Before you able to be a bounty biggener, you need to join this forum and rank your bitcointalk account to junior member. And if you are already a junior member you can join the bounty of all projects to start earning some rewards. You need to have a patient and hardwork.
But unfortunately, there is some new rules which can make it more difficult to raise your ranking. You have to post more harder with a quality post. Trust me, you will get rekt, and always lose your money. There are many "pump and dump" group that cheating and fooling the members. they are targeting new players(newbie), because usually some newbies easy to believe in big profits

I think it's not safe to store your crypto assets in exchange. It's better you withdraw quickly to your wallet after trading. There are many chance that exchanges will hold your funds, such as site maintenance, wallet problem, DDos attack, or the worst case is exchange got hacked.

I speculate that bittrex will fall and turn off and i hope that it will happen soon. I can understand your feeling, but right now, it's works fine with me. That problem, happened because many of pump and dump group using bittrex to do their activity. That is the reason sometimes bittrex lagging and heavy to load. But new regulation will be announce, bittrex will be eliminate user who doing pump and dump things. |

Really? Etherdelta is still working for me until now. Maybe you have to check your internet connection. Etherdelta site sometimes sucks, and heavy to load. But only this site can give me big profit for trading some ERC20 tokens. |

i think ICOs now have become more shit and lazy than ICOs pre ethereum.
before they develop their blockchain and wallet first. so you at least have a working wallet.
ICOs now developers are active before ICO and becomes lazy after ICO. they just make whitepapers
and some fancy website. geez some ICOs that gathered millions in just a few minutes doesnt even want to pay big exchanges to get listed.
