I've been waiting 32 days for Poloniex to process a 1050 CLAM withdraw.

Is anyone else having issues withdrawing CLAM?

12 days ago one of their reps said they would follow up on my ticket in 10 business days. (I believe Monday is the 10th day)

Is it possible to get the Daily access code from you?

Not at the moment.  We have disabled that program for the time being.

I'm hoping we will introduce a much more profitable option faucet wise this summer!

I imagine they are syncing a number of coins all at once and going to do the group announcement... Maybe they got stoned and forgot yesterday Cheesy  Cheesy

2385  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Messed up. Noob mistake. sent ltc to btc address to ledger nano s on: April 26, 2018, 10:06:02 PM
I've just confused the fuck out of myself over this...

So I sent a little BTC to https://blockchain.info/address/3H6RQQthC5HV1BUYT38NpF9CJVgJzVkubp and it works... https://blockchain.info/tx/4a0818a4b89264f32d6078fdd0d357e5079915183a535cdab3ab96ab127c63b9

I've checked the LTC blockchain and the OP's coins are there too...  https://live.blockcypher.com/ltc/address/3H6RQQthC5HV1BUYT38NpF9CJVgJzVkubp/

When I check my "sister address tool" (BTC and LTC addresses all pair with each other)... it seems that Bitcoin address 3H6RQQthC5HV1BUYT38NpF9CJVgJzVkubp pairs with Litecoin address LadMk5i5iqDAApUGW5T5fdr2NBksecG6wg.  Huh Huh

So does LTC 3H6 have a different private key than Bitcoin 3H6?

2388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][EXCHANGE] Poloniex - Crypto Exchange with BTC/NXT on: April 26, 2018, 03:47:12 AM
Still no coins or response.
I am really surprised people are still using this platform and they have not rectified their issues, it was one of the best sites till 2016 but then their problem started and i faced the same difficulties, coins not appearing in the wallet and the customer support will response after a couple of weeks and so on, so i was forced to move to other exchanges and never went back, they were making huge amount of money and still they are not able to improve the system is just pathetic.

Fully fucking agree.  I really think we should be considering all teaming up and going after these folks legally.

It seems there are a good number of people willing to contribute that have been damaged by Poloniex and this absolutely bullshit.

I've still not yet received my coins.

I received a response 9 days ago that my support ticket would be esclated and handled within 10 business days... I'm really going to be shocked if they actually do what they say.

Still no withdraw approved, but at least there was a response to my ticket.

I think it's dead in the way a lot of the community see B3. A few made money on it and lots lost money... It just sorta feels tainted.

The discussion was moved to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2811744

You're welcome to come to our Discord and see that B3 Coin far from dead, it is just getting started.

you mean it was moved to a thread where they can delete messages so they can scam people again

What are you on about? There has been poor management from the old team a long time ago, and because of this they are gone. If you believe they pulled a scam, I challenge you to show what happened which makes you use that word.

I don't "think",  I know.

Poor management resulted in the loss of coins from "us".  Thus making it tainted.

Thank god the pool people did their job eventually, but it wasn't the pool that made it scammy.  It was the core development team.

Rather than pull of the stuff premined or whatever, they did "it" in the middle.  I'm glad there was other more stupid shit going on in the Altcoin world and this went largely unnoticed thus far... If Forbes put this in their magazine.  I would bet Jamie and a few others would go to jail.

Blackballing addresses unexpectedly over a holiday weekend isn't the way to go about fixing stuff and that isn't including the stuff that resulted in losses for the majority of the community.
yes yes you know, but you should also know that thread is closed and now new team taken over everything, and rank1 guy is with team

If the thread is closed, then lock the thread.   Roll Eyes

Fucking space cadet!

There is a bottom in the lower <- of the screen that will lock this thread and not allow folks to post on it.

The estimated time to stake listed in the wallet is notoriously inaccurate.
Staking is, after all, somewhat random much like Proof-Of-Work mining.
Age makes the target you are trying to hit less difficult, but you still have to get lucky and hit it Smiley

Age doesn't effect CLAM stakes UNLESS you've recently staked a block (then there is a wait time.)

Within 1 minute we put things on the blockchain for users and we do everything on site as transparently as possible.)

Finally a response:

"Hi __,

We are sorry that our product and service has not met your expectations.

As a result, we are acknowledging this correspondence as a formal complaint. For your records, this will be filed as Complaint #794250. I have escalated this to a manager so we can properly address your complaint. You can expect a follow up here within 10 business days.

Best,
Poloniex Support Team "

So did you receive your withdrawal yet?

It would be quite funny if you haven't received any coins yet, which I think is the case. Support's first message back at you was telling you to wait some more before they resolve the issue. And that's coming 20 days late. What a joke.

According to https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/, poloniex's volume is 16th out of all exchanges. That used to be #1. I guess it shows that their incompetence on the support end is driving a lot of whales away as well. I'm certainly not using them to exchange anymore, it's way too risky.

Still no coins.
