241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [ AIRDROP] 10 million ALTS Tokens 🌟 99% airdropped! on: October 23, 2017, 01:18:30 PM
Is there a reason you are trying to drive traffic to a forum which is pretty much not used?
242  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: October 22, 2017, 04:24:17 PM
Yes, I have bought some bitcoin, not enough that it will ever change my life but certainly that one day it could make a difference. I believe bitcoin is the future and that the price will only increase.
243  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Auroramine.com Scam? on: October 22, 2017, 01:41:25 PM
It's a scam, stay away from it and save your precious money, it's just another silly ponzi scheme.
244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Something cooking in NEOS coin? on: October 22, 2017, 01:24:42 PM
Hello everyone, I wanted to share my thoughts on NEOS coin. They've recently added a few members to their team and they seem to be active within the community. Amin Rafiee (https://twitter.com/ev0k3d - https://arafiee.com/) - has joined the team for creatives, web development and PR/outreach. On the charts, NEOS looks great to make a position in. It looks like they've hit rock bottom and what better time to start working on their development. A good friend of mine brought NEOS coin to my attention when I asked him what coin I should look into that moment and I've been researching NEOS. It is also being traded at 2 high volume exchanges such as Bittrex and Poloniex. What are your thoughts on NEOS coin? Please comment below! This is not shill.

NEO is a really great coin with a great team and great potential, it suffered because of ICO regulation in China but is certainly well poised to make movements in the future.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How low will dogecoin go? on: October 22, 2017, 01:15:03 PM
I have quite a bunch of dogecoins bought at higher prices (20+ sat and more), due to the BTG craze, they are selling really cheap and I have sold at 16 with the intention of getting them back a little lower (15 or even 14 sats)...

What do you think? Will DOGE reach that low? seems clear that it will happen

I don't think you made a wise decision, for me I think 20 is really low and the price will certainly go back to at least 25 in a few days after the fork. I would've just hold and waited.
246  Other / Off-topic / Re: What type of music do you guys like?? on: October 21, 2017, 07:15:52 PM
Saxo house is my favourite, check out some great mixes over on youtube.
247  Other / Off-topic / Re: Your favorite youtube channel on: October 21, 2017, 06:53:14 PM
I love anything related to cooking, lately I have really gotten in to these two guys from NYC, called brothers green eats, mostly they're simple easy to cook recipes with not many ingredients.
248  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you believe in aliens? on: October 20, 2017, 10:26:43 PM
Yes definitely, the universe is so vast that there just has to be some other life forms out there, how advanced they are I do not know, but definitely they exist.
249  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do I hold? on: October 20, 2017, 09:15:29 PM
It`s interesting question. I would try something same, but I`m afraid. What advise to begin?

If you are new to investing then definitely start small, with money you can afford to lose. Holding is pretty straight forward so you can risk a little more but if you want to actively trade then you should be sensible and take precautions
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what makes you trust a new altcoin? on: October 20, 2017, 08:20:30 PM
The first thing that helps to grow my trust is a solid team which are transparent about their background, after that I look to how much support there is from the community and how well the team interact with the community.
251  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long Term BTC Investment Is No More on: October 20, 2017, 07:50:07 PM
I don't think this is true, there are many great alt-coins still that are growing more than bitcoin!
252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how much safe trading on EtherDelta? on: October 14, 2017, 03:39:34 PM
Etherdelta is 100% safe, a little confusing and daunting to use but it is decentralised so no one has your details.
253  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or altcoin, which is better to invest into now? on: October 14, 2017, 03:09:00 PM
If you currently have BTC I would trade it and buy alt-coins right now, their price is so cheap and almost inevitably will increase after the fork. With regards to the fork I do not think bitcoin gold will be worth much and so expect that you will make more holding alts than you would receiving the free btc gold.
254  Other / Meta / Re: Order topics by creation date on: October 13, 2017, 11:51:35 AM
Add this to the board url
Code:
sort=first_post;desc

Example for altcoin announcement section: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0;sort=first_post;desc
It will sort the threads in that section based on thread creation date from the newest to the oldest.

Thank you very much! I will make a note of this somewhere to remember it for future use.
255  Other / Meta / Order topics by creation date on: October 13, 2017, 11:37:46 AM
Hello,

Is there any way in which it is possible to order topics by the day they were created instead of by the latest posts? For example, I would like to see new ANN threads but often find it difficult to identify them as the most recent ones are all big popular ones.
256  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience and Holding on: October 10, 2017, 08:54:38 PM
We all make mistakes. That's how we learn. Bitcoin is high right now, but it's only going to get higher in time, so now is not too late to get into Bitcoin.
Mistakes are usually what makes us better at what we do. Once we make mistakes, we learn, see where we got it bad and make adjustments for next time. That is why you can never take that experience away from a pro trader. The good thing about bitcoin like you have said is that, it is just starting to get high and anytime now is good. However, whether for alts or bitcoin, patience is just a virtue that is really needed.

I think this is about the most important thing for people to understand, you can get all the advice in the world but you will still make mistakes, however they are a good thing as long as you learn from them in the right way you will go on to be a better trader. This not only applies in trading though but in all aspects of life.
257  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Prove you are not a bot. on: October 10, 2017, 08:44:22 PM
I've finally found that the way to pick up girls is to go up to them and ask if they're a bot, 9/10 times they will proceed to lift up their tops and show you their breasts. I am sharing this with you because I want you all to experience these joys with me.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Deep Onion on: October 09, 2017, 05:55:45 PM
Deep Onion is still considered by many to be a scam so that's the big overwhelming question. It is inevitable that after 40 rounds of airdrops that the price will crash when people dump. But following that there could certainly be some very nice price rises if development is as promised.
259  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Who lives trading cripto? on: September 22, 2017, 04:59:00 PM
As of yet I do not currently live off of trading in crypto markets but I would like to one day. I have started from a small amount of $100usd a few weeks ago and now have around $180 usd which I am happy with given that this was also a period where there were large crashes in bitcoin and all other currencies. I think it is possible to make a living off any sort of trading and with even only low capital as long as you put in the time and effort to really understand the markets which will allow you to make calculated decisions.
260  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 5 Things All traders should Do on: September 07, 2017, 09:54:21 PM
Very useful tips thankyou. The only one I would have to say I disagree with is the last one about spacing out your sells and not selling all coins at once. I think as a general rule this is a useful thing to consider but in terms of NEVER I think that is a mistake, sometimes you will have a feeling that the market is really at its peak and you have to be able to have the conviction and pull the trigger, if you are wrong and the market continues to grow you need to learn that you made the best decision you could have at the time with the information you had available to you. However if you have a strong conviction something will happen and you ignore it because of 'strict' rules then you are leaving potential earnings on the table.
