solution is : escrow or escrow ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) haha and of course all the people to leave their comments ! we are a community ! Exactly! It seems to me like scam attempts have reduced lately. I think scammers have finally found out its pretty tough trying to scam on here now ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) .

OP hasn't been back for 3 days it was a very lame scam attempt.
I've seen , it is useless to give him a negative trust for a scam attempt. I'm happy no one has sent him bitcoin for first, alway use an escrow ! This is a basic rules. I'm sure no-one was silly enough to fall for it. He probably wont be back until he tries another scam under a different name.

Looks like a slightly better attempt at a scam than others recently.
Still no real proof of miners with photos or video after being requested for weeks.
EDIT: Website is down at the moment, perhaps they've pulled the plug realising they're not fooling anyone.

Is there major risk of tarnishing the bar when 'home' testing? Are the rates reasonable to have a professional do it?
Unique way to home test without damaging .999 silver: Hard boil an egg. Once finished, while egg is still hot, mush it up and put on a plate. Place silver near egg and wrap up with saran wrap, so mostly air tight. (Could also use Tupperware or anything that keeps air from escaping whatever you are using.) The sulfur gases released from the egg will turn the .999 silver coloring into a beautiful rainbow. To return back into shiny silver color again. Wash with a little soap in warm water, dip in acetone for 3-5 seconds. Rinse off with water....and .999 silver back to original condition, undamaged. EDIT: If you have children, it's a fun science experiment to do with them. Can you eat the egg after? I don't see why not...though, I have only tried this once (after seeing on Youtube) and I did not eat the egg. I'm gonna try this without the silver bar and just eat the egg ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Usually hardware such as this, unless it is used or damage is NEVER suppose to be this cheap.
I agree, there were far too many warning signs with this user.

Nice find again! Another piece of shit scammer bites the dust.

Nice find! No wonder the pictures were so small you could hardly see them. He made them so small so you couldn't see the poorly photo shopped username and date he added. TBH he's looked like a scammer from day one with all his threads.

I changed the router and the IP, without knowing anyone new direction I open daemon DRK and the pool and starts the attack, it must come from the DRK own network.
In a few minutes when the DNS update the new IP the pool will be accessible.
I'm glad you're back up and working ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Picked up an S1, did a factory reset, and then flashed the latest firmware. Trying to point it at the pool but it's not quite happening. It was mining 170gh on the default pools the firmware update comes with so I know the unit works and is set up correctly, but I seem to be missing something in my configuration. Thanks for the help. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fi61.tinypic.com%2Favt1co.jpg&t=663&c=DcI239OByPn47g) Try it without the stratum+tcp:// at the front so just use solo.ckpool.org:3333 and see if that works.

Is it just me or are your miners going on and off also and the page takes a long time to load?
I've had that before but they're ok now.

Can you post pictures with your username and date to prove you have these ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) RoadStress is legit as anyone else on these boards for selling hardware, if he says he has them then he has them. If you're still unsure then use an escrow, pictures can be falsified or reused. Thanks. Miners are located in Advania DC so posting a picture with my username will not also prove that I have the miners in my possession. I sold a couple of miners up to this date without any issues, but we can use escrow if you do not trust me. PM me and let's agree on some terms. I was only joking hence the laughing face, I know he's trustworthy ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) .

Hey aTg don't you have cloudflare available through your web host?
I have no web host , DNS management only , the cost of any services outweighs the benefits of the pool , I think the attack has fried the ruter , today I replace with a new one. I have an idea in mind to see what you think, the low number of users and blocks found of Bitcoin makes unsustainable service with the idea of increasing users and therefore Blocks found I thought about using CK software, scheduling an extra layer over your code with solomining.com style and extra services. Oh that's a shame about cloudflare and your router ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) . I know cloudflare can be quite expensive to have especially having it protecting from DDos attacks... That all sounds good, anything you think that might work is good for everyone ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) .

Why does this seem exactly like goldbits's offer?
except its noticeable that the writing style is very different.
I dont think I want to roll the dice again and send money without escrow..
Elainite you've been caught up in a strange situation and I'm not sure what to think of it. If you're happy with the coin you received then that's fair enough. Fair play to you taking the risk sending the 4 btc. I would never accuse anyone with your high standing on this forum of corruption. Hopefully your smeared name can be cleared soon ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) .
