It was about a year and a half ago, when i saw an article about the price of BTC that went up so much over the 1000 dollar.
Before i have read a few small articles about it, but didn't pay much attention to it.
From then on, i was keep on following and read a lot about 'the world of coins'.

i don't know the alternative altcoins are so good.
At this moment i try to change most of my altcoins for BTC.
Maybe i've done wrong. I will see in the future. But as i see the value of most of the altcoins right now is much lower than about a year ago.

I think we are not the only ones who have been stolen our coins. It wasn't such a big amount, but it is never pleasant. betashareX is shady, saw before they are trying to sold the exchange along with the domain, you should stay away from there and yet, try to contact support, but i doubt if they are still around I have learned my lesson now. From now on i choose cryptsy or poloniex. Here i have had no problems at all. Every time very correct and fast. id advice you to be carefull with cryptsy too, although they are one of the biggest exchange, few got several issue with them and they are shady anyway, use them with caution Until now i haven't had any problems with crypsty. Sent already several coins and changed them for BTC and withdraw to my account without problems. Poloniex the same. No problems until now. Hope it will stay this way. hope it will stays this way, no problem at all, but i recommend not to put all your coins in an exchange due to the recent event of exchanger being hacked That's a good tip to not put all yours coins in an exchange. NOw with other exchanges i sent only a part of my coins, change them for BTC or so and send them back to my wallet. You have to pay some more fee perhaps, but you don't loose big amounts if they don't pay out. Until now i have had no problems at all with cryptsy. This was always correct. |

I have 2 connections with the network at this moment.
But the download of the blocks goes very slowly.
Only 5182 blocks downloaded in three hours.
Is this normal?

I'm downloading the new wallet version 2.3.00.
The blocks are coming in very fast.
Seems to be working very good.
My first coins from about a year ago are already in my balance.

I have been downloading my wallet last week.
About 2 days ago i have sent a part of my coins to an exchange.
HOwever the transaction is not completed until now. It stay at 0 of 4 confirm.
I have always 1 connection to the network.
The transaction stays unconfirmed all the time. I payed the fee as well.
What can i do ?
what exchange was it? what is the transaction id? I have send them to Allcoin exchange. transaciton id is Transaction ID: ac6a827ce7533fa59bcf6b208b60d9ac5c91fa639a192dff772e1139a3dd35e3 it doesnt look like your transaction is on the block chain. can you PM me with 1. your wallet version: 2. your current block: 3. who your peer is? (do this by doing to debug>console window> type getpeerinfo into the box at the bottom): EDIT: on another note: the new ecc source code finally hit a point where it would compile today, just gotta do a bunch of debugging and i might have just solved a larger amount of load time issues I have just send a personal message to you.
