Minimum amount needed to join the sale is 100 SOUK tokens, while maximum is 1 million SOUK tokens. I think that base price during presale is 0.35 USD and 0.50 USD during main sale. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. |

Can you just explain a little bit more about DICOM platform, how does it work and what is the main goal of that tool ?
DICOM platform is the state of art technology that help the learner in medical field to learn from many knowledge resources at once in some sort of direct connection between DICOM images and all learning resources in the web. The only link to something arabic in this project is that it may have some partenership with Kuweitien investors but as you said guys; the team and the whole project is setteled away from arab world (not only the midle east). The description resume the project as an ordinary cryptocurrency exchange without any small part being related to the arab community or the arabic countries developement. If we are wrong, then managers should provide more details about the environment which willing to install their business. Here some other notes: - $11m as a hardcap is a very high budget to reach. - There is no minimum cap (softcap) - 8% from total raised amount reserved for bounties and airdrop which may be considered as special in the ICOs environment but i know this still depends on the Marketing strategy. - This is not the only project made by/for arab world. We can discuss it in comparison with DubaiCoin for example or HalalChain. The biggest problem here is that there is not enough information out yet and it seems no one from the team is here with us and telegram group is like a desert  I think they only have Telegram channel for now,no Telegram group yet. But thats not a surprise really,as sale will start in 2 weeks i think,so plenty of time to set it up. |

why did you put "Paypal for crypto currencies" in the title? What kind of similarities to paypal do you have?
PayPal for crypto currencies is the title which community consider for Agate, while if you check this project you'll see it has far more capability and potential than what PayPal providing in fiat economy at the moment, but to make it easier to understand for general public as Agate would facilitate the crypto payment in a very cheap and fast way and more importantly without volatility for merchants and can be integrate with almost all e-commerce platforms and online websites they people call it paypal for crypto. You took the name just to make it easier to understand the purpose of this platform. This is a good marketing move  But its also important to explain to people thats its not exactly PayPal and what are the differences,and team is doing good job so far regarding that,one of the most active bitcointalk teams i saw lately,kudos for that. Teams often ignore bitcointalk in favor of Telegram,and i think thats big mistake,there are plenty of people who still prefer this type of communication. |
