Never thought I will be reading such, but I can only imagine that this could be an element of external factors at play!
And seeing the troubles the country is currently facing, I think CAR has been given these conditions of reverting their decision before the pay masters gift them with some kind of grant or something.... If not why would they drop bitcoin from being used as a legal tender asset??? Tbh there is more to this than meets the eye!

I hope the Thai government understands that the power comes from its citizens, and in a scenario they speak with one voice to say that they cannot do without their beloved bitcoin... this could make it legal tender once it goes through the law making process ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) But not to get ahead of ourselves, sad to see that these guys hide behind protecting their financial systems, but all I see is a government suppressing the free will of its people... Anyway there is no country without laws but as long as you have access to the internet, bitcoin will live on.

It's difficult to pinpoint what exactly is affecting crypto, but a few weeks back I saw some clip on Twitter that involved the classification of Ethereum/bitcoin when Gary Gensler the SEC Chair was quizzed over classing these assets which he failed to give a definitive answer and this might have sparked the uncertainty....
But at this point its funny how external factors keep dictating how cryptos behave when we all claim cryptocurrencies are decentralized... Tbh am having my doubts now...

In the premier league there are no weak teams, even teams from the bottom of the standings can fight back and draw or even beat the favorite. Today Liverpool almost lost on the team ranked 18th in the league and just lucky that Liverpool was able to keep the victory over Nottingham. These are almost the last games of this edition of the premier league and any of the teams in the bottom 5 aren't yet safe and anybody playing them will be made to work for their victory as they are desperate to get some points. So Arsenal tried, but Southampton were also fighting for survival, which gave them motivation. 3 draws in the last 3 games is not the best result for Arsenal, but there were no losses either. They have a match against City ahead where they can show their character and see if Arsenal are ready to become the champion of the English Premier League this year.
3 straight games and they have dropped more points, if you ask me I think Arsenal lacks the endurance to go all the way which has allowed Manchester city to come this close and want it all now and they will be regretting once City gets a win over them which is inevitable and everyone knows this including them.

If I upvote a post on reddit and later change by mind, tapping the upvote button again will remove the vote. In same manner if I like a post on facebook and change my mind about it, I can unlike. If I send merit to someone and later discovered that the post does not worth it... ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) I think you should be careful by giving merits to another user here in our community as we all know that regrets are always in the past. And base on your questions that If you are mistakenly give your sMerits or lets say that after you give your sMerits you found another post much better, much worth it and much constructive. Then all I can say is that once you already gave to that user then you can not bring back to your account. Because this is not like Facebook or YouTube that after reacting the videos and photos then if you found another much better you will removed. Also What LoyceV said above it's complicated because once you set a merit to another user then will receive sMerits as well which means a lot of work and many consequences if there's a possible way to bring back your sMerits. We cannot compare other social media networks with bitcointalk community here, we are entirely different from each other Agreed, and besides we are emulating how cryptocurrencies work on the concept of irreversible transactions, if you choose to send one bitcoin to someone on the pretext of trying out this technology don't expect a chargeback to be possible and merit should stick to this concept! Besides "there is no point in hoarding Merit" to yourself why would you want it back ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif)

Bitcoin has benefits to us, it is why we speak positive about it and support it because if bitcoin was in no way of benefit to us, supporting it will be difficult maybe like the government. Maybe we have all been selfish and just been discussing the benefits that bitcoins have offered us I hope we arent just thinking about signature campaigns or whatever payments we receive from the forum, lets try and think beyond this place to see the benefits of btc...for example this is cash without borders and its available 24/7 without the need of middlemen which makes the cost of owning it to be low unlike fiat which has bank charges, maintainance, etc Also bitcoin has shown to be successful in countries where the local currencies have completely failed and btc has come to the rescue, i guess we have more benefits than we can think of. Also for miners, they actually help and not how it has also benefitted the government too. Is the government a part of the benefit list of bitcoins, is there any benefit that bitcoin offers to the government?
Well lets look at it this way, someone earns some btc from signature campaign or trading or hodling etc and then when the cashout via an exchange this money does go into the economy to get goods and services and in so doing ,some of the items purchased attract tax which goes to the government and this is one way our govts benefit from cryprocurrencies.

If everything is done in the correct manner and propesecurity measures are put in place, I don't see a situation were coins just vanish in thin air, unless you share your computer with someone knowledgeable about cryprocurrencies, and maybe you are fond of using pirated software which could have malware that is stealing your data.
And in a situation of double spending, well low fees could trigger this as you try to speed up a transaction by replacing a fee but coins should still come through unless its a scammer that doesnt want to send the correct amount to you.

With the heat still on in the EPL, yet again the league leaders who are trying to extend their gap between them and City, they [Arsenal] will take on Southampton who are struggling to exit the relegation zone. Will today be another day of upset or redemption? In the next few hours we'd find out.
The fact that history has shown clubs surviving relegation in the last games of the league will give some hope to Southampton and its certainly not a mission impossible because sometimes they tend to show some quality and othertimes just sit back and today I feel they wouldn't want to leave a dent on title chasers and possibly leave a dent just to be part of the EPL history books, though I don't see Arsenal losing this one...there is just so much at stake after that long wait of a tropy.

We have seen good days for Maguire, but unfortunately ever since Cristiano Ronaldo spoke his mind, this player has never been the same and I feel Cr7 is vindicated for not getting along with hime for his weakness and school boy mistakes. I think its about time they got rid of him, last time out he was involved in the own goal, today same guy..Sorry but Maguire must go!
Sevilla 1-0 Manchester United
Guess favourites no longer win these days, and spreadsheet shows mixed answers for this Europa question.

How is this Bayern-Manchester City game goalless??? I mean city's Halaad just skyed a penalty which should have put them in front and killed the Germany teams of trying to get a comeback... Leroy equally missed a very good chance which should have given them an early lead but seems both teams are playing it safe and doesn't paint a picture of agency. Manchester City are unlikely to qualify for the semi-finals after going 3-0 up. Are you suggesting Bayern will manage a comeback ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) However, Bayern Munich is very strong in home matches. And they are doing great. Neither team has been able to score yet. Both teams are attacking a lot.
From what am seeing this is a low scoring match tbh, unless the second half starts with an early goal then the tempo will change and we might see goals coming in!

Chelsea survive the first half without feeling the wrath of one of the most decorated teams when it comes to champion's league football, and this isnt the result I expected! I guess the game play atm is to bow out of the competition with some dignity and anything but a point today should do for the blues.
And in Italy things look like they are going according to plan for AC Milan, just can believe it that there is a possible back to back win likely to happen unless Napoli dig themselves out of this pit.

Scammers/fraudsters employ all kinds of strategies and its not a one shoe fits all kind of scenario to protect your self !
And one thing I have believed that has kept me off their net is ,if you are looking for something you atleast need to be the first to engage a seller and not the seller sending you offers and the alike...this is as good as fish following the fisherman when fact of the matter is the fisherman goes to the river to fish for fish. Btw you know what they say, if the deal is to good to be true, the it probably is it. And in todays digital age I think most users are informed On how to protect ourselves online, we should make it a habit to always use safety measures such as escrow.. Whch could be a small extra cost but it will protect you 99% of the time.

All the scenarios that you set for the price do not include a rebound above $30,000, the next trend is bearish, or are you letting the bearish scenarios go? As I expected previously, the price will not continue to move away from above 30k, and we may retest the same levels after the next Federal Reserve meeting. Until then, I suggest returning to testing the 26k and long-term stability at the 28k. Less than 24K is a very pessimistic scenario and we may not see it soon. I like this chart and from what I can see by eyeballing it, price is currently pulling back into the range between ~$30400 and ~$27600 around the tip of the FU candle which can be clearly seen as we always expect a pullback after every break of structure, and my reaction points I can see from this are around $28000 were price could actually reverse as price shows its still bullish despite internal structure showing bearish intent. That critical point on the chart, I dont know if we can get there because if it does then markets will be confirmed bearish once again as this will be the external structure bias .
