Termination

10.1. BitHashMiner reserves the right to terminate and rescind an approved order, or the entire Agreement, immediately in the event the Purchaser breaches the Agreement and fails to rectify such breach within thirty (30) calendar days from BitHashMiner’ written notification to the Purchaser of the breach. Such notice shall not affect BitHashMiner right to claim damages or any other economic compensation due to the Purchaser’s breach. Further, BitHashMiner reserves the right to immediately terminate and rescind an approved order, or the entire Agreement, in the event that the Purchaser: (i) no longer conducts any of its business activities, (ii) suspends its payments, (iii) enters into liquidation or initiates reorganization, (iv) initiates negotiations with creditors on composition or (v) for any other reason may reasonably be deemed as insolvent.
10.2. Termination and rescission under this section shall not under any circumstances give rise to any obligation for BitHashMiner to pay compensation to the Purchaser, and does not restrict BitHashMiner possibility to claim damages or other economic compensation due to the event which justified BitHashMiner to terminate the order or the Agreement.
From the ToS on their website.  This reads to me, that they can take your money, then decide to cancel your order, at any time, at their sole discretion, and have no obligation to pay you anything back.

Go scam somewhere else you frauds.  Btw, if you read the rest of the terms (its tough with those damn snowflakes floating everywhere), they are in their for a good laugh.  The part about refusing delivery sure sounded pretty close to BlackArrow's current problems and updates to their ToS.

Taras and TheRealSteve is #1 Spammers + Scammer, I will proof it and Audience will decide it,

1. Taras and TheRealSteve tried many attempts together for removing BitHashMiner from https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison , Taras and TheRealSteve don't want BithashMiner show there, Now is question what they have authority to remove BitHashMiner, Is all Miners that all listed on https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison  are no one scam if they are all legitimate then why there showing this:

Note that products which have not shipped, especially by new vendors, may be scams! Be sure to research any of these intensely before giving them any money.

Second thing is that on https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison Another Miner company showing EMIC PowerModule you can check here what are saying bitcointalk community about it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=903855.0 , They are saying it totally scam then why Taras, TheRealSteve not doing what they are doing with BitHashMiner, EMIC PowerModule still showing on https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison and never they tried to remove it But Question is what is Authority have to Taras and TheRealSteve, In reality they have no Authority and on https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_hardware_comparison showing legitimate and scam and people will self decide who are scam or who are legitimate , Taras, TheRealSteve not will decide what they are doing spammy things on wiki.

In fact Taras and TheRealSteve is big gang mafia who don't want anyone work with freedom but if any company will give them money they they will say it is good company 1 example already showing in this post, I Guarantee that Taras and TheRealSteve also will try to remove me from this Forum

Thank you. Smiley

I will be framing this one.

Are you...Are you even serious BitHashMiner?  Why are you continuing to even try?  You have obviously been caught red handed (almost immediately might I add), and yet, you still are defaming legendary and up forum members?  Remove your wesbite, copy and paste it onto a new site, make a new account and try again.  Geez.

Btw, if you really were shipping in April as your website says, you would have sample chips, as well as, boards and a plethora of other stuff that you could post pictures of proving you were legit.  Now get lost.
2323  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: (WTS) Many S3's for Sale on: February 05, 2015, 02:31:07 PM
It is seeming like the price has dropped significantly on these since I posted my offer.  It isn't a matter of me matching market price, its a matter of what is profitable for me to run them against my selling price.  I have determined I can make more than .3 or .5 btc per machine (in fact, that is about the 3 month ROI by my calcs) and I have always set the 3 month ROI mark as where I start negotiations on anything I buy or sell.  So I cannot match any of those prices, as I think I will make more keeping them and mining (plus heating my place).

Yes I agree however you need to keep in mind that most likely in 2 weeks or one month. BTC might be around $150 or so.

That's the reason why many are selling their S3/S5 hardware because they are afraid that after BTC crashes hard, they will lose money.

Currently for most the hardware is profitable but might not be in 2 weeks.

I must disagree, bitcoin price shouldn't matter, if it does, it simply shows that one is not in it for the right reasons and is only seeking a profit, and not for the good of the system.  I currently have 1 machine, I can either sell it for .5 bitcoin, or I can mine with it and earn 1 bitcoin (example), price doesn't matter if I am seeking to have more bitcoin.  Of course your rebuttal would be, "what about electricity cost? That can't be paid in bitcoin" and I would refer to the fact that I am currently heating my apartment with these machines, which is a more efficient way than heating with my furnace, so it balances out, that may not be the case for someone else.  Everyone has their own calculations, mine include not worrying about electricity cost in the winter, and not worrying about the bitcoin price, as I am in it for the long haul.

2325  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 2014 Casascius St. Petersburg Bowl Bitcoin Coin on: February 05, 2015, 02:42:20 AM
debit,

ANACS grades casascius coins.  Lots of folks on here have used them for casascius as well as other coins.

Great!  Thanks for the information.

I am contacting them about getting these (and some of my other coins) graded.  If anyone would like to piggy back on that would be fine with me.  I will post back with further information once I receive it from them, including pricing and time lines.
2326  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 2014 Casascius St. Petersburg Bowl Bitcoin Coin on: February 05, 2015, 02:14:50 AM

EDIT:  I have never gotten a coin graded before, I think I want to use PCGS or NGC, can anyone provide advice on what they should be submitted under?

Not sure they will grade Casascius, or any crypto for that matter...if anyone has different information please do share.  Believe ANACS is our best option for now...

I have seen his graded coins in the marketplace before. So somehow, somewhere someone is grading them.
2327  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 2014 Casascius St. Petersburg Bowl Bitcoin Coin on: February 04, 2015, 11:01:09 PM
Well it has been 2 weeks since I got my shipping confirmation, sent them an email tonight asking where my coin is at.  Will keep everyone posted.

Sigh, apartment complex fail.  After talking with Stryde's help desk (which handled my issue quickly and efficiently), they informed me that my coin had been delivered and was at my apartment complex's office, and even though I have checked with them, twice over the last week, they indeed did have it and just failed to notify me.

Anyway, good job on stryde's part and beautiful coin.  I think I will definitely be getting this graded and put up for display.

Really weird, I have had no problem accessing the site at all.  My brother texted me today and said he has not been able to get on for 2 days now.  We live less than 5 minutes away from each other.  Not sure why certain people can access the site and others can't.

BE CAREFUL, IT HAS BEEN POINTED OUT THAT SOMEONE IS SENDING PM's TRYING TO IMPERSENATE ME.  ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK YOU ARE TALKING TO ME AND THAT THERE IS A LEGENDARY UNDER MY NAME.

Hey guys, I have a bunch of S3's for sale between myself and my partner.  For now, I will start with getting rid of 10 of them, and update stock from there as we are ready to let them go.

I am looking for $160 in btc for each of these, plus shipping, but am willing to negotiate, especially if buying in bulk.

All S3's have been running in a cool area with no problems whatsoever and are from different batch's.  Shipping will be within 24 hours of payment received and usually arrives within 2 to 3 business days.  Tracking will be provided.

I am open to escrow, if we can agree on the person and you pay fees.  You can also view my trust and send first if you would rather avoid fees.

Thanks guys, please post or PM if interested.

How many hours of programming would the 10.68 btc you owe me get me?
If you want hourly billing, I bill at US$100 / hr. I'll happily exchange 10.68 BTC of CoinLenders debt for 5.34 BTC of services credit.

That's not quite what I had in mind, more like I get 10.68 btc worth of services credit, since that is the amount I had on the site and was lost (aka I am entitled to the full amount), and we use an exchange rate that is not today's (since you have been essentially holding the coins for quite a while and the exchange rate has fluctuated quite a bit), I was thinking closer to 400 or 500 dollars per coin.

In exchange, I will consider your debt to me completely absolved and will no longer pursue legal or any other actions against said debt.  I will not charge additional interest or penalties on the time the coins will held.  If the site is finished prior to my amount running out, the full amount will be considered repaid.  I will have some buddies review all code of the website, and anything they deem to be "funny business' will make our contract null and void and I will still be owed the full amount, regardless of how much work was performed.

I dunno man. I don't think you are in a position to bargain here, you are lucky he's offering anything at all. Plenty of people have tried to come to compromises with him, this is the first time I've seen him even toy with the idea of doing that, usually his response is basically "lolno".

no, he has always said he will do programming as compensation, and I would hardly call this bargaining.  He stole/lost/whatever you want to call it 10.68 bitcoin from me, why on earth would I let that debt go for half of what he lost.  Imagine if anyone said you loaned me $1000, I lost it in the stock market, but I will do $500 in services for you, I suppose if you don't believe there is any other recourse that could be an option, but usually things like this eventually catch up to people, and then I, as I assume many, will be waiting.

That being said, TF, if your willing to trade my debt for 22 hours of programming time.  So (10 btc X $220)/$100 per hour (less than what you owe me and lower than the exchange rate) or finish my website, whichever comes first, I would consider my debt squared.  I have an idea, and I would like to get an idea of what it would take to program before finishing up on an agreement.
He is now well over a year "late" in allowing you to withdraw your money. Generally speaking debt will trade/sell for pennies on the dollar when it becomes 180 days late, and sells at significant discounts when it is 90 days late. He is offering you 50 cents on the dollar (or 25 cents on the dollar if you want it denominated in dollars - which is really not realistic).

Notice how I did not respond to your post, there was a reason for that.  What you have written is garbage and does not, in any way, contribute to the discussion at hand.  Your completely working off of premises, same as I, so what is the point of even posting them?  Its funny that how when people get behind a computer they are oh so willing to spill their entire, "opinion" because they are anonymous.  I am not debating with you about the issue and what you think he owes anyone.  I know what is owed to me, and will not be satisfied until the original amount is returned or we come to some comparable agreement, whether or not you believe either side of that is possible is really no concern of mine.  Feel free to tend to your own finances as you see fit, and I will continue to do mine.

I bought an X-1 from Ognasty to help him out, and to eventually do something bad to this thing.  Just got it and plugged it in, and I must say, it is actually quite a beautiful piece of hardware, it could have easily dominated the market and BA could have been bigger than Antminer, but instead they took the greedy way and self mined with them and deceived customers and scammed people.  Such a shame.  Anyway, I was able to configure it from the nice little LCD screen, can't find anywhere optimal settings or how to log into it from a computer, any advice would be helpful.

Thanks

Edit: I am thinking about writing up a full review on this thing after I let it run for a day or two.  Will link to it once done.

Looks like the new website went live today, looking good and glad to see some of the feedback I left made it into changes.

To start off the new website I went a little big... https://sports.betcoin.ag/ShareTicket/?ticketid=1505

Also, I made a live bet earlier, and my activity shows a win, but I have not been credited.  This was happening in the beta as well, is this a known issue?

Thank you and we are very excited about the new website.  This should be updated, but if it is not for you, can you please submit a ticket here: www.betcoin.ag/support and we will get you taken care of promptly as always.
yep, I submitted a ticket last night and it was addressed quickly and taken care of as always.  Great job guys!  Also, no problems with payouts today, everything seems to be working great.

Possibly because

Quote
I can't order it directly from the official website, because I live in Dubai, and we are not allowed to receive products shipped from that country. Because of political turbulence.

Ahh missed that, I see.  You might have better luck finding a reputable forum member to receive then repackage the miner and send it to you.  If there is one thing I remember about Minersource was their markups are quite large, so it would probably be cheaper to pay 2x shipping and a tip to a forum member.
