Is this still open?
It is very much open. As I can see at www.coinlearn.org/payments.php, the last payment was made by CoinLearn.org on October 5, 2014. Very few faucet show this consistency. yeah you are right few faucets show this consistency but it is waste of time if you don't have referrals in your down-line . you don't can earn good money here individually for your survivor and fun . you have to promote this and have to make some referrals here Just like every other faucet there is.... but dailybitcoins.org is good because you can farm ad btc and sell it or use it to promote your site. you really think you can farm! ad btc at this prices: Current Bid for the Ad Spot = 760728 Satoshi and in case you have 9000 satushi Completing 12 minutes on this module will earn you 12 Satoshi.

bitcoin address is determined by the system created by the place we make our wallet, so we can not determine the address of our own bitcoin wallet, which only we can do is make as many of our bitcoin address for storing bitcoin we collect, hopefully we can gather bitcoin as many ... maybe my English is rusty but i've read this 5 times and still have no clue what you wanna say!

Electrum may NOT be the most secure, but it's one of the most convenient Desktop Wallets.
Great for daily spending (1BTC stored at most)
what are the risks about it? why is it not the most secure? The answer is simply because there are wallets more secure than Electrum. For example, your bitcoin on Trezor will still be safe even if you use it on a compromised computer. if i want to pay 119$ i would buy a new hard drive and start downloading bitcoin core and BTW electrum is pretty safe and for more safety you can create an offline wallet https://electrum.org/tutorials.html#offline-mpk i expected a bit clearer answer and explanation rather than advertising

A follow up question, based on the first question.
Say, I own a faucet, and every Sunday, I want to make micro payments to say 3000 users. What would the best method be, to pay these users, and to have the least amount of transactions/miner fees?
I see many faucets, with a withdraw limit of 5000+ Satoshi and I can just imagine, that the transaction fees, would nulify the gain or reduce the profits, if it was done individually.
Do I pay less, if it's batched together, and what technology or wallet, would make the payment the cheapest for massive micro transactions? ^Grin^
faucets use https://www.microwallet.org/ they can send even 1 satoshi and it is offchain transaction check the API page for more info

...... create a double-spend transaction with fee............Or you could simply send that unconfirmed 0.05 btc to yourself with a 0.0001 fee to solve all the problem all by yourself.
teach me how to do these 2 please or give a link

just use bitcoin core. i've been using it for years, and other than a stolen laptop with approximately 7.43 btc on it, i've never had any bitcoins stolen from me. luckily i had also kept a text file of the private keys on a thumbdrive and i immediately retrieved the coins and sent them out of the wallet to a new address.
yes bitcoin core is the BEST, (correct me if i am wrong) BUT you have to download more than 20 gigabytes of data (blockchain) and ALSO every time you want to send or update your wallet to see how much you own (except for checking it online) you need to update bitcoincore and it might take a while

and also if you used Electrum what do you think about it?
Electrum is a very good wallet, especially to new bitcoin users. It is a thin client (you don't need to download the whole blockchain but just ~25 MB block headers) and it is very easy to use. this is exactly why i chose Electrum

i found this site (www. qoinpro . com) which seemed kindda cool. you can have multiple currency's wallets there like bitcoin, lite, doge ,..... all in one place and also it works like a faucet and gives you small amount everyday here is my bitcoin address there: https://blockchain.info/address/1GYQtrmuNCU7FqWE1V9MHHUqkt2xo1cfp9as you can see i had 2 deposits (small amounts) just to test their service and get familiar with bitcoin and stuff like that first problem was that the transactions (first 2) never got confirmation "in my account in the site" but they were confirmed according to blockchain.info i contacted them but no response second problem is the third transaction that i could see in blockchain.info NOT in site itself but it is not yet confirmed! is this mean that the bitcoin is gone or is it something else? =========================== edit: ok its official, the transaction is confirmed (www. qoinpro . com) officially robbed me for (0.08$) i checked the address and there is crap loads of transactions like mine to this address for amount of 47$ and total amount of 111,223 $ in other words it looks like they stole 303.88 BTC from their users

Load the private keys into a wallet that allows you coin control, and create transactions that bind a single large output with a few small outputs. Wait of the transaction to receive enough confirmations. Repeat.
How quickly you can repeat the process will depend on the size of your large output. Assuming that you have a single 1 BTC output, you might be able to repeat the process ever 12 hours or so if you are lucky. Each transaction can combine about 5 outputs together without a fee.
can you give an example of such wallet and do you mean to send the small amounts(dust) to a new address that you create (in that new wallet) or does it bind inside the same address (the primary address that had dust in) and one last thing what amount of bitcoin is considered DUST
