241  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trying to find advice and info about selling BTC on: November 03, 2023, 10:31:45 PM
Hello, I am trying to figure out a good reputable place or platforms to look for a buyer/buyers for a very large amount of bitcoin.
Basically, I have a holder of Bitcoin wanting to sell. They have roughly 392,000 BTC, and invested very early and held on to it.
Any advice or recommendations would be very much appreciated.
If this goes against any rules on here please let me know and I will remove it. Thank you.
That’s a lot of money and could crash the market if ever, but if this is a serious question then I think big institutions or P2P is the best option here and you should look for the legit one to avoid any inconvenience. Don’t use any exchanges if you’ll not sell it on a small portion because you can be flagged and you might not access it anymore, look for the best option in your area.
242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Telegram Casinos good or bad? on: November 03, 2023, 09:56:05 PM
You can only say it’s bad once you tried it and considering telegram, I can tell its too risky and you can’t easily trust any site that is being offered in telegram itself. Just like the suggestions of others here, just gamble on the real casinos instead of dealing with those gambling site because its not safe at all. Telegram are widely used by the scammers and hackers, make sure you wont share any private details on those sites.
243  Economy / Speculation / Re: 127% Up from Bottom in 2022 on: November 03, 2023, 02:58:22 PM
I am really sad I was very impatient with my Bitcoin orders that I gave around 25-26k levels. I was worried we may drop down to 20k so I dumped a lot of Satoshis around 28k levels. I literally cut myself from foreseeable profits. Bitcoin is truly good asset. I wish it could be even more cheaper so I can start to rebuy. 40k doesn't look impossible to me at this point. Its going so good.
Are you able to take profit? Then why sad?
We cannot chase the market all the time and taking profit is a must, if you still see Bitcoin to continue to rise then buy again and use that profit to reinvest. The market is getting better but it doesn't mean we can't take profit, the moment you realize the importance of taking profit I'm sure you'll do it over again. Bitcoin will grow more, do DCA today and you won't regret it.
244  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Futures Trading - $10 per day on: November 03, 2023, 02:48:24 PM
I've been thinking about future trading, may nagtratrade ba dito at possible ba kumita ng $10 per day sa futures?

Any suggestions about this or mas ok paren and spot trading? Anyway I do have my knowledge naman about trading, pero hinde ko pa namamaximize yung futures trading, planning and hoping magawa ko ito before the year end.
Yes possible siya. May kakilala ako trader sa futures and nakakahit siya more than 10$ per day.
245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nigerians spend $975m daily on online betting on: November 03, 2023, 02:36:09 PM
I've been thinking that Nigeria is one of the developing country and seeing the total number of bettors there, I think most of them have the money saved for gambling purposes and we can assume that they really rely on gambling since they believe that they can win big on betting. Most probably the casinos they are playing are regulated and safe because imagine, almost half of your population are into gambling and yet the government didn't regulate any casinos.
246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is this how it start? (No or yes?) on: November 02, 2023, 02:27:55 PM
I think doing this once a day to lose only 20 dollars is not that huge. Yeah it may be called mini addiction but considering side effects you only spend couple of minutes to feel better and deposited low amounts to your account. I think people should eventually realize gambling is for fun unless you are professional so you should know and accept you are gambling to decrease your boredom. I personally only bet/gamble to make football matches more enjoyable to watch (as I bet for one side etc).
This could be the start if you think differently, but if you really want just to have fun then probably this is part of that having fun.
Losing that small money might not be a big deal to many, but this is where addiction begins where the small things are being disregarded until it get worst.
Don't gamble without setting your limit regardless of your purpose because this will remind you to stay responsible and don't over spend.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are Altcoins Fake? on: November 02, 2023, 02:17:41 PM
There are alt coins that are fake and a scam project. this is why it's advisable to always do your own research and invest only on a good projects.
Altcoins are not fake in general, most probably you only choose the wrong altcoin and that's why you are losing the money. Bitcoin along with the altcoins will make this market more aggressive and grow more, lucky to those who made an effort to invest during the bear market because they are already reaping what they sow during those time.
248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Fake casino streamers! Why such streamers are very popular? on: November 02, 2023, 01:01:00 PM
Streamers are nothing else but players just like you but with the exception that they have many followers on social medias and specifically on their streaming platforms. As I said they are gamblers just like me and you but they will never share their losses. They will only share with you some exceptional moments when they make big wins. What's more interesting is that most of what they share with you is not true and it's all been faked. They are being paid to show you those exceptional moments and in reality they never lose anything.
Their purpose is to market a specific site and yes its all about the positive side because if they expose the negative side of the site the gamblers will not follow them anymore and they will not make profit because the site will not pay them as well. Also, some account of those streamers are being managed by the site itself so for sure it is being customized so they can have a good win during their streaming. Don't believe on any streamer easily, they are doing it on purpose for their own benefit.

250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have you ever been a gambling addict? on: November 01, 2023, 01:48:00 PM
I see a lot of people here talking about gambling responsibly. Yes, that is something very true, but have you ever been a gambling addict?
There are times that I acted like an addict gambler, like chasing your losses and borrowing some money just to win it back but the result was still the same.
I see this action as an early sign of addiction, and I think most of us here already experienced this especially on the early part of our gambling experience.
Addiction is not ok but most of the time its a wake up call to many and made them realized that gambling is not for them and they should stop doing it before it's too late.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy on growth on: November 01, 2023, 01:29:38 PM
Hi all. How to buy more when growing? Today we are growing, but I don’t want to buy. Share your experience in this matter.
Timing the market is very important, and don't be scare buying even if the price is rising you just have to do some research and you'll be good.
Many might say that it's too late but it's not because we are still far from the peak and the pump is just started. Buy the good coins, know when to do this and always have your target price to take profit. If you are still afraid, maybe you are still not ready better to learn the market trend first before investing.
252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Health Benefits of Gambling on: November 01, 2023, 11:56:00 AM
Improves mood and stress reliever? Well, that depends on the situation though. It's not gonna be the case if you're losing. However, it could improve mood and relieve stress but I may not call it health benefits, simply because it's temporary just for that moment when you're gambling. After that, it's gonna be back to reality. Health benefits are the things that creates long term effects. But this one, I'll call it a remedy to a stressful long day of work/day job.
This will vary to every gambler, some gambling might bring them the good vibes but to others it can be stressful as well.
If you are into gambling, better not to treat this as a good source of energy or good health, instead stay focus and stay with your goal, either to have fun or just to spend your free money. Addiction is a big threat in gambling, don't let your negative emotions take over yourself.
253  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Nirerecomend Mo Ba Ang Article Na Ito Sa Mga Baguhan Sa Bitcoin on: November 01, 2023, 11:39:03 AM
Never heard about this article pero it looks interesting kase makikita mo dito yung mga post and dates na kung saan ay pinagdududahan nila is Bitcoin.

This may be worth sharing pero kung sa mga pinoy ito panigurado, tatamarin silang basahin ito since gusto nila is yung direct to the point agad.

This is look complicated honestly, and if sa baguhan mo ito ishashare baka tamarin lang talaga pero if maexplain naman ng mabuti, baka maintindihan naman nila.
254  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you any of pump groups or Channel ? on: October 28, 2023, 08:41:25 PM
If you have a trusted group that really shares their ideas about the trend and you confirm it as correct, then you are lucky since most of the group are just for the hype. I’m part of a pump group before as well but as the time past by, they become more unreliable and too risky to follow. Pump and dump group usually good at the early stage so make sure to maximize it and take profit as much as possible.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are you a Top-down or Bottom-up bettor? on: October 28, 2023, 07:32:10 PM
Most of the time I’m a bottom-up type of better as I do always make my own analysis based on my own research. Finding a reliable source when it comes to bettings seems not easy for me and I can’t trust any source easily especially in betting when your chance of winning are more high since you can analyze and decide on your own. Betting is risky as well, if you trust any betting suggestion then you are increasing the risk of losing the money.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will BNB prevent the moon of TWT? on: October 28, 2023, 03:08:56 PM
Binance can’t prevent it if the investors really wants TWT to reach it peak again, but hitting the moon is mot easy especially now that we are still not in the bull trend. I’m positive though that Binance will not be subjective here and will still focus on the possible growth of TWT. Investors have to do their own research and follow as well the movement of the whales, they are the one’s who dictates the price, TWT is a good option too.
257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spirituality and Betting - Do they Have any Connection? on: October 28, 2023, 02:56:55 PM
This is their belief or the so called superstitions belief and we cannot invalidate it since its their belief.
Personally, I don’t pray with regards to my gambling activities and I’m just relying on my pure luck and so far winning even if its small happens most of the time. Having that kind of app doesn’t guarantee as well that you are very religious, maybe there’s something behind those apps.  Grin
258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a record of winnings and losses in gambling? on: October 28, 2023, 02:42:30 PM
Do you keep a record of winnings and losses in gambling? Many here will feel that this is waste of time and will also not let them enjoy the game peacefully. Do you also have same mentality?
I’ve done this when I’m still new and still have no good system in my gambling activities and there’s nothing wrong on doing this because you can assume to be a responsible gambler and you just want to track your activities. Since it requires a lot of time and effort, i decided not to continue doing this and just focus more on my strategy and setting limit in my activities. If you want to know if you are making profit or not then do this maybe by doing this you’ll realize that gambling is really not a good source of money if you are not lucky.
259  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: October 28, 2023, 02:26:03 PM
But if they like to submit their KYC because they know for theirselve that the risk is low then they just need to be careful and be aware about those negative implications about the actions we do.
The problem is that KYC is pretty much mandatory in many crypto gambling sites these days because of regulatory pressure due to which players are only given the option to continue playing after submitting KYC or to leave.

This is why so many players end up submitting their KYC even if they don't want to since they want to keep playing at their favourite sites.
We can't do anything aside to comply because those sites are just following the regulation as well and they have to implement it so they can stay in business and continue their operations. There are some sites that are still free from any level of KYC but for sure sooner or later, they will have no more choice but to implement it as well. Roobet started this KYC requirements years ago already, yet many are still addressing this issue, I believe this will stay as the topic as many are still not ok with the KYC process.
KYC will remain an issue in decentralized market and even if we talked about this many times already, expect to see more post concerning the KYC process. We know many sites are already ok with this process its just that gamblers can’t accept the fact that they have to fill out the KYC requirement before they can fully enjoy the gambling site. If you’re not ok with KYC, I guess you need to wait longer before a gambling site thinks for the alternative for KYC.
260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think if you have a lot of money its hard to satisfy your ego in gambling on: October 28, 2023, 02:16:00 PM
The more money you have, the more you desire in life and this is the real scenario to many who have a lots of money to fill up their ego and you can also witness this in gambling. Though, I agree that everyone of us here have our own desire and our ego focuses more on what out minds set, but having more money I think this will be a different scenario, the way we live and the things that make us contented. Gambling can be a different scenario as well, you can become more addict and exposed if you have that kind of money.
