If you factor in the mining variable and fixed cost, the cost is probably 2 BTC for each BTC mined, not worth mining at home anymore. If it costs 2 BTC (@ current rate 225 USD) to produce 1 BTC then the the current price of BTC should be at least 500 USD. |

We are working on getting Latvian law enforcement to pursue the matter since they have so far not contacted any of their users with a proposal to pay us back what they stole.

this is the exact same that happened with the last halving(2012), check it, there was a rise 3 months before the halving and a rise 3 month after that, for a total of x2 in price as a result  yeah you're right |
