However, it is important to stop the rain first, if the rain does not stop, the referee may declare the match abandoned.

Comparatively, Mumbai Indians played well enough in today's match and the score they scored has enough potential for them. However, the pressure that Punjab Kings are under while meeting the target of 198 runs in the second innings is really a disappointment for them. After scoring 40 runs in 6 overs and losing four wickets, the team is currently facing a lot of disappointment, and they may not be able to win today anyway. No one expected their batting performance to be so bad that Punjab Kings will lose today's match. Although right now Punjab Kings are struggling to win, but they may not be able to win today's match even though they have to try and score 147 runs from 83 balls to win.

Anyway, Bhatia and Shashank on crease, Bhatia has been mostly on luck, even his boundaries, Shashank is playing sensible, trying to hit boundaries on good balls which IMO is right way as too much defense usually ends up in loss for the team.

This is probably why the Mumbai batsmen have batted slowly from the beginning of the innings today, the Mumbai batsmen have batted very carefully. Rohit scored 36 runs from 25 balls and Yadav scored 78 runs from 53 balls.

Akash madhwal bowled a horrible over. He gave 24 runs in 1 over. And I would say that after this bad over, the match was completely taken over by Punjab. With some controlled bowling, the match would have been very competitive in the end.
Shashank Singh was dismissed with 41 runs from 25 balls. Even then we saw Ashutosh Sharma's aggressive batting. Ashutosh Sharma is unbeaten with 59 runs off just 25 balls. Punjab is going to win today because of this great batting.

Apart from Jasprit Bhumra, I don't see any better bowler in Mumbai's squad. And in every match we see Bhumrah bowling brilliantly. And all the other bowlers bowled badly. In almost every match we see the same type of incident. Although Cotezee has bowled well at times, his performances have not been consistent. In today's match too BBumrah picked up three wickets with just 21 runs in 4 overs.

The Punjab team just lost the wicket of Ashutosh Sharma. Punjab must collect 25 runs from 17 balls. It will not be easy for Punjab's batsmen to score 25 runs at this moment. There are no experienced batsmen at the crease.

Mumbai wins, and they will move up the points table. It was nail-bitter in the end, but Rabada got run-out trying for a second run that was never there. Mumbai Indians are now at the 7th place in points table, just behind Delhi Capitals. Punjab Kings on the other hand are at 9th place now, and only the eternal losers (Royal Challengers Bengaluru) are below them as far as points are concerned. Half of the matches are over by now, and Mumbai still has a fair chance to enter the playoff phase this season.

hahahaha This is indeed true. Priti Zinta's fate is very bad. I don't think we will see such ups and downs from Punjab in this match. A team struggling to win against a mammoth target of 192 runs after collecting only 14 runs. This is truly commendable. We have to admit that Ashutosh and Shashank batted well despite being under a lot of pressure. But Punjab's luck was not good today.

Mumbai team won today because of Bumrah and Coetzee's controlled bowling. Akash Madhwal bowled very badly today. He gave 46 runs in 3.1 overs. Also Gopal gave 26 runs in 2 overs. If Akash could have done some controlled bowling, the match could have been dominated by the Mumbai team.

After sitting for a long time the match did not start. In this match I thought Pakistan will win the match. Because their squad was strong whereas the New Zealand squad seems new to me. There was a dearth of good players and familiar faces. But even if the first match was no result, we can expect a bit better in the second match. Although T20 games are difficult to predict, Pakistan will try to give their best to win. Before the match started we saw that there was a fall of a wicket. I think Pakistan will easily win the series.

Punjab King batsmen put in a lot of effort and struggle but their ends will be batted out.  If they had a single batsman they needed 9 runs off 5 balls and their batsmen could have won the match by meeting this target.  But luck did not favor them and they lost the match.  Had they kept their pace from the start they could have won the match.  And in the first 10 overs of the innings their batsmen did not work hard and struggle which cost them in the end.  My congratulations to the MI team for the win and may they continue to play like this and win matches.  And Punjab King batsmen should emphasize their performance.  So that they can perform well in the next matches and win the match.
