Disclaimer: I can't buy any coins right now myself because I'm down to less than $500 pocket fiat. I almost sold a few million satoshis when we were over $700 to tide me over, but luckily I ran into someone who owed me some scratch so I didn't have to. Besides that, it's been almost a month since we've had a dip worth buying.

the average amount of bitcoin people will have is less than 0.003 bitcoin So lets assume we use bitcoin on a mass scale... in exactly 35 years we will have Gold, Silver, Platinum, Copper, Sheep's Wood, Cotton, Corn, Water, Electricity .... all commodity and currency that can be thrown in to BTCitcoin to devalue its own value. If you think of $$ dollars ... you are royally f^#@%!!! ... because lets say in 35 years 1 kilo of gold = 0.0001 BTC000000000000000... and the dollar is devalued 800x times the amount of gold. And some people here might not know that devaluation is a spiral effect! It is not only pegged to BTCitcoin ... they will try to do currency wars between each other! And if they all devalue ... then all currencies and commodities on this planet and other planets that we will mine ... will increase the value of BTCeastcoin. |

Yeah .. why not? It wouldn't be hard. The infrastructure would probably be terrible at first and we would probably communicate with point lasers in Morse code or with some weird ass trumpets that ancient sheep herders used in the mountains to communicate by sound. But I thought of a way to just bypass the electricity and use light directly to be readable from the optic fiber cable. LOL. Money will be worthless in such a situation. Only important thing will be how much weapons and amo you have. In a place where everyone has food and owns a home with extra empty rooms to spare for guests... The only thing that will be missing is entertainment. ( internet, alcohol, prostitutes, opiates, sports... etc. ) |

LOL. It's always fun to meet people that can't imagine a world without Internet. Gold does not have a password and that is good, you can't forget it! Gold is heavy at current price. When it appreciates x100 it will not be so heavy! I'm the kind of person that has a coded book written in a language invented by me, that only I have a rosetta stone for it in my head. If I fail, or something or anything tries to take me down, I take down everything with me! And I actually thought about a way to reinvent the internet on a mechanical level. Where electricity would be pointless. But not even 10x consecutive apocalypses we would not get rid of our electronics, because they are a good lazy solution to our complicated problem! |

Smart money get out of bitcoin from time to time. But they don't get in fiat. They get in gold. That's why they are smart money. Gold is dead dude! ... you can have 10-20 grams in case of emergencies in a tablet of 1gram capsule so if u buy a 20 gram package you get 20 tables of 1 gram each... and in case the apocalypse comes and no money or labor is good but gold yeah... sure a few grams will be 'ok'. But you would have better success in growing potatoes and sell them for a better profit than gold. Especially in countries like Venezuela where you could literally enslave somebody for 1kg of potatoes per day to work for you for 'free'! But gold is dead. Its too traceable, too much bureaucracy to buy some, they can find you and confiscate it from you in case the sh!t hits the fan.They can even imprison you for not giving them your gold for their useless, pointless fiat. If its not incorporated as jewelry on you as accessories when you pass trough an airport they can confiscate it. All kinds of sh!t like that! Gold does not have a password and its heavy!!! Don't worry, I keep 99% of the time the money in Bitcoin and 1% of the time I trade it when I'm awake, I sell then catch the falling dagger. And when I go to sleep I have 100% Bitcoin. Good job! Also I think that till the year 2100, at least 1 million out of 21 million coins will be lost and never found! So we will probably have to deal with a max number of 18-19 million coins for the next 50 years at least. |
