In 2010/2011 Bitcoin may be exciting but not as much as it is exciting now.
At the present bitcoin is at its bloom and moving towards its peak  Smiley
242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Dollar on: April 13, 2016, 06:40:59 PM
Bitcoin have an potential to overtake dollar in future, but at a moment it seems that people will only use bitcoin, as many of people are not aware about bitcoin and people who are comfortable with dollar will continue to use it.

bitcoin is fairly easy because it can be performed remotely ( online ) from any investor resides . Only by turning on a computer or smartphone and internet network..

Bitcoin is getting more and more investors that are and wanna take advantage of its growing value ,for other side dollars is a good investment as it has more trust. using both of them can be a good idea

247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to give away Bitcoin at a public event? on: April 02, 2016, 08:18:15 AM
I think giving them in vouchers in closed envelopes with the private key being in QR format would be best, There is a strong possibility some of these people will ditch it so try to explain this is money and can be exchanged to at least encourage them to think a little bit about it.
how to create a voucher in physical form? we know now is the online voucher where they have to register on a website then redeem the voucher. I thought it was pretty confusing for a layperson or someone who does not know bitcoin
I think it gives a giveaway to the public event would be a waste of money

Thats a very good idea. When we give bitcoins to the Youth in such an events for free, it will definable help us in the growth and sustainability of the currency. Promoting in every way possible should be the target of yourself.
248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you honestly think Bitcoin toys would help us?! on: April 02, 2016, 08:16:00 AM
Yes, it help bitcoin effort globally. As we know children love toys and it will keep happen forever.
If many children being attract for the toy, they will fight for it. So parent will not bother for make them happy by purchasing with bitcoin

I think if the parents don't know what is bitcoin? of course they will pay with fiat right ?
I think before implementing it on store we must have the support of such an exchange offline or bitcoin atm and so on
so when parents don't have the bitcoin. they can buy bitcoin exchanged near shop

I think, it should first be introduced to the parents first. If Adults know about the currency it will be good for society and children may not use it properly. Every thing must be targeted to right people and i think Coins should be introduced to the Adults.
249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: (POLL) Which wallet do you think is best with the best features? on: April 02, 2016, 08:13:07 AM
The best wallet i think is bread  Wallet. It only available for IOS devices like Iphone hence it is provided with extra security.
In Web Wallet, Xapo is the best and coin base is on number two. However i haven't heard anything good about Coin base.

251  Other / Off-topic / Re: Paypal Verification on: April 02, 2016, 06:09:49 AM
Buddy, even if papal account is verified, you cant trust it. Because it has the feature of reversing the transaction. So its time to leave the Paypal and say Welcome to Bitcoin, the most trusted flawless currency.
I hope you agree with me on that.
252  Other / Meta / Re: Why are you all writing BITC0IN upside down? on: April 02, 2016, 06:07:27 AM
lol. Danny went and did what suchmoon suggested.

BITCOIN < nothing's wrong. people wanted to rename BTCitcoin to uᴉoɔʇᴉq. I guess.

I'm going to continue to use the old name.  I don't see any good reason to change it to something so silly.
right it was very disturbing to me, then I do not know what the meaning of "moondollar" and sometimes writing was very untidy and chaotic,
I hope the forum administrators want to fix this, I prefer the default

Sometimes it is shown upside down and sometimes it is shown as moon dollar.
I wonder what is going on. At first i thought it was April Fool sort of thing but now it look serious.
253  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Upcoming Exciting Events for uᴉoɔʇᴉq on: April 02, 2016, 06:05:26 AM
That's a good list you have there mate.I'm stoked for OpenBazzar.Though its already launched in its Beta stages,I'm waiting for a final official launch from the developers where the node-node architecture is fixed.

The list is very comprehensive.  However the most important part for me is the Halving.
That will really determine the future of this currency in the long term. Lets hope for the
best.
254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: uᴉoɔʇᴉq really is going down the toilet. on: April 02, 2016, 06:03:06 AM

Ya, you're right on the line as far as transaction size and fee cost.  If you had paid a 0.00013 BTC fee I suspect it would have gone through within minutes.  Like theymos says above, use a wallet with dynamically adjusted fees.  It will actually save you money, as smaller transactions would use a fee less than the current 0.0001 BTC you are paying.

For the transaction to complete quickly and on time, you should not change the Default fee which is being deducted by the client. If you put to low a fee, you know it will takes ages to complete the transaction.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you call someone with 1000BTC? on: April 02, 2016, 01:42:07 AM
Someone with 1000BTC should be the Ruler of the world.  Wink

Gathering such amount of money and also in Bitcoins is really a hard target and he must be lucky person having such a great amount of money to live with.
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN IS BETTER THAN WESTERN UNION ? on: April 02, 2016, 01:39:17 AM
Well some user has already proof that uᴉoɔʇᴉq looses against western union,as with it you can send and receive anytime any currency, try to do this with uᴉoɔʇᴉq,exchange it to fiat isnt soo easy at some countries,i would always support uᴉoɔʇᴉq against any other way but well the reallity is that people still use the western because they make a good service.
But in my view only those people who are still not aware uᴉoɔʇᴉq and it's advantages only using Western Union for their international money transfers. But also in many countries people do not have all facility to use their moondollars so they will be continuing to use Western Union.
To use uᴉoɔʇᴉq for international payments, both sender and receiver must have some knowledge about uᴉoɔʇᴉq. If either one is not so, then people are going with Western Union kind of money transferring system.
There are many reasons why people still using Western Union
1. They must be ignorant of uᴉoɔʇᴉq
2. Fear to adopt new technology
3. Lack of knowledge and lack of facilities for spending uᴉoɔʇᴉq...

Well let me give you explaination of these.

1. They must be ignorant of uᴉoɔʇᴉq
Yes right , Those who dont know about coins are not using it.

2. Fear to adopt new technology
That is wrong on thier part. they should atleast give it a try

3. Lack of knowledge and lack of facilities for spending uᴉoɔʇᴉq...
Just an online persence is required for using Bitcoins, so no more excuses.
257  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase Asks Users for LinkedIn Info on: April 02, 2016, 01:37:09 AM
Bad news for them after they blocked people I stopped using there wallet. With this new LinkedIn requesting they will lose more people because of privacy.
yeah that's true, coinbase always have weird problem so far, after some couple month ago people report to this forum that his wallet closed without any explanation, and then coinbase not receive any funds from gambling address, and now more problem appear. but i think this will not make people lost trust to coinbase.

Regarding Gambling it is clearly mentioned in their terms and condition that Gambling is not allowed . If they figure out that your coins are involved in Gambling activities they will simply block your account. So its time to move on desktop wallets
258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 4 uᴉoɔʇᴉq cons to watch out for... on: April 02, 2016, 01:30:17 AM
I once tried a scam "investment" site for fun, knowing that they are not going to last long and operate like a Ponzi scheme. Daily interest was about 3.6%. I figured out, using the "rule of 72", that if the site survived for more than 20 days I will have my ROI.

I was luck to join early and the site did survived for more than 20 days, and I withdrew everything. So I doubled the little investment of 0.01BTC to about 0.02+BTC. About a month later, the site closed down and many investors lost their BTC.

In short, almost all BTC investment at the moment are scams- please correct me by letting me know if there is any valid investment site....

The truth is, every ponzi/hyip programs work like that way. They initially pay to the investors, just to build reputation. but when the big investments start flowing in, they stopped paying. Ponzi is the worst form of gambling available in the market.

However, you should try p2p lending platform like btcjam. I am using this website to fund loan for others and getting a stable monthly returns. Here the risk of loosing money is very less. Every other programs I have tested turned out to be a scam.

Yes , not only they initially pay to the investors, just to build reputation, but when the big investments start flowing in, they stopped paying also they give you return for small investments and eat up the investment of people who invest in bigger amounts.
259  Other / Off-topic / Re: How to motivate women to use uᴉoɔʇᴉq? on: April 02, 2016, 01:28:07 AM
Not many people knows it, but I think that there will a a lot of women use uᴉoɔʇᴉq, and that is very good and it will be nice if there will be more people will use uᴉoɔʇᴉq.
Maybe there must be more stores that must accept uᴉoɔʇᴉq so there will be a lot of women that will see that the store is also accepting uᴉoɔʇᴉq, so they will find out what it is.
woman are already motivated to use the bitcoins
