I picked 2 tennis matches and 3 soccer matches , tried to place a Multi-Bet ( parlay ) but it said Validation failed or validation did not pass Error . I then removed the 2 tennis matches and then the bet was placed , so can't we place multi-bet which involves multiple sports ?

Well they did not refund me on that bet. They did on the one I placed yesterday but not on this one that was made on the 15th during the promotion. I just knew this would happen and that is why I had that support person write it out in an email saying that it will be honored and refunded to my account balance NO MATTER WHAT! Now the current support person has too "Look into it." after I even produced the email from the other support person as proof to refund my bet under this promotion. Now I have to wait until the support person who wrote the email to me comes back online which will be tomorrow. This is absurd to say the least. I wanted to use that cash back amount to place a bet that starts in less than 1 hour from now. So in this case regarding my Oklahoma City ticket, the home team is Portland. Since Portland is the home team and the handicap value always refers to the home team. The handicap is -2.5 and the away team is +2.5 also, my Oklahoma city is the away team I'm getting +2.5 and the result of my bet is 32-33.5, which fortunately a win.
