241  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin also lead to corruption ? on: January 10, 2018, 05:54:33 AM
We all know that there is corruption everywhere, like in government or any other organization. Because of money, corruption can always happen with greedy people who always wants more money to them. Since bitcoin can be considered as money, can it also lead to corruption?
Yes i think some goverments if they didnt control this cryptocurrency and also bitcoin they will need to do is they entering the bix tax on some sites trading sites or wallet like coinbase and other transactions.

243  Local / Pilipinas / Re: its time to buy bitcoin again today!!!! on: January 09, 2018, 12:16:28 PM
Sa mga nagbabalak mag invest ng bitcoin, ngayon na ang pagkakataon nyong bumili ulit. Its a massive dump ngayon galing $17k fall down to$11k. Baka bumaba pa ito down to $10k.
Smiley
244  Economy / Economics / Re: DON'T DO PANIC SELLING !!! on: January 09, 2018, 11:23:37 AM
Hey everyone Smiley

finally the price of bitcoins is increasing and was becoming more stable but ! Its price is again decreasing now... You know it will be very nice if you guys instead of dumping them hold on to them...
Dumping the bitcoins in panic because of the fear of the price never reaching this high value in future.. does affects the price of bitcoins in a very bad way!
Yes some people get profit form it but!!!it decrease your future chances of earning even more higher profit... And so does for everyone else...

Dont panic ! Everything will go back to the normal but i think you will regret if you sell your bitcoin hehe just believe in bitcoin and just hold because bitcoin now is more good and more potential than before.
245  Economy / Economics / Re: Why did you choose bitcoin? on: January 09, 2018, 01:35:40 AM
Hey all,

I’m conducting a research on cryptocurrencies and I’m especially interested in why people choose Bitcoin. And since you are bitcoin users/experts, I thought you would be the best people to ask. It would be great if you could take the time to answer my questions (anonymously), I promise it will take no more than 10 minutes.

Click on the following link to go to the survey - https://uvacommscience.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3lzs2sI13cKH1m5?source=bitcointalk

If you are interested, I could post my main findings here.

Thank you.
There is no doubt that bitcoin is best cryptocurrency so if you have this you will get more money in the future because as far as noe the value of bitcoin is rapidly increasing so i think its more good to be patient to hold it.
246  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Mining Maganda paba? on: January 08, 2018, 09:28:28 AM
247  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: January 04, 2018, 08:27:04 AM
Yes, got you intrigued, didn't it?

Bitcoin is a very good thing to have as an asset. Just like gold. Even better if I may say. It's secure, and unlike fiat money it actually exists and work is put into it to produce it. This makes it great to store value.
However, it cannot and will not replace current fiat money that the entire world it using. It just cannot.
Take paying a cup of coffee for example. To pay your coffee with bitcoins, one must get bitcoins first, either by mining or buying bitcoins with other kinds of money (*cough*fiat*cough). It ends up being a quite complicated process, don't you think?
Until we reach the point where paying for a cup of coffee is as easy with Bitcoin as it is with cash, we will never get mass adoption. And as far as I see it, there is no way of simplifying the acquiring of bitcoins.
No doubt that bitcoon will never replace fiat because bitcoin value is not stable it always changed by sec or min. So ithink bitcoin is the one who help to fiat money because if you have a lot of bitcoin you will get more money just holding it because bitcoin is contiously to grow.
249  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your best investment strategy? on: December 26, 2017, 02:38:00 PM
The crypto world can become unpredictable sometimes, making our choices of investing into it, a very limited one. From scams to ponzis, there have been many losses from investors, yet making it very difficult to find a reliable investment.

But on the bright side, you could still invest into assets and commodities with your crypto like Gold and Silver. Then, if done right you could profit along the way with a good strategy.

As for me, I only decide to invest into gold (by exchanging BTC to Gold) and into some NXT and BURST assets.

What would be your investment strategy? Please share your tips, advice, or any good strategy you would use to safeguard your crypto investments.  Smiley
For now i didnt do invest yet because i dont have enough money to invest but if i get more money my strategy is to hold it like trading 5-10% if it reached that i will sell then if it dumos i will buy again. Investing is like a trading.
250  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I stop Buying BTC? on: December 26, 2017, 03:34:09 AM
Should I stop buying BTC for above market value or should I start paying the listed price? I support Bitcoin and still pay 5k a BTC does anyone see bitcoin going back up?
You should need to be patience then buy when it dips to get more money and to win my adivsed is dont quit to buy bitcoin because bitcoin now will go increase more in the next year and next decades just hold .
251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If i send my bitcoins to a wrong address, what happens? on: December 25, 2017, 09:58:56 PM
Hi!
As the title says, what happens if i get an address wrong? Do the coins get lost?
If that's what happens, why not change the code in Bitcoin, so that if the bitcoin network cant detect that address, returns the bitcoins to you?
It depends on your wallet because in our wallet coin.ph if you send a wrong adress you can contact the team of fheir company to resolve the problems but it takes a time because theyre are busy too so if you use like blockchain i think it never comeback again.
252  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are The Banks Scared of Bitcoin? on: December 24, 2017, 05:51:58 PM
I read an article on Business Insider, Inc. and couldn't help thinking many banks would like to see the end of Bitcoin.

"Miners are turning to more powerful computers to complete these tasks and earn bitcoin. As a result, mining (and on the flipside, bitcoin transactions) are sucking up greater and greater amounts of electricity. Bitcoin transactions now use so much energy that the electricity used for a single trade could power a home for almost a whole month, according to Dutch bank ING"
- Businessinsider@ businessinsider.com

What do you think would be the impact of the anti Bitcoin sentiment of the bank knowing they wield a lot of influence with the governments?

Is Bitcoin really an identifiable threat to banking?

What measures must traditional banking adopt so as not to miss out if Bitcoin would dominate the future?
Totally ?! Banks are scared in bitcoin but not banks but goverments also so thats why some goverments ilegalized this because bitcoin is more fast and more profitable than banks .
253  Economy / Speculation / Re: I Am Seeing RED !! on: December 22, 2017, 12:44:44 PM

The  cryptocurrency market right now is turning into a sea of RED...with almost all coins down not just with Bitcoin! I am sure that this can go down as one of the major corrections experienced by the market but just like in the past what goes down will also go up...we just need a little more time for things to settle down and get normal again.

This big dip is the best opportunity for anyone who has the money to buy cryptocurrency at the cheap rate and then make good profits when things will be normal again in a few days. Surely, things can get worse before they can get better. I am just holding on and just continue on watching the market go redder minutes after minutes until things can subside.

As to Bitcoin, what is your best prediction at the level it will stop sliding? The best answer will get a very special rpize from me...because I am the Bitcoin Santa Claus for 2017!

I think this is the time that we need to buy  again and pick some cryptocurrency that have a potential so your money will going to increase soon just think 100 times and readcarefully by choosing cryptocurrency.
254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is bitcoin the most popular cryptocurrency? on: December 19, 2017, 01:40:06 AM
I believe that they're popular mainly because well it was the first of all cryptocurrencies to be made. Honestly most of the other coins are scams and greedy ways that the developers make money. The only other coin I can think of that isn't a scam are dogecoins! What do you think?
Because bitcoin is the first cryptocurrency and digital and the value is so very high so thats why many people investing here because they kniw that they will get more money if they invest in bitcoin so i think bitcoin is our future money keep holding it.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is holding bitcoin Greedy? on: December 18, 2017, 01:13:57 AM
Greedy for me is when you sell your bitcoin by low price because of your emotion that bitcoin is only a bubble and dont regret someday because of that and holding is not greedy but holding is the smart way to get more money in your future.
256  Economy / Speculation / Re: Better Late than Never? on: December 17, 2017, 12:50:59 AM
Huh I couldn't wait any longer and jumping into cryptocurrency pretty late. I understand I have invested at the high end as of late, but with the rapid growth over the last several weeks I would be a fool not to jump in.

What are the predictions of the bubble before it bursts and drops back down?

Also, I imagine it should become my goal, as an investor, to actually use the bitcoin for what it was created to do. Peer to Peer purchasing in a free market, not relying on the banks or 3rd party taking their cut. Where can I begin actually using bitcoin to purchase normal household items?
Actually it is a yes late is more good than never so if youdont want to regret someday buy bitcoin now even the value of it is so very high dont worry bitcoin is rapidly and continiously to grow month by month because of the popularity.
257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people sell bitcoins? on: December 15, 2017, 02:39:39 AM
Worldwide, especially in my place, must sell it for profit rather than always keep it!
The government always forbids the use and play bitcoin so that it can not grow fully potential in my place. Surely it remains an advantage if there is a transaction rotation for bitcoin in my country to live.
just in my opinion maybe people panic about bitcoin bubble so thats why they are selling their bitcoin for a low price the didnt know that bitcoin will increase more in the future but you cant predict the value of bitcoin they want to get money than to lose it.
258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think is Bitcoin become legal in all countries? on: December 14, 2017, 05:01:58 AM
Bitcoin is legal by some countries but some countries still not accepting the bitcoin.
What you think is Bitcoin become legal in all countries?
if all country accept this bitcoin i think bitcoin will increase more and more and fast because many people get interest to invest here because the value of bitcoin is so strong and if you see the market of all crypto and bitcoin is so very high .
259  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you believe that digital currencies will replace Fiat? on: December 12, 2017, 04:04:47 AM
I know it may not be possible right now, but do you think fiat will be gone in the future?
yes i believe that someday bitcoin will replace fiat because bitcoin is more profitable than fiat now imagine if you have bitcoins you will get more fiat but  maybe it wont happen now maybe after 100 years because the fiat now is the mode of payment or vitual money for all.
260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How can I protect my self from being hack of bitcoin on: December 11, 2017, 02:50:45 AM
Just yesterday I come across one youtuber where he says
he just wake up and saw his 50 btc was vanish from his exodus wallet  and also before that another 20 btc was vanish
he says he dont even know how this happen.

pls how can I escape this.
its hard to escape to hackers but if you use some trusted wallet like coinbase i think your money wil not stole by hackers and try to think always before you enter in some sites because theres a lot of phising sites that can get all your inforamtion in your account so be careful.
