It is not possible to buy directly but you can trade. You can use localbitcoins and virwox. Tho they have quite huge fees so you can use them if you are trading big amounts. Also you can try the currency exchange section here, you can look for peoples who wants to trade your paypal for bitcoin. Always use escrow if you are dealing with unreputable members
when it comes to paypal and charge back it doesn't matter if you use an escrow because after the trade you can't ask the escrow to keep holding the funds until the charge back period has passed, they can charge back as soon as they get the fund from escrow. Well that is more reaso why you shouldn't trade paypal with someone untrustable. Also there are ways to wi the chargeback you know, you just need to deal accordingly to your rule so the chargeback will not happen. I have traded paypal before and so far non yet chargedback because they know they can't win. |

You may be lookinga the weekly price chart because as far as I can see, bitcoin is not yet dropping since we crossed the $350 price. What you are seeing here are minimal changes and there is no reason to worry at all. It's near weekend so I think it's normal that the price will drop of some $ but expect the price to rise again any sooner. Halving is near and we can only expect positive changes. |

Also you really need to be 18 an older to get a loan. It's illegal to get loans if you are underage plus how will you evwn pay if you are underage. If you are underage and want to get loan, your best choice ia the forums' lending section. You can ask people here to lend you paypal, just provide a valid collateral.

Jus wait for it to be confirmed. The blockhain has been really slow in confirming transactions so it requires more time for transactions with low fee to be confirmed.
I think the 2 BTC is too high for a 0.0001 btc transaction fee. If you wanted to receive it earlier you could've sent it with a higher fee.

Giving or putting your money to someone elses hands has it's risk. I will not suggest you to invest in ponzis as they holds more risk because eventually they will just run off with your coins. An option here is you can invest your btc to gambling sites like bitvest which allows investments. You will get a % from their profit in their gambling game. This also has a risk as the profit will depend if someone looses tons of coins then you will get a share of profit, if someone wins more then the profit you guys will get will be more smaller.
What I can suggest you is just keep your btc safe in your wallet and then wait for the price to rise up so that you can wt profit. Take it as an invetment bu the one who holds your coins is you.
