There is lots of overlap between scalpers and day traders. Low time frames, more unpredictable moves, a need to employ a system that exploits volatility effectively. I only scalp during extremely strong trends, and I don't recommend it for beginners at all.
Currently studying T.A here and it appears that some of the concept that pertains to what type of trader you are is a bit confusing with respect to the risk to reward ratio.. Isn't it that swing trading or day trading who deals with a larger timeframe is prone to a greater risk than those people who are doing scalp trading? Or I just misunderstood the concept? As far as I know, trading with a larger timeframe comes with a great risk because of the gap between prices while scalping is the other way around.

1. best reads or videos (books, blogs, websites, YouTube channels etc.) on how to invest in crypto
I've invested in an ICO once but I nearly lost most of my ethereum that I used in purchsing their tokens if I didn't sell it immediately. Based on my experience though, there is no such good reading materials when it comes to investing on some projects as most of them are just a repeating process of buying at a pre-sale or main sale and then dumping of tokens immediately after the it has been listed in an exchange. These projects fails 90% most of the time regardless of how strong the community is especially if it has no real life use case. I am not advising it for newcomers as it entails a huge financial risk. Other than that I had also a question which is: would any of you recommend trading through an automated trading software? I am currently using Coinbase and they keep on proposing their automated dollar average costing platform, otherwise there are all those other ones like Bitbot Pro etc. I am always skeptical about these things so wanted your view as well.
I'd rather learn on how to trade first before jumping into these kinds of automated software. You can't use them properly if you do not know what you are doing.

In every cryptocurrency transaction, the general rule when it comes to deposits and withdrawal is to to double check that specific address before executing it or else you'll never get it back or much worse it will be lost permanently. one casino placed a bet on another casinos site, and it lost.... If it would have won, I would hope (or at least expect) them to return the winnings to the other site, but since it lost, It seems like satoshibones just received coins accidently into their wallet.
This doesn't make sense! If you accidentally pasted an address that comes from satoshibones then it means you have an an existing account on that site thus you are also able to transfer your litecoins back to the correct litecoin address that you intended to transfer in the first place isn't it?

If you were one of those whose information was compromised in the "July website database breach," you would have received an official email coming from Ledger itself, noreply@ledger.com, informing you that "Your personal information has been exposed." I got mine a couple of days ago. I've scanned my inbox a few more times but I didn't receive any email from Ledger itself, only haveibeenpwned.com who notifies me about the current incident. Though it maybe comforting, still, we can't deny the fact the Ledger's database has been leaked .. I don't think haveibeenpwned.com is officially tasked by Ledger to send information about the breach. If your account is somehow pawned as indicated in the notification, it may not refer to the Ledger breach.
This their heading followed by numerous link that I also don't bother to click anyways. With the being said, I have learned an important lesson that these incident will happen regardless of how reputable the company is..

Oh I am also checking I'f this plan has been panned out. So it's not pursue? Do you have any website where we can see more update on this?
I am not sure from other universities yet aside from my alma mater and the university I am currently enrolled. And I don't that these school will implement such courses in a short period of time due to lack of manpower and a complex new curriculum. But still, I hope that one day there will come a time where we can enroll ourselves to a new of knowledge. I don't know if you heard of unifinity project, they are also an educational blockchain platform that are pursuing their platform and already been partner with tesda to integrate.
Nope? I haven't heard such organization Aside from NEM Philippines which I also doubt that the courses they offered only focuses on NEM blockchain not on blockchain in general or how it works. Thanks a lot for the clarifications, I tried as much as possible to search on Philippine institutions but can't find any legitimate informations, same thing happened to African, their institutions have less information in implementing blockchain/cryptocurrency courses in their respective departments, could only find that in South Africa country. Maybe in near future, the whole of African country institutions will implement that.
I agree, you can't find any useful blockchain related courses here as most of them are being offered online with no assurance that you are paying for a quality education. It sucks though...

It's for the monetary gains of course! However, even though I am after for the rewards I still make sure that 90% of my post can quite give an impact to those people who seeks help from various aspects of cryptocurrency in general. I am always reminding myself that if there is an existing thread that you do not have something important or conducive to say -- then at least read and leave the thread instead of posting nonsensical content. In such manner, you are avoiding to feel guilt, thus, you are simply contributing to the forum passively by decreasing rubbish content while increasing constructive and well written post. Win - win situation.
Moreover, I have lots of questions to ask in the community so it's also one of the reason why I am posting on a daily basis.

I've been seeing trading signals for a while now since I am currently studying on how to trade. Based on my observation though, these signals can actually give you a decent amount of profit if you can time your market order properly however it is not certain that it will work most of the time. Always assume that a technical analysis is not right until the market proves them right..
I've been following a community of traders who randomly drops their T.A for free depending on what crypto asset they are currently trading and since I am studying on my own, most of the time I complement their charts to my own T.A to get at least have an idea whether my analysis is right or wrong. I think that's the most important concept you have to apply to measure whether your studying the chart correctly or not.

Wow this is good index list. Im wondering cant seen any of my country offering yet or maybe OP hasnt found any cause I heard there is already offering blockchain institution in the Philippines. Anyway. I will searched it and maybe share here so you can add on your list.
I don't think you can find such courses that offers legitimate and comprehensive blockchain courses here in our country. BitPinas once published a news article where some of the known Universities in the Philippines will be implementing NEM Blockchain courses in mid 2019 last year but unfortunately I think that they have failed adopting these courses as I haven't heard of them on top of the news headlines since then. List of Universities Offering NEM Blockchain Courses in the Philippines
1. Adamson University 2. Ateneo de Manila Univ 3. Asia Pacific College 4. Cavite State University 5. De La Salle University 6. Far Eastern University 7. Holy Angel University 8. ICCT Colleges 9. Jose Rizal University 10. Lyceum of the Philippines Manila 11. Malayan Colleges 12. Our Lady of Fatima University Valenzuela 13. San Beda Alabang 14. Technological University of the Philippines 15. University of Makati 16. University of the East I am currently studying my college degree in University of the East but I haven't heard such news that they are offering NEM Blockchain courses. Same goes with O ur Lady of Fatima University where I got my Senior High School diploma who didn't roll out their campus courses up until now. I also don't think that the other universities are putting much effort to make those courses into reality. Here goes another.. I just received an update from a reliable source that our school (ICCT) will not be able to accomplish such course, for the main reason the majority of the professors and instructors doesn't really get how blockchain works and how it will be made. It is really such a waste, though I already expect that it wouldn't be implemented in the first place 😂

This is my first post with images and I explained which happened with my friend and thanks for the guidelines.
Hello, I hope the links below could help you navigate and post in this community comfortably. [1] Bitcointalk posting etiquette[2] Make your topic title, posts more attractive[3] Guideline on posting images (with size adjustments), hyperlinks
Also, there are lots of people in the telegram community who are approaching people asking if know and you wanted to join any bitcoin related invest that are too good to be true in first place. Schemes that offers x5 up to x100000000000... investment returns in a matter of few weeks are no doubt fraud. Note that cryptocurrency doesn't work that way. I highly suggest to check out what @tranthidung said regarding telegram.

Can someone educate me about crypto currencies. What are they? How do they work? How do you buy them? How do you transfer them?
All of the answers to your question can be found here. So I think it would be better to just give you some good resources for you to have something to read in case you want to have clarification about a particular concept. [1] https://www.lopp.net/bitcoin-information.html[2] https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Main_PageHow do you trade them for cash?
It depends on what fiat currency you will be using. Some people prefer using P2P platform for exchanging their cryptocurrencies back to fiat currency and vice versa while other people just prefer using cash app who supports cryptocurrency. This is just a general idea in terms of exchanging currencies since there are lots of ways available unless otherwise your country is not being cryptocurrency friendly. Here are some examples for P2P Trading Platform [2] https://hodlhodl.com/[3] https://bisq.network/Does their value fluctuate like traditional currencies?
Yes. Cryptocurrency is significantly volatile than that of traditional currencies that is why it imposes a higher risk for people who doesn't know what they are doing and has a poor risk management in terms of trading. Are their any risk to owning them? Is there a fraud risk?
There are lots of risk, however, if you are planning to start getting into crypto then at least knowing how you can safely store your bitcoin or any other coin can greatly minimize the risk involved. [4] https://notyourkeys.org/

Have you gone past your transfer issues?
As far as I know, there is currently no services that offers a transfer between 2 exchanges unless otherwise you ask for a favor to your cryptocurrency peers or friends who also has a binance and kucoin account or maybe just post your request to Currency Exchange board. If in any case those two options didn't work, you can just find an altcoin who has a lower fees and faster confirmation times.
However, it would be a tedious calculation to make sure that you are not paying more than the usual withdrawal fees + transaction fees since converting your BTC to another coin also requires exchange fees.

What really frustrates me when using Binance P2P Trading services is that they are not allowing you to use their services when your SMS authentication is disabled as well as the time limit that the buyer sets leading your funds to become temporarily unavailable for more than 5 hours when someone is placing an order. I wonder why Binance is not carefully moderating those SCAM P2P advertisement on their platform?

BEWAREWarning to those people who are planning to engage with his services or else you might not be able to get your recovered funds. More importantly, there is an existing reputable website the offers wallet recovery support so take that into consideration. [1] https://www.walletrecoveryservices.com/

is it a good idea? or I will probably lose all my cash? Are there any analysts out there that are giving predictions and recommendations that are worth following?
I know that most people are being bullish of what will be the price of bitcoin in the next coming years but I don't think that investing in such asset or crypto that you are not familiar with is a good idea. Remember that you are investing with a large amount of money and yet you are risking yourself from other people's analysis and predictions which might end up being false. There are quite few things to take into consideration before entering the market such as bitcoin price chart, having an idea which are bitcoin investment scams and more importantly is how you are going to secure your bitcoin. Failing to do your due diligence will just put your money to a greater risk [1] https://www.lopp.net/ - I hope that this resource compilation will help you to decide.

Liquidation is depended on your leverage and choice if Cross or Isolated to make a clarification.
Question. Let's say for example that I forgot to set a stop loss and the liquidation price has been hit? Let's say I have a total balance of 405 XRP in my coin margined wallet in futures derivatives trading with a margin of 12 XRP. Will my total balance be emptied from 405 to 0 or it's just the margin amount of 12 XRP will loss? Also, Is it applicable to use cross margin if you have multiple open position with different trading pairs? Let's say for example that I have an open position with 100 XRP margin, and another with 0.03 BTC margin. How does the cross margin works in this particular instance?
