Update, I received 27 status points at some point today.  Not sure how that was calculated as I made a lot more than 270 credits worth of bets the previous day, and have had over 1000 since the release of the update (I also thought my bets from the last month would be counted toward my level as per a previous update).  I still have not received any lossback or betback for my casino or sportsbook play.

Can someone please look into my account and see why it is not properly accruing the points? All other operations are working fine (ie payouts from sports and withdraws and deposits).  Thanks for your help in advance.

I have read that I should be credited my status points once per day.  I have been betting the last couple of days and have not seen a change in my status points.  I also have not been given any credits or betcoin reward points for my winback and lossback.  I am wondering when these things are supposed to start accumulating?  It says I have 1 status point, and that was from the mystery box this morning, but I have made a couple hundred credits worth of bets in the last couple of days alone and have played some in the casino and should be getting points.

Also I noticed on the live bets that mens basketball is spelled wrong.  Just FYI

Was there something I have to do to sign up for this? I am not seeing anything different recently and have not been being given any points or anything for every wager placed?

Just wanted to throw my experience in here.  I have purchased many tens of thousands of dollars of mining equipment from Bitmain, as well as other sellers, and have had my share of problems with each in one form or another.  But, in all of my experiences, I have never had the level of customer support that I have encountered while working with Bitmain.  Whether that be at the company level (sending in service tickets/support) or at the forum level (Dogie's help with issues here and there).  I have been very happy with all of my purchases from Bitmain and continue to achieve positive ROI on every single unit I buy from them.  The experience that took the cake was last weekend when their American Service Group helped me with my problem throughout the weekend and ultimately made me the happiest I have ever been being a bitcoin miner customer.

In conclusion, you can compare other companies all you want and promises and guarantees, Bitmain has come through and delivered for me time and time again.  I am currently trying to convince my parents and family to open up some power space for me at their place as I want to buy 6 or 7 of these S5's right off the bat, and need some place to put them.

No they pay out daily, its just at the point where costs are exceeding daily earnings and you are not seeing a payment made every day for that reason.

Just heard about Nicehash/Westhash today and the payouts look amazing.  I almost said too good to be true, but it seems that paycoin is the hot ticket item right now.  Going to give it a go with a few TH/s over the next couple of days and see how the payouts are.
