There could be many reasons why people would want to open a dispute. AGT is paypal for crypto currencies, can they dispute the transaction with Agate?
Since all transactions are happening on the blockchain and both sender and reciever can track it,there wont be any dispute mechanism. Is it going to be possible to get refund,for example if we buy some product,and we dont like it,and we want our money back? So once the transaction is done there is no way to get a refund? There will be refund option, but in Agate case it will be very cheap. In the standard transactions both sender and reciever loose decent amount of money, while in Agate case it will be only 0.01 AGT. |

Do you store any private data of users? I understand you are doing KYC yourself, no third party company?
I understand why you might be asking this and be a bit worried, but Loligo team has been transparent and I'm sure our data will be safe.Although having a third party company would make this question completely obsolete. On the contrary,i dont think that our data would be any safer if 3rd party is involved.There were security breaches and hacks of those KYC companies,so i personally wouldnt feel any safer with them doing KYC,as that just means more people have access to our data. About KYC,how long does it take to go through procedure? |

What will be the cost of POS terminal for merchants,will they pay some fixed fee,or it will be monthly?
You will be able to buy mobile/handheld POS for 3900 AGT,while desktop POS will cost 5000 AGT,but price can change,depending on AGT value on the market,and i think that you will be able to buy with AGT and other currencies from your iBucket wallet. |

Can it be transaction fees? Or just some outside investments? How does paypal have that taken care of? PayPal has crazy amount of fees,thats why im trying to avoid as much as i can,their conversion rate is especially crazy. About Agate,there will be transcation fee in amout of 1 AGT,fee for exchange of cryptocurrencies also 1 AGT,trades done by Agate tradebot will 1 AGT as well,and there will fee when you want to load Agate debit card,in the amount of 1%.While fees are actually small compared to competition,they should be enough to keep the platform running. |

Will there be options to stake Agate?Is Agate POS or POW?
Yes, we will have option to stake Agate when wallet comes out and you will have option to run full masternode too! Its important to say that for running masternode you will need 50,000 AGT,so with current price of 1 AGT=0,0684 you will need only 3420 USD to run that.Really affordable i think,and good reason to go for 50,000 AGT,as later on it will be way more expensive. Acctually to be more precise you will need 50001 AGT  Hm i don't know where you read that 50001 AGT will be needed, but in the whitepaper it's clearly stated that 50000 AGT is the minimum. What about others who can't afford that, can we also stake if we have less then 50000 AGT? Those will be able to join public mining pools. |

When will the public sale start?
Currently, there is no public sale. There is only a Private Sale. Is there a minimum needed to participate in private sale? The minimum amount required for participation in the Pre-Sale is 10,000 USD. Is there a chance that minimum could be lowered? I would welcome that too as it is a bit too high for me atm. I guess that Everest has some big investors lined up,so thats why they went with private sale only,but who knows,maybe we get some small public sale with lower requirements. |

I see that you have both android and iOS apps out.What can we do with your app,what are the features?
Are there any differences in the options for users between these two apps? I would like to know that, if there is someone who tried both version could give us some feedback that would be appreciated. In essence there shouldn't be difference between these two platforms. That is true,but you never know with iOS and Apple,as they always like to complicate things and put some restrictions. |

Through the API, users are able to interact with their EverID and EverWallet on devices that they don’t own, like, fingerprint-sensor enabled ATMs, or facial-recognition enabled medical tablets. They are also able to use their EverID or EverWallet in apps not provided by Everest for services like biometric unlocking, simple user onboarding (automated KYC/ AML checks), and medical form auto-fill. According to the whitepaper you should be able to do that, so theoretically you could join some public pool with as little as 1 Agate token and earn some through pos. |

Yes, Everest 2.0 with multi-currency wallet and API integrations will be rolling out in 2019 Mar. How many currencies you plan to support?I mean will there be some limit on number so you gonna support only those popular ones,or it will be unlimited? I think that will only top coins which have liquidity . Dead coins I do not see the point to keep in purses . I'm waiting for this wallet to be ready . Makes sense to support only good coins,as you said noone will benefit by supporting dead or obscure coins that noone is using,it would just cause mess. |
