and in no way supports the breaking of the terms.
It's a bump of their topic. I actually think that post is perfectly reasonable. It avoids undue worry, it provides communication alternatives that adheres to the terms of the ban
They run a website ( http://girlbtc.com/). A notice on that website about the current situation with the same information would aswell have done the job, and not required an evasion of their ban.

Is it possible to increase faucet level without actually betting
Investments, Chat messages, account activity, referral activity, all those are considered for the users level aswell, so yes. betting via the website
API bets are considered in the same way as bets on-site for your wagered amount.

The Politics & Society section is scum anyway. I've seen very little places with an as high rate of racist, antismeitic or islamophobic agenda. Sex Video Chat VKcams.com Vika NSFW
I don't really know the solution, but perhaps removing any post count from registering in the politics section would slow these people down or remove the incentive for a wall of one-sided political spam.
High chance of those two being alts, they're in it for the "affiliate marketing" and you won't be slowing that any way down by taking their post count/activity from that section. When you question these people, you are frequently ignored or personally attacked - without reasonable answers being acknowledged.
That's what deluded people do.
Hell, we even tolerate posts that have a high chance of being against the law.

To be frank I do not want to vote for any of the bitcoin gambling site as it means I would be promoting the gambling site. I have lost couple of bucks in gambling sites and do not want to use anymore. You should not try what you have got no control over .
To be frank: What are you doing in the gambling section then?

Obviously not all staff members understand Russian and when some of them had seen it,he must have considered it as reported spam or troll and deleted it.
I expect some of them understand English, which is the language in which I suggested that the topic be moved to the appropriate board. You might not have been the only one reporting that thread.

Those look really nice! Have you thought about doing prize giveaways, after hitting certain thresholds or something?
Thanks ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) There are certain problems and conditions to consider when doing giveaways/contest/campaigns with physical rewards. For example shipping, it might not be possible to ship the items to some users (may it be due to regulations or their own need for anonymity). Also, a lot of guys simply are not interested in getting physical items of any kind. That being said, given me myself being all into the collectibles section, I'd certainly love to see some more CryptoGames themed items. So I'm all for doing some giveaways or contest in one way or another. But I also think we need a good concept for it and it might be not suitable for us just yet.

Why not just click the "report to moderator" button.
Why don't you try reporting some of those?
5.Use Report to Moderator button more often.
Less crying, more doing. There's a decent lack of reporting, if we had more active reporter (and, to be fair, if we had a more strict moderation policy), things might not be as bad as they currently are.

And also be sure to escrow the funds first before joining in any signature campaign. To be safe for us who joined.
So you want the devs to escrow some of their ICO coin? Sounds legit.
