I have watched all games of ODI series between Sir Lanka U19 team vs England U19 team and now in between these teams, test series has start today 3 rd day of 1 st test game was ended and condition of game is in favour Sri Lanka U19 according to me. 1 st Inning of Sri Lanka U19 made 324 runs and all wickets were gone and down. Dinura best Batsman of Sri Lanka U19 team and played very good in 1 st Inning and he made brilliant century of 104 runs in 144 balls and he hitted thirteen 4s and one 6s. First few batsman did not play well but he helped a lot to score good runs. Now England inning is continuing and 4 wickets were down and Fonseka batsman who played good and made 72 runs still not dismissed and other Rockey both playing their inning and hopefully England U19 team chased 324 runs and trail good runs for next inning to Sri Lanka U19 team.

Of course, Bayern Munich will never choose Kompany if they have no strong reason. It can be about the style of Kompany in managing a team, or it is about the personality of Kompany. But it is very doubtful if Bayern management chooses him because of his achievement as a manager. There are too many other coaches/managers who have a better achievement than Kompany.

Regarding the characteristic of strong leadership, I think each manager/coach has that characteristic. There is nothing special about it, it is just a common matter. However, if a coach has a charismatic impression, it can be something special. Finally, the rain had been stopped and thanks to the ground men, we will see this match once again. After a long break due to rain, both teams has entered into the ground to play again and the over had been passed after the rain. Those were all dot balls as it is a test match therefore mostly we will just see dots and singles 

In this time, the 60th overs are remaining in the day and let’s see what will happen in these 60 overs, I think in these overs, the Sri Lankan team could be all out because as they already have lost 4 wickets and are in a lot of pressure. Mind you this is an unofficial test being played at Wormsley.

Of course, they had to improve the squad as they were going to face stiff opponents in the upcoming time. so it only makes sense that Alonso is bringing in a lot of that he understands will be very important for his squad. We also have to understand that Leverkusen does not provide a high level of finances to Xabi Alonso as well. so he will have to bring in players very carefully. Even though he was able to bring in huge success with Leverkusen, I do not think he will be able to the level of finances that Bayern Munich has or any of the big competitive clubs that he is going to play against. He will probably have to again work with a club that is probably going to be half as powerful as Bayern Munich. But for some reason, I still believe that Alonso will be able to bring in good results.

England U19 vs SriLanka U19 Unofficial Test Match

England U19 team and SriLanka U19 team has played the ODI series before and now they will start unofficial test match today. If we talk about the performance of both teams so we will see that the performance of SriLanka U19 team performance was quite well in the ODI series but England U19 team was looking little bit weak. By the way this is the test match and that was the ODI series. So both are different formats so we can't say anything that which team will really Play well. But I hope that SriLanka will continue their performance.

Exactly they made an excellent comeback. And performed really well. I was expecting suck kind of performance in the first match but they didn't do that but in the second match Indian team showed their power. First Abhishek Sharma played really well he made a full century and got out he hit 15 boundaries in which he hit 8 sixes and 7 fours. After him Ruturaj Gaikwad was in the line he made 77 runs. Means overall they played very well as compared to last match. In total they gave 235 runs target. But Zimbabwe made only 134 runs. And all team got out. They still have 3 matches left so I hope India will continue their performance.

The pressure just appears to be almost much already and the season is yet to  start, they are even yet Start pre season. And everyone is almost fired up about their expectations from Bayern Munich. In as much as kompanys past record is vital in trying to judge and gauge possible expectations from him, we should also understand the chances of the odds been defiled and he becomes one of the best Munich has had after a long time, this is mostly possible. At this point everyone is just speculating and making a guess or better put a prediction as regards that which kompany will be able to achieve with Bayern Munich.

I personally think it is actually hard to predict how the under 19 players are actually going to perform. Sometimes they can be very inconsistent. That’s why when it comes to predict of any youth team, or even the under 19, it can very easily be wrong whatever the odds.

Sri Lanka under 19 is very strong, no doubt. But the performance, the recent performance from the English under 19 team gives me hope. The problem is this upcoming matches are going to be unofficial test matches. And test format is a real test of temperament and skill. Most of the time in test matches, the skillful players are the ones that win. And it is probably undeniable that the Sri Lanka team is more skilled compared to the England one when it comes to the under 19. But positive thing for England that the match is going to held ENG home ground.
