involved in the last ATH either which believed was the samething that trigger the blood bath.
Nevertheless, I will blame the whales for this current market situation because the market ought to be experiencing some pump in price by now and there's nothing we can do to make the market bounce back than to play alone by buying dip.

2309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty Hunters let's unite and pursue legal action re: KYC on: October 19, 2018, 06:21:07 PM
As many of you are aware, a majority of bounty campaigns are now requiring KYC from us bounty hunters before releasing their tokens due to supposed regulations or "pressure" that the banks are placing upon them. This is fine for bounty campaigns that declared this before we contributed to their bounty campaign, however for bounty campaigns that didn't inform us KYC would be required, this is in my opinion against our rights. In essence, these companies derived free advertising from us without paying a wage by misleading us, which could fall under humans rights abuse or at the very least breach of advertising law.

For serious bounty promoters who are willing to help contribute to a legal fund so we can begin taking legal action against these campaigns so they can pay us our legal costs in pursuance of such action, plus the tokens that are owed to us, please do PM me. I'm not a scammer, those of you who know me know I own ICOVeteran.com - a respected ICO review site that I used to run during the ICO boom.

We cannot stand by idly whilst tokens that are owed to us are withheld behind KYC. The reason I personally refuse to participate in the KYC is because I've experienced identify theft in the past, and some of these ICOs are actually part of crime syndicates which I don't wish to share my personal details with.

Anyone else who shares my views, is willing to help contribute financially so we can pool our money together in a legal fund, do contact me.

Thank you.

I agreed with what the OP said because I dont see any reason why the bounty hunters must apply for KYC before the releasing of their tokens since they are an investors but the promoter and advertiser of the project.
Meanwhile, the US SEC implemented the regulation(KYC) in other to protet the investors not the bounty hunters. But, we have a situation where bounty hunters must do a KYC the bounty campaign manager must add it on the bounty campaign thread.
2310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Perfect crypto betting experience on: October 19, 2018, 04:58:59 PM
I personally like sport books because that the gambling I'm really good at. Concerning the crypto dice site been popular on here is because the crypto online gambling all started by the dice site owners.
Meanwhile, the most important features most gamblers look for in choose betting site are
1) Instant withdrawals
2) Good and friendly customers support
3) Easy to use site
4) Licensed
5) Good Odds
6) Site with classic casino and something new.
2311  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportsbook Without a License on: October 19, 2018, 01:56:33 PM
Yes, all those big gambling site of this days stated without no license but thats no advisable this days because those days the issue of online gambling site scam are not rampant and sportbook site with no license are not consider legit.
I myself cant bet on a gambling site that does not have a license and most gamblers only believe on good reputable gambling site with license. Mind you, EU license are somehow expensive but if you're thinking of getting a license you can get one from the Gibraltar, Curacao etc.  In the meantime, I will advice to seek an egaming legal practitioner in your country first for proper arrangement and tips.
2312  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China can destroy bitcoin on: October 19, 2018, 11:11:20 AM
Firstly, i want the OP to know that we cant rely on everything said by cryptocurrencies enthusiastic because there are always the possibility of fake/wrong/FUD statements.
Nevertheless, the Chinese does dominates the mining sector and they controlled the highest part of the ASIC vendor with mining hashrate but they cant affect bitcoin protocol because they have tried it in the past which they didnt succeeded. Besides, I dont believe they control the mining sector anymore since the year 2016.

2314  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pacquiao Vs Mayweather 2 on: October 18, 2018, 03:14:37 PM
Maybe on the same cart: Khabib vs McGregor? What do you think?

Lol. Are you trolling or what? Khabib vs McGregor is UFC and Pacquaio vs Mayweather is Boxing. I would have understand if this two events clash in one day but in the same card? No, I doubt that it will happen because of so much politics in sports right now and two different sport disciple.
Honestly I do not even see the two things similar in the sound it would create. I agree that ufc has been getting bigger and bigger and boxing has not been doing really well like it used to but Mayweather and Pacman fighting is a great event and definitely attracts a lot of people whereas Khabib and Conor are just showmen trying to get more viewers by what they are doing at every corner because they know just from their fighting talents.

Mayweather has been undefeated for a long long time and Pacman was the only person that was remotely close to beating him and the fight had to become really really boring for the viewers for Mayweather to get the game and this time around if they end up fighting I am sure everyone will root for Pacman to beat Mayweather so it would attract a lot of viewers whereas people literally stopped caring about Conor vs Khabib after 2 days.

Pacman was closest to beat Floyd, but that during Pacman's prime. But Floyd refuses to fight him and let him get bang by bigger Welterweight and even Middleweight. And when the time comes that the two faces in the right, Pacman was not the same and his speed was gone that's why he didn't even hit Floyd flush (although others will argue that Mayweather's defense is the best). Yes, many will watch just to see Mayweather lose to Pacman, but I don't see it happening though.
You're right. I think Floyd was an opportunists fighter right from the get go cause Pacman was not at his best when he faced May weather even Floyd knew he couldn't beat Pacman. Despite his slow speed,Pacman was apparently not in good health when he came into the ring and this was the reason why he was sued for false claimed.

Honestly, sports are not like before

Maybe Floyd wanted to fight Pacman again because he wanted to make money. This two fighters are very well-known globally and every fight that they made, they always earn millions of dollars and this is why Floyd wanted to do it again. Well, let's just see the news if these speculation could be happen.

You can't blame floyd for playing his cards right though. The guy uses his head inside and outside the ring to put himself always at an advantage. We can only speculate what coukd have happened had they fought during their primes but another fight at this point would definitely rake in millions for both fighters.
Yes, Floyd is a smart person and which is why I believed he knows Pacman was not fit for the fight. In other hand Pacman choose to fight by seizing the opportunity of having more in the bank which I think he might want to correct it now so he could retire with no lost and make more money either.
2315  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do now on: October 18, 2018, 02:16:05 PM
Some people say hold your crypto,  some says sell immediately that holding for long is useless.
What do you believe and practice?

That is why there is a crypto-proverb that says, 'Trust no one but yourself'. This is not entirely because others could be wrong but they may not be right as well. My advice is, due to the possibility that the value of a coin could rise with time, you are advice to hold longer as to enjoy more money however, there has also been cases where you hold and in the process, the value drops drastically or in a way you lose, in such a scenario, some people would feel safer selling immediately rather than experience such a condition. Remember in this world of crypto, no certain of what would happen next, all we have are assumptions from deduced facts and ideas. So, it all depends on you and knowledge you have of that crypto you hold

It's hard to give advice here in crypto world cause everything in this world are full of an expected things to happen but I have one thing I assure you be patient my friend, time will come to each and everyone of us in this community.
It is not right that holding for long is useless and is not profitable. The main thing is not that you only invest for making money, but the actual purpose of bitcoin is worldwide use, and in the future everyone will hold bitcoin because it will be the only usable crypto in the world and if you do not have bitcoin then you will to pay more for buying some coins.
You're definitely wrong about what you said concerning holding to be useless and not profitable because it was the same act played by experienced cryptocurrency traders and investors in the past. However, I have also lost the chance of huge profit opportunity when I sold 85% of my bitcoin and Ethereum holding during year 2016 market correction before the last ATH.
2316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: October 18, 2018, 07:25:02 AM
I agree with most replies. Gambling doesn’t cause an increase in crime. It can be linked to crime in some areas but the other way around. Crime tries to get into the gambling industry to launder money.

Also think about nowadays. Do you think online gambling from home causes an increase in crimes? Not at all.

Yes,online games nothing related to crimes unless gambling is fully banned in your country.Even the gambling is not related to crimes in most places other than the casinos run but the criminals which also the place where drugs are available. But it maybe causes some crimes because of the people who needs money for gambling due to their addiction level when they get into some stage they do anything for the money which is needed for their gambling activities.
Mostly criminal are also gamblers and gamblers are also criminals. When a gambler loses money in gambling he will do some illegal to get some money to continue his gambling. I think that gambling is the mother of crimes. Gamblers gradually become professional criminals and even commit murder for their money. Snatching, looting is their normal routine.
You might be right in some cases but everything is still a vice versa situations and that does not make make gambling the mother of crime because the habit taking by each and everyone of us lie on each individuals decision making. However, if you search closely the gambler that does the act you mentioned they are already a crime from the get go which they seized gambling as means to cover up their shady acts.
I admit that gambling cause’s crimes increase in a community. Most of the gamblers do anything illegal for their gambling. When they lose money they also create such an atmosphere that the opponent leaves the place without taking his money. Regular gamblers are the worst people in the world. Gambling and crime are the two names of one thing. There is no difference between these two.
Gambling and crime are not the samething buddy. Crime is the act of committing an offense which is punishable by law. Gambling was signed into the law bill and gambling is a game of chances not offense. Like I said early everything lies on every individuals understanding and maturity. Meanwhile, you don't need to gambling in person where you will force or pressure to leave without taking your money cause the online gamble site are there.
2317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You cannot win in gambling on: October 18, 2018, 07:07:14 AM
Because that determines the victory not from how your discipline in obeying the rules that exist in gambling site dude. discipline will
only make you avoid big losses because of long-term games without stopping or can be called addiction. if you pursue profit and wealth you will not be able to win, just play with fun dude
Let's not be naive. Gambling is made so that you can get something from it. You are wagering to get profit and we can't just say play for fun. If you want to have fun, why gamble with real money then? There's tons of games out there that offers the same games without you risking your money.
Keep in mind that there is always the fact that all gambler, be it someone new or a veteran, they always have in mind that when they gamble, they want to get money or win.
In my opinion the best way for gambling is that you should fix limits for your gambling time and money. Try not to accede that limits. Never take big money in your pocket and decide that you will spend one hour or two hours in gambling and then back to home. Do not gamble online because it will destroy you. You will never win in online gambling.
You're wrong about what you said concern online gambling site because both physical and online gambling site acted on the samething method. In physical or traditional gambling winner money can steal or owners can cheat while online gambling are block chain setup no chance for cheating or stealing winners money if avoid playing on a scam site but players set some limit as you said before to avoid addiction.

I like the part where no account is needed but BTC transactions are a little slow for dynamic game. I would like to see results of my game much faster (and I paid a lot for my Tx). Could something like implementation of the lighting network help?

Same doubt
I think is better to use fast cryptos, like LTC or DOGE, because BTC isnt good for this use case
In my opinion,of course

Idea is brilliant, but need fast cryptos
Concerning the use of fast crypto currency. I think it will be better if Bitplay add more games and altcoin like monero to their depositing system which either be converted into btc and be deposited into players account or be deposited as monero in other for them to gain more customers. Besides, they should create a onions site either cause I have seen a lot of player searching the forum for that.

Thanks a lot for the feedback, we were planning to add more cryptocurrencies anyway, now we know which one exactly people need! thanks again Wink
We'll be working on adding more games..which one do you like by the way? A lot of people like something brand new but the other part prefer classic casino games with crypto..what do you personally @hulla want to see ?
Would you pls also tell more about onions site?
You're welcome and it good to know you're planning to add more cryptocurrencies.
I personally like sports games/betting and I don't know if you can add that to your list but it will be good if you could add classic casino games with something new also so that you guys can be an outstandibg competitors to others egaming site.

Onion site was for Tor anonymous browser users. Google Tor so you could understand how the onion service works
