If you don't want any losses then don't gamble, I think that is the best way to be safe. For me, if you chase your losses there is a high chance that you will lose more. Gambling is very risky, if your goal is to make profit from it, well it is not the right way.

Your intentions are good, but the behavior you described is probably already a pathological gambling problem and I don't think it will be solved with reading your post. It's the same as telling an alcoholic to stop drinking and to go enjoy life. He probably already knows that, but need special help to stop because things got out of control. He can't just gain control by reading something online.
Anyway, gambling can be a perfectly normal and happy activity if well managed. You can gamble and enjoy life at the same time if you have control over that activity. If you have that, there is not point in quitting.

In my opinion don't exist any easiest way of making profit from gambling in any form. I like to gamble cause feeling when we win or lose money is one of kind, when I deposit money in casino I`m ready to lose it all.
