2381  Economy / Economics / Re: 6 billion to solve world hunger? on: November 04, 2021, 08:45:39 PM
No amount of money can solve world hunger or lift poor in their conditions. Elon's response is too cunning on the tweet. The question is "HOW".

Even the richest men chips in for a cause for the hunger, if the one who handles the funds 'til to the lower bracket is irresponsible as we all know corruption is too evident in the lower column (weii, even on world/intl. orgs behind), it will still not work. Not unless they are fully transparent as Elon's said (from the transfer of fund, documents and the distribution)

Lack of funding is not the cause of this suffering, it's all about who and how the works behind, it's all about corruption.
Indeed!

There's no such fund amount could solve out world hunger but at least this amount could really help tons at least. This does really shows off that there's
still hope for humanity and this might be an eye opener for those billionaires out there to do the same which at least make out some significant movement
towards on fighting this global problem.

This isnt something that you could just resolve out on few billions but still a great and good move done by Elon which do at least shows
that he cares.
2382  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency must adapt in schools/colleges curriculum on: November 04, 2021, 07:50:20 PM
For sure it’s possible for schools to teach their students about Bitcoin, but this is going to be in countries where Bitcoin is legal and not in places where it has been banned by the government. Because, if it is in a place where it has been banned, then anyone talking about it or teaching students about it is likely going to be having a problem with the government if they should find out about it.

As for countries where Bitcoin is legal, it wouldn't be bad for teachers to talk about it and explain what it is all about to their students and also encourage them to be part of it in future or now. And I strongly believe that there are lots of subjects or courses in schools where Bitcoin and cryptocurrency as a whole can easily fit in and be talked about.
Actually there are already schools or universities which does have included crypto into their curriculum but of course it wouldnt only be just talking mainly with Bitcoin but rather they would be emphasizing about blockchain technology.

Somehow if they wont really be that focusing that much with bitcoin well it doesnt matter because students would really be normally be heading
on where it do originated from and its inevitable for it not to be discussed or mentioned out.

So its up to them if they would go further and thats still a good news.
2383  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Reymart Gaballo (WBC bantamweight) on: November 03, 2021, 11:33:57 PM
Manny Pacquiao brought the popularity of boxing in the Philippines, we have witnessed a lot of our kabayans getting fights in the US, thanks to Manny and some promoters who are willing to invest in our Filipino fighters. I'm sure there will be a new champion soon aside from Casimero and Donaire, obviously, Donaire will retire soon, so we need some fighters to step up and to continue bringing honor to our country.
Cant really deny on how great Pacquiao is and a truly boxing legend which is the first 8th world division champion in the sports of boxing which isnt something that can be  attained by any boxers out there.

He truly inspires other fellow countrymen to take the same step as him but that wont really be that simple because boxing in world stage
isnt something that you could just be too confident.

Donaire is indeed on the brink of retirement and Casimero is starting to climb up with the ladders.
2384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gearing up for alt season on: November 03, 2021, 10:37:39 PM
Altcoin season is coming, the type we got in 2017 4th quarter to 2018 1st quarter so kindly chill me your holdings, what do you think will be the next 10x coins to hold right now? Low market cap or mid market cap coins?
How'd you know that we are really going into that 2017 like condition when it comes to altcoin run? Nothing is assured that it would  happen again but

somehow  talking about altcoin flipping or bull run could  really happen but expect that  it wont really be similar into those previous years where increase

is really into the point on which could give  out 100-1000x returns or profits. for now its up to your own decision which coins you do seem does have
potential.
2385  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Taking Profits on: November 03, 2021, 09:41:03 PM
To control greed, of course, through a learning process, where we must increase our experience in trading so that we are faced with various conditions in the market. to a wider extent we must be able to control the psychology of trading, where each person will be different at different times of achievement. this is very useful for suppressing greed in taking profits that usually occurs and obeying the cut loss area
Greed stops us from taking profits even you're already there. It's a matter of the satisfying the amount of profit and the goal that you're setting for yourself.
But if the market can do no longer good then you have to make sure that you have at least taken some decent profits that will make you feel good before the market goes down.
To those people who had been saying that taking profits is easy when you are already into that condition then i would say that theyre lying. All of us did

really come to a point or experience on which we do really hesitate on doing so because we are still hoping for more which you do tolerate your greed

and this is where mistakes do happen whenever the price had corrected and those profits arent still realized then for sure you would really regret
in the end.
2386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Nonito Donaire vs Reymart Gaballo (WBC bantamweight) on: November 03, 2021, 08:40:09 PM
Donaire is a great fighter we all know that, however what worries me is that age can affect a fighter relatively quickly, in one fight they look as if they are still their younger versions and then a few months later they look as if they got old in a hurry and aged 10 years during a few months, and this can only be avoided through massive training and dedication, and even then it comes to a point in which not even that is enough to reverse the aging process.

Yes, as what they say, boxers are good up only in their last fight. So maybe Donaire will become old and age overnight as he fight Gaballo. No one can beat Father Time, not even the great Manny Pacquiao.

The positive thing though is that it will still be a Filipino who will carry the flag in the bantamweight if ever he losses to Raymart. And now that we have another Filipino in the horizon, Jonas Sultan. But the biggest price for all this Filipino champion is still Inoue and so they have to beat them.
Personally I am glad that even if some legends are retiring from the sport we are seeing new stars emerging and trying to follow on their footsteps, it is not going to be easy especially for anyone trying to emulate Pacquiao as he is a legend that will be almost impossible to surpass, but at the same time if they do not try then they will never do so, and even if they fail they could write their own legend and become just as loved as Pacquiao was by the fans.
A certain Era would definitely ending up as we do go on future years to come. Those boxing legends getting old and retire and the younger ones would bloom out and trying to follow the path of those legends and thats why we are seeing these great fights out of these fighters which do really make
the sports of boxing to be interesting and its been through ages and we would continue as we do go forward.
2387  Economy / Economics / Re: 6 billion to solve world hunger? on: November 03, 2021, 07:37:57 PM

What do you think,
Does it really only take 2% of musk's wealth to solve world hunger?
How do we assess this phenomenon based on its purpose, from a humanity or economic perspective?

Its his money then let him be because if this is just 2% of his total wealth then it wouldnt really be that a big issue if he donate 6B for this global problem but somehow this amount would really be a great help but doesnt mean that this would totally solve out this problem that we are facing through ages.
As popular bloats out then expect for this problem to get even more worst but at least this is really a good move made by Elon, dont know if theres
some agenda behind but this still a good deed and its not a small amount to donate if you do ask me.
2388  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: November 02, 2021, 10:19:49 PM
Still no official announcement from either camp on the fight…

You think announcement of this fight is fake? Could be. But there are still a lot of time till February. Even if they don't intend to fight right now, people will hype this fight so much, so they would have to fight someday.

Here it is mentioned that after Tysons fight against RJJ, he indented to give his winning to charity. That is a good motivation for Mike to agree for this fight.
I dont know if he would really be making such charitable deed on upcoming fight but since he already did when fighting RJJ then he might do the same on upcoming ones.

Did make some search about his words regarding on this.

'Iron' Mike claims he won't receive a penny for his boxing comeback, insisting his purse will be donated to charity.

"It's going to be for various charities," he told TMZ Sports.

2389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Any hope for BitcoinCash? on: November 02, 2021, 09:50:10 PM
Patience always rewards,  you just have to keep until investors return, the cycles are always the same and always repeat. only that today they are repeated more often not like 5 years ago that took up to 1 or 2 years to repeat and as always if you are not professional trading and you do not know how to do technical analysis, just buy the fall and keep the investment for a few months or years but if you know how to trade you can multiply your investment quickly so good luck to everyone.
Not really, patience can be rewarded if the assets that you are holding are worth the wait, the best example of this is bitcoin obviously, but in the case of bitcoin cash what is exactly what you are waiting for? What can cause the price of bitcoin cash to go up faster than bitcoin? After all even if the price of bitcoin cash went up it means nothing if the price of bitcoin and other assets are growing even faster, as you are losing money by not being invested in those coins.
I wont really be tying up any altcoins in the market even its a forked bitcoin with Bitcoin itself in terms of price potential even though they do really have chances on increasing their price but doesnt mean

that it would go in level with bitcoin but in the sake of diversification then its not really bad to take up some consideration or making out such step for that kind of benefit. So its up to someones

own level of risk management whether they do still decide to hold and believe about BCH potential or would totally jump into another one.
2390  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Emotions should never be traded. on: November 02, 2021, 09:15:34 PM
Everyone knows that for good trading you should control your emotions. Just because emotions are not good thing and it cause numbers of people to loss their money. Some people are in fear that the price will down more and more and due to this fear they sell at low price and loss their money. Emotions are very harmful. Sometimes an individual does not wait and their greed become a great cause of their loss in trading.

True, emotions will only end in regret. With very unpredictable market conditions, making traders in a dilemma and difficult to make decisions, so knowledge and experience are needed to avoid making wrong decisions when trading in the next trade. As you said about greed, greed will ultimately mess with emotions. So it is very important to set targets in trading.
But there are some times on which our emotion do really save our ass up but those are on close call situations on where you do really able to make right decisions on not to make any steps further or did really take out

profits just because of some intuition or hunch but doesnt mean that even it turns out to be good you would be basically be following this kind of behavior on next trades you would done because

having these close calls isnt gonna work on next time most of the time so you should be prepared or aware on this thing.
2391  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $100,000 in December? on: November 01, 2021, 11:36:15 PM
Because most of my friends believe that BTC reached 100,000 US dollars in December, so I want to discuss whether this is true Grin
Your friends believe are just based on assumption that has no base which I believe is just a mere speculation that has no back evidence to support it. Although, Bitcoin may hit another all time high before end of this year but that doesn't mean it will reach $100k before December ending of this year. Not possible.
No man on this world does have the crystal ball nor could able to see the future but it is indeed pure speculation or assumption basing up on the past events that we had already experienced.

We had seen on how bitcoin did break those ATH prices which majority didnt really expect for it to be reached or happen?

100k or not then dont hope that much because price is way too unpredictable. There's no way that you would really able to to know on whats ahead.
2392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The Gambling increase due to the pandemic, stats, UK on: November 01, 2021, 09:37:56 PM
Its a personal problem because you are the ones who do make such action and they wont really be blaming out those institutions out there because of that and you havent forced to play on the first place and also talking about increase due to pandemic then it isnt surprising because we do even have more free time on engaging on online things including gambling and  for sure this isnt really just talking in
UK but also in other countries as well but the havent been tallied up until now which i do really believed that theres still more out there.
This is actually a very common problem.
agree with you that this problem is not only happening in the UK but also in other countries

btw, It is true that gambling addiction is a personal problem but it is natural for the government to provide health facilities for addicts to treat their citizens' opium, especially gambling addiction, it is an obligation because citizens have paid taxes
We've seen several countries do really mind off about their citizens condition towards possible addictions which they are creating these kind of facilities for them to protect or able to recover to those people who are

really in big problem. For some people it might really sound nor look being a stupid move because this is something a personal kind of choice on making such action which leads them on being addicted.

If they had attained this problem then they are the ones who would need to solve out but honestly having these kind of benefits or something like this is such a great help on
a problem which is focused on this one.
2393  Economy / Economics / Re: What is better - cryptocurrency trading or investing? on: October 29, 2021, 08:54:30 PM
It all comes down to what suits you more and where are you more profitable with. There are good investors and good traders who both make a lot of money. We can't just say that one is better than the other. The two are very different from each other, so a good investor you would not necessarily be a good trader as well. As an investor you focus more on long term trends and the big picture, whereas the trader takes advantage of short term opportunities and profits of price anomalies. As a trader you need to have a good stomach and be able to sleep well with taking higher risks. I tried both myself and find that investing suits better my risk appetite. The younger you are the easier it is to get used to the fast path environment of trading. Why not try both yourself and see what is better for you?

Very good point, it ends up from how you see your opportunities and how deal with it in the right manner,

Both are good if you see the value of the business, people who knows how to make good money out from this industry use either trading or investing, and some also combine the two and still gaining decently.

All that matters is how you understand and make a good use of that knowledge to turned it to cash making strategy.
Doesnt matter on which one you are really dealing with because as been said that things would turn out to be beneficial if you do know on what you are doing. Not all would really be that good on handling out things thats why they are really hesitant in doing so.

Be mindful on various source of income because the more we do have it the more better it is.It do vary or depend on how you do tend to do good.

Experience is a must before achieving these things though but take it slowly step by step.
2394  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Nigeria to finally launch Enaira today on: October 29, 2021, 07:55:03 PM
Well congratulations to Nigerians and the leaders as well, they have tried on lunching their first digital currency. I believe it's a sign that cryptocurrency will be fully legalize in Nigeria. I hope the entire Nigerian citizens use the this opportunity to make good use this digital currency.
I think it is naive to think that this means that the government of Nigeria is going to welcome with open arms other coins that are nothing more but superior competitors to what they are offering, if anything this is going to be used as an argument to try to ban them, they will argue that there is now no need for the use of bitcoin as now people can use their digital currency, so I expect the opposite, most likely we are going to see a ban on cryptocurrencies, but I think the people of Nigeria are smarter than that and will keep using their bitcoin despite of what their government says.
Everything cant be known until we do see on what are the steps and decisions that they do made out but you did actually said a solid point that whenever they do tend to create something their own coin then its normal to think that they will really be focusing more than on this one compared on
other coins existence.

If they do still welcome out other options then it would be great but its most likely there would be some prohibition because  basing off with the
very basics on how government do handle things up then i wont be surprised if they would really stick into that.

For now lets see on how this would end up.
2395  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Logan Paul vs Mike Tyson on: October 29, 2021, 06:54:13 PM
This is another thing, it's an exhibition fight and they have to ensure it's entertaining.
the only way an exhibition can become entertaining is if two actual fighters are fighting. not a wannabe boxer vs a boxing legend. that being said, I'm pretty sure this fight will be entertaining to logan paul fans. I visited that dude's youtube channel after I found out that the fight is over to see what people and his fans have to say. and god damn, some of them even think that logan paul won the fight.
Got Curios about your reply and also look from Paul's YouTube channel. I was thinking that you are referring to Paul against Tyson but seem not, as the last updated video is regarded to both fighters agree with the exhibition fight.

It will be entertaining indeed if both fighters do have same calibers, but a 55 years old former world champ against a younger wannabe boxers/streamer.

More on how the script has been written and how they will act accordingly, in the best interest of making good money. Cool
Exhibition means entertainment and those fight organizers are totally aware about those HUGE differences in terms of power and experience.

I agree with that boxer wannabe and this guy do really love on making these fights to make some good money which i cant really deny that this man is a bit clever.

I dont see for it to be entertaining though since you do already know the outcome. Wont be surprised if t his one would be ending up on DRAW.
What can you say?
2396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dogecoin - a joke or a way to make money? on: October 28, 2021, 11:43:18 PM
Everybody knows that Dogecoin was created as a joke, but now it is worth real money. Do you think it is real to earn on it or it's all a big bubble?

It's still a joke even it's worth real money. As long as it has trading volume, there are people who will trade it.

But to hold DOGE because of its fundamentals? I doubt the majority thinks of it that way. They are trading that joke coin because it's good for short-term trades and easy to manipulate. With just one action to make it hype again, the DOGE market reacts right away. That's the risky part of trading that coin.
DOGE coins from them we can learn memes are not always considered jokes, sometimes jokes are painful in reality , just like DOGE coins have serious value and they keep it hoping to break $1 dollars back even more
Yeah its a meme coin but this one had survived how many years compared into those so called good project( scam coin) which owners been trying to
advertise or make people believe but still ending up on a demise or simply died out without getting that much attention thats why DOGE is something
which is way more useful or relevant compared into those coins that arent even getting that much value or recognition.
2397  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much would you like to see Bitcoin priced in 2022? on: October 28, 2021, 10:40:05 PM
Quote
If we have continuation of bull rally into 2022 then we may have bitcoin prices to be trading above $100k levels.

Of course its all base on the news. I hope we keep getting positive news and no untimely FUD spread out till year end. I really would love to see Btc @100k flag off.
FUD and FOMO would always be part of this market on which there are really situations which the price would heavily react on current market sentiment

which is very common or do really happen anytime neither expectedly or unexpectedly which its just sensible that you should really be observant on things.

Bitcoins price is something not can really be predicted thats why questions like these wont really be getting any precise answers.
2398  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fiat-betting to crypto+betting on: October 28, 2021, 09:45:38 PM
~quarantine )
5. You can also bet internationally easier than betting with fiat hands down.
There are many more things as well, for me I prefer betting with cryptocurrencies since fiat doesn't come with much options.
You do have a lot of advantages, but not those that are on your list.
~~

of course 5 makes sense.
Depending on the country you live betting may be forbidden or some games may not be available
if you include varietis of betting (like elections, as an example) there's even more possibilities
One could be able to bet on the outcome of US elections even if they live in France, Japan or South Africa.
There might be some restrictions that could be seen on other countries but doesnt mean that the market isnt really open on almost everything.

Betting on other events on other countries which is indeed possible due to accessibility of those services/platforms which are providing for people
to be able to make out some bets which is the real beauty of things.

About choosing whether crypto or fiat then it will vary on your needs but you could really notice which one is really better
in terms of anonymity and easy access. Wink
2399  Economy / Economics / Re: Simple reason why crypto is preferred over fiats on: October 28, 2021, 07:52:36 PM
You don't get this with Fiat nowadays. While rewards on crypto are good, the risk of loss is certainly a lot higher than it's the case with Fiat.

Its still much better to hold crypto in long term rather than holding fiat. Look at crypto's return for the last 8-10 years and compare that to fiat's inflation rate. That would give you better insight on crypto return rather than comparing it to the short term roller coaster. Yeah we had massive drop from 18k to 8k or something in 2018 but overall its still much better to hold portion of crypto rather than fiat
We dont know on what future holds thats why we had able to say that crypto is better because things do already happen on which it did really have some significant increase of price which is way more higher compared when you do hold fiat.

Yes, in general sense then crypto would really be worth compared to fiat but of  course it would have corresponding risk because we cant be sure if a particular coin that we're holding is really making out some potential movement or increase in the future.

So its a matter of choice and risk taking.
2400  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it possible to make $5,000 a month day trading? on: October 27, 2021, 10:50:54 PM
~snip~
You can easily earn $ 5000 per month if you understand the signals and trade futures on the Binance Exchange. If you want to trade futures, you must maintain the signal and trade.
Not a really good piece of advice considering on how risky to trade up on Futures./Leverage or options which not all people would really be that good on making up trades even you're provided with some signals or hints or tips then that wont really be giving out an assurance for you to succeed on.

You could make out 5k a month but its not an assurance and if you do play or trade up with bigger capital and have less risk management percentage
then its plausible but dont make yourself that too confident because this market isnt something you could predict on.
