When i go to their website i see they reach 31444.009 ETH at ICO, which is 45k ETH meaning? Hardcap or end this ICO stage?
Probably hard cap. 45K ETH is their hard cap,meaning after they reach that,all tokens are sold,so no point after that to continue ICO phase.And seeing that there is month left till end of ICO,there is a big possibility that hard cap will be reached,and its great success in this kind of market. |

I think they already have some similar system running in Senegal, and this will be some kind of upgrade Yes, company behind access already running operation in Senegal and Ghana, and it proved aa success so far Correct, Access began in Ghana and expanded to Senegal in 2017. It is. And as time passes by it gains more and more momentum. But what about real news about the progress? Anyone know anything? I guess we are still at early stage,and team is keeping big news for exchange listing. That may be true,but still you cant rely only on airdrop and Mark Cuban name,that may work in the long term,but for more long term hype and buzz you need constant stream of project updates.And would be shame to loose that momentum Current has at the moment. |

Maybe after this sale the team will make more videos for promo. I would love to see some fresh perspectives.
They should do it during the sale so that they boost interest. It can't hurt. True,now its the key period to boost the marketing,but then again,they are still in presale,and sale will last untill June i think.so maybe they are just pacing themselves. |
