241  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: March 16, 2024, 08:07:41 AM
Be careful with using a VPN, especially a free VPN. I have had a lot of problems in the past on Duelbits because of the usage of a free VPN and it got me excluded on promotions and caused problems to withdraw. In the end everything has been worked out (also after submitting KYC) so no complaints there but I am also a bit worried now when using a VPN.
VPN usage with gambling sites(FIAT and Crypto) is always a tricky affair which is why it's always best to confirm with customer support before using them in order to make sure that you won't face any issues in the future.

Paid VPNs like Nord VPN etc are the way to go while free ones should be completely avoided as you mentioned.

If they are not trying to confirm any usage of this tool its like they are putting their account at risk to get into unwanted situation, so before deciding to make any move like using a tool in this casino or even on other one much better if they really contact the support since this is the best action they can do to get a clearance so they know if anyone can use this or not without getting compromised.

Paid VPN is more better than free version so people should invest on it since it can make them safe upon using it and there are so many features they can use compare to free one. VPN should not be a problem unless they are bypassing the country restriction and as online gambler people know about certain risk for using that tool.
242  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Am i bad to this friend if i refuse to loan him some money in bad economy on: March 15, 2024, 04:14:37 PM

Well its your prerogative to help him or not. I think you can help him with your extra funds or profits if thats fine with you but also you can tell him that you dont have money for the help or aid his asking its quite simple. A friend will understand the need of one, it depends on how your friendship matters actually.
Thanks for this suggestions, may be next time I will just outrightly state to him or any other person that comes with such requests that I have no available funds to help them with, because this days alot of those who can't manage themselves in terms of financial dealings are now bordering the decipline forks with they financial crises, I remember many times I advice this my colleague to invest his money on assets, but rather he prefers to buy things that have not long term values.

But at the moment I have loaned him the money but with high interest rate, this way he will be put under pressure to pay back on time.

That would be more better reason for them to stop asking further question why you can't grant their request since for sure they understand your situation if said reason is you had no funds available left in your wallet. I use that reasons if I know the person who tries to lend some amount on me is not a good payer. Although I'm not the type of person giving advice about investment since I don't want my statement will be bad for them especially if they don't understand my point but its good that you open up this topic to them and maybe they consider to look at it.

Hopefully your friend will think about paying you since sometimes there are people that only good when borrowing but didn't bother to pay when stated pr negotiated deadline came.
243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Is Legal In Our Country But if You Promote It Online You'll Go To Jail? on: March 15, 2024, 12:53:03 PM
I find this unusual and weird I live in a country where gambling is legal there are lotto outletss in every corner, there are horse racing betting outlet and there are online betting station that originates in our country and yet there is a pending bill that if you're going to post or talk about gambling you'll likely going to get fine of 500k pesos or $90k and you will also land in jail.

So if you post that you won in horse racing or you post the winning bets in daily lottery you will likely get charged and penalize, so what do you think of this law, is this right?

Quote
"In this regard, this representation proposes the prohibition of online publication of materials that instruct or demonstrate gambling, commentaries, and advertisements that promote awareness of gambling activities,"

Quote
Any person who will be found publishing gambling-related content may face six months to one year imprisonment or a fine ranging from P300,000 to P500,000.
Senate bill seeks ban on pro-gambling online content

Its not strange law this is been done so those influencers will not abuse their influence and promote gambling thru their channels but we don't see any news regarding about this case where if there's someone got penalize for promoting gambling online or anywhere. It seems they are just creating that law just to present something that they take action but it doesn't get any proper implementation. We can still see that there's a lot of influencers promote online gambling and some of them are over exaggerated with their results and always says that its easy to earn a lot of money in gambling that's why there's people got hook by some idea installed on their heads and been totally got wrecked and their hard earned money gone because unwanted loss has occur to them.
244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Faketoshi saga is now coming to a close... on: March 15, 2024, 08:50:08 AM
Craig Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto or the author of the Bitcoin whitepaper, U.K. Judge James Mellor said after closing arguments in the Crypto Open Patent Alliance (COPA) trial on Thursday.

The evidence presented during the month-long trial was "overwhelming," the judge said, adding that he plans to write a ruling detailing his conclusions – including that Wright did not create the Bitcoin system.

"I will make certain declarations, which I am satisfied are useful and are necessary to do justice between the parties. First, that Dr. Wright is not the author of the Bitcoin white paper. Second, Dr. Wright is not the person who adopted or operated under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto in the period 2008 to 2011. Third, Dr. Wright is not the person who created the Bitcoin System. And, fourth, he is not the author of the initial versions of the Bitcoin software. Any further relief will be dealt with in my written judgment," Judge Mellor said.

https://www.coindesk.com/policy/2024/03/14/justice-james-mellors-ruling-on-craig-wright-copa-trial/

This ruling will make it impossible for CSW to continue has campaign of lawsuits against developers and others in U.K. courts.

Some have the opinion that his actions in the trial could result in charges of perjury and forgery.

Good to see an update that all lies of CW has been ended and for sure there's no confusion will happen towards his claims that he is the real Satoshi Nakamoto since the judge has closing any arguments and prove that he is not.

For sure this will serve a lesson to some other people that their lies will be busted and they can't easily claim that they are Satoshi since there are great guys that can investigate and verify their claims. Right now much really better for anyone to buried up their thoughts or curiosity about the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto and respect his total disappearance since this is maybe what he like so people could focus on anything they want to do with bitcoins he or they created.
245  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Online Crypto-Gambling Legal in a Country Without Gambling Laws? on: March 15, 2024, 07:43:57 AM
legality of online crypto-gambling in countries like the UAE or Saudi Arabia, where traditional gambling is illegal, is a complex issue.
Is Online Crypto-Gambling Legal in a Country Without Gambling Laws?

Try to read this https://www.abudhabi.com/blog/are-there-legal-options-gambling-uae-what-are-alternatives/

If gambling is illegal in such particular country maybe try to conclude that any form of gambling is not allowed there whether its in form of crypto or any related to gambling activities then assume that officials would not allow it. If you are still doubting and want to know maybe consult a lawyer so you will get the best answer regarding on this question since its hard to answer this especially that lot of us doesn't know the accurate answer in this question.
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Forget Bitcoin - Memecoins Like Pepe, FLOKI and Bonk Are the Big Gainers Now on: March 14, 2024, 02:09:56 PM
Floki & Bonk have already pumped pretty hard. I don’t know how much upside there is with those tokens. If you are looking for a 1000 x token in this bull run you will probably have to take more of a risk & go for a lees well known, less established token. No doubt Floki & Bonk will increase in value this bull & they are the safer option but for the life changing gains we probably don’t even know which token or coin it will be yet.
We will definitely witness some meme coins making some incredible gains during the bull run that is coming, however the number of meme coins is so high, that it is unlikely that a person can make the money they are looking for this way, because even if they were to pick the correct meme coin, they have no way to know when that pump could happen, and as such an investor could sell their coins too soon and miss the opportunity they have been waiting for.

Some maybe expected to come as the meme coin hype will go back again when there's something event like this since somehow this type of token will be the first thing to locate by investors since they might think that once bitcoin pump those meme coins will follow. But even though we see a nice streak for price rise of this token I guess we better be more careful since as the number of meme coin created a lot of it is just another scam.

Then its a huge loss for us if we pick those scams and we cannot roll our investment and make it grow.

For now I'm still skeptical on those meme coins since I don't see any real value on this coin and I always look it up as a pure hype.
247  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino vs. Stoc,Forex&Crypto Broker: Who's Really Playing You in the Money Game on: March 14, 2024, 01:07:35 PM
People should separate this options since they are really different and there's no sense comparing both programs since they have different execution. The only similar on that particular platform is the risk of losing money.

But its more advisable if they forget to have a debate regarding on this topic since they are just giving their selves any unwanted stress and they can't please anyone to believe on their opinion since everyone is right according to what they understand about it. Risk is part of everything and any mentioned words above doesn't really give any sense at all. People just should remember to find what they really like and choose it, don't gamble or trade if you don't fully understand what are you trying to do.
248  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What should newbies do in trading? on: March 14, 2024, 10:17:20 AM
I don’t just really know much to see about this to you, but my advice is continue whatever you’re doing ask questions, read, book, analyze use some pastry to judge your present and don’t be scared to take the risk continue what you are doing. I believe you should know the right thing to do after reading the books and following the Trading trends and also remember to go into CoinMarketCap and see how everything is going down and try to come into the forum anytime you have challenge and don’t be scared to take ricks. Secondly, be Patient on what you are doing concerning Trading don’t ever be greedy. Focus read continue don’t stop whatever you’re doing ask questions you before concluding.
Honestly it takes a lot of effort and determination for a newbie trader to scale through in trading, even after reading books, following the market etc yet a lot of them still lose or get liquidated because live trading experience is a different ball game because they have to deal with psychology and emotions in trading this is based from my own personal experience at this point many quit trading after streak of losses, however all those challenges are surmountable if such a trader remain steadfast and persevere definitely they can later become profitable after gaining some vital experience though absolutely it's not easy to get to that level as a newbie but they just have to  believe in themselves.

If they don't trade then how they can gather experience? So its really need a lot of determination and effort so that they can see the best result on their trading career.

There's a lot source of information they can grab online that can help them and they just need to be consistent on their information seeking plus trying to earn some good experience on the market before they can see the best result of a lot of efforts they have done.

Path thru learning and becoming a expert on this field is really though it need a lot of patience and determination before they can earn a lot of success on their future trades they made.
249  Economy / Gambling / Re: ✨ BITCASINO - Elevate Your Gameplay 💎 #1 VIP Crypto Casino ✈️ on: March 14, 2024, 08:55:59 AM
Took me like 10-12 attempts, but finally I did it! Smiley

I didn't count how many times I was able to take screenshots, but it looks like it was between 10-15 times.

In Galxe I was not so lucky, finding this game to compete for $PEPE give me another chance  Grin. $100 PEPE in bullish times, could be giving us 10x in the future if Bitcoin reaches 2x its current price. Because memes are the best place for whales to double their money in bullish, after profits from Bitcoin.
I didn't count but I think it took 10x for a perfect picture. Cheesy

Same in Galxe quite unlucky the competition there is too much but maybe in this giveaway now there is still a chance for all of us.

Not brave enough to invest in $PEPE but ultimately believe this coin meme can be bullish.

I also lost my count and I think I finish the video two times before I hit the right spot for PEPE I'm so focus to get it immediately but my hands and network connectivity didn't let it happen  Cheesy.

Anyways its fun participating on this and looks like many of us enjoy this game.

I'm also not lucky on galxe since there's a lot of participants join there so hopefully we can see our names called as a winner. I invest on Pepe earlier but also I dump it but never tried to accumulate again.
250  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Have I been Scammed?? on: March 13, 2024, 02:52:16 PM
...It all just seems fishy to me. I haven’t contacted him yet, but figuring they will want money to get a TVN. Is this normal or does it appear to be a scam?

I think that all this will not end with the provision of TVN and you will be required to deposit either an additional amount of money or provide a seed phrase from your wallet. You have to accept that you have been deceived and if you continue to communicate with them, you will lose even more of your money.

He should stop communicating with them and just accept that he lost the money already. Since if he keep listening to those scammers and try to follow their conditions then maybe they scam him again. So OP should listen to the advice given by people since there's no such thing can give him good profits especially if he deal with this people online also in a platform where scammers are staying. Much better if he make this a learning experience and share his experience to other people so he can save some heads to stay away on those scams. For sure this will not be the end as these scammers will find ways to scam again another people since this is how they earn their money.
251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Get one btc right away or 5 btc with a bet? on: March 13, 2024, 12:16:14 PM
It's not always easy to make the right decisions. Are you a gambler? If you're offered 1 btc without playing or 5 btc by playing (with a chance of 2 to 1). What do you do?
Being able to win but not fighting is better than fighting but having the risk of losing, simple analogy, if I can get 1 BTC without playing is much better than trying to bet and attempt to get 5 but having to beat the house and risk losing.

Sometimes making people greedy is how we get bigger profits, and such is the performance that is very promising for casinos to get huge profits,

This is already our chance to get some money by doing nothing so why would I risk to gamble on unsure situation when there's a sure profit to take without anything ask for returns. This is why the same with other people choosing 1 BTC I also go with their choice for practical reasons and for sure a lot of people would understand our choice since this is sure money to take home.

If we choose to be greedy and take that 5BTC with conditions attached then for sure that we will regret our decision not to take the 1 BTC and we might just think about the missing chances that we let go of we are going to make this happen.
252  Other / Archival / Re: Are investors investing in Bitcoin at ATH now are fools ? on: March 13, 2024, 10:53:19 AM
Are investors investing in Bitcoin at ATH now are fools ?  Is there chance of major correction from here as prices have already peaked now.
Hey OP, I hope you do not mean to ridicule yourself? Lol.
I just have to let you know that Bitcoin has only beaten an All Time High via historical prices but does not mean it has reached it own ATH at this seasons bull-run to determine its ATH.
Meanwhile... Investors are never fooled at no account for investing in Bitcoin. If you can Invest in Bitcoin even at its ATH and have a long term fix Investment, then at next run of its bull-run you can convert It up but it is better to Invest in this current time using the DCA purchasing method.

Maybe he just got that thoughts when seeing that price of bitcoin have a chance to dump after it reach for its new ATH. But this is case to case bases and we are not in the peak of bullish season yet and we didn't see the halving effect yet to occur. For sure we can see for more price action this year so if people think that new accumulators are fool and they doubt to do some action then for sure once bitcoin reach at six digits in figure then provably there's a lot of people will regret their decision not to buy and they are been led with their fears for a possible dump that's why they are left behind by those people have strong belief for a good price growth.

254  Economy / Economics / Re: World changing and those who don't adopt this Will stay poor on: March 11, 2024, 03:06:18 PM

Despite all of these implementation,it will still be very difficult to escape from poverty. The world is vastly changing and most people can still decide to stay poor instead of improving and developing themselves.
Whether predictions or no predictions, the system is changing vigorously and it takes only the brave ones to survive and adapt to the present trend of the economy.

If people willingly decide to stay poor instead of trying to improve and develop themselves despite policies being put in place that actually works, then it’s no fault of anyone else but themselves.
Change is something that would definitely come and we should welcome it instead of shying away from it. It doesn’t take just the brave ones to adapt and survive, it takes the ones that are able and willing to adapt so as to survive.
It may be difficult to increase your standard of living due to various reasons, but one who’s willing could do just that and much more.

Maybe some of the people who doesn't like to adopt on changes is afraid to step out on their comfort zone and just want to stay on where they are since this think its more  better since from their current job alone he get a sense of security since he earn a passive income since his current job gives them money. They need to realize that its really bad to rely on   their current job since we may know since everything may fall if we are not prepared on the changes and current events on bitcoin.
255  Economy / Gambling / Re: justbit.io asks for KYC (their site say NO KYC) then confiscates my winnings on: March 11, 2024, 11:52:28 AM
I guess before we sign up and use a site, we need to check if they have a license, and if they have a license we should assume that eventually they'll ask for a KYC because they are regulated.
The casino in question has a valid license and they state in their ToS that they may ask for kyc. The question is why they insist on promoting themselves as a non-kyc crypto casino! This is a blatant lie.
We may find them some excuses and understand it if they only impose it on high-risk players like those who use the casino to hide their criminal activities (money laundering and such). But asking every user who makes a withdrawal request to verify his identity for no valid reason is unacceptable.

They mislead there gamblers for telling that they are a non KYC compliant casino and I will never trust a casino who claims like that but at the end when withdrawal request has been executed they implement this Kyc and will give a reason it just for verification. This one should need to look after by people on those casino since if they mislead or tell a lie about it then better for them to have a doubt and always read their TOS to know if their statement is true so people they can't use the word they didn't read the TOS that's why they have rights to compromise their user since for them they violate their rules for not partaking on their random KYC verification made.
256  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Have I been Scammed?? on: March 11, 2024, 08:40:59 AM
I invested with someone(moderator) of a group on Telegram called Worklite Uni Options, her name is Lora. I did some research and did not find anything bad. I did contact a lot of the members for reviews or if they had been paid and no bad reviews, everyone got paid per plan, thought surely not everyone lieing (10 people). It was a 21 day payout. My 21 days is up and now all of a sudden she wants a TVN (trade verification number or code) to verify my profits for her server to send my profits. There is also a website called Capital Base Traders where I can see my profit. Not knowing what a TVN is or where to get one, I didn’t have one, she said I could get one from a TVN programmer or vendor. So she kindly gave me one of her contacts which is a TVN programmer. It all just seems fishy to me. I haven’t contacted him yet, but figuring they will want money to get a TVN. Is this normal or does it appear to be a scam? Thanks for any help!

To unfortunate seeing you fall from ponzi schemes on telegram and in first place you should never go there if you are seeking for investment since that platform is nest of scammers and they are also the owners of the accounts you ask that's why you didn't get a negative feedback against what you are trying to invest. Since that incident happened already I guess the only thing you can do is to warn your friends regarding on what you experience on Worklite Uni Options telegram group so they will not experience the same thing happen to you.

If you don't understand about the investment you are trying to participate always ask you have this community that gives there good opinion regarding on what you want to ask especially on investment matter also try to read this https://www.investor.gov/protect-your-investments/fraud/types-fraud/ponzi-scheme so you can learn something and avoid those ponzi schemes since all of programs offering this kind of model is a scam.
257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you prefer betting your own predictions or from prediction site on: March 10, 2024, 10:12:57 PM
There are gamblers who have great instincts and can forecast games that may end up winning the bet. But they are scared that they may lose. They dont trust their own betting predictions so they would rather go to a gambling prediction site to some daily betting tips.

So i want to know as a gambler that you are, do you feel following those betting predictions from those sites would favour us in gambling more than our own predictions? For me i trust my predictions and i have won more when i predict for myself than letting someone predict for me.

Mostly on my own prediction since how can we be so sure if the prediction given by the site is accurate? Also there's no learnings we can get from that as for relying on something instant and unsure will not give use anything good in return since usually we are the one who suffer in long term since we don't learn anything for doing that. Much better for anyone to gamble and study the teams so that it will give them more better chances to win and they can study well about it and became more smarter on sportsbetting..
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why not try out a less popular but promising token? on: March 10, 2024, 01:23:23 PM
cost? scam? believe? Data cocoon room? This is probably why we are afraid to buy new coins. So, starting tomorrow, I plan to take the first step to learn about an unknown coin. Everyone is welcome to recommend, and the flag is set here.  Tongue

They became less popular since the dev made poor performance to introduce their project to a lot of potential investors. Also it means that they don't have good fundings to support it and to market it that's why its so risky to acquire this tokens since its like you are just wasting your money for that tokens. Much better if you invest on best tokens which already have good strong community support since he gets more chance to see a good pump on those token and might earn good profits compare on trying to take a risk on those unpopular tokens since for sure nothing to gain for that investment decision. Some caught up on idea that its easy for them to take their position and they just need to wait for a lot of people to accumulate then they became so lucky to buy at first. But this kind of scenario is hard to happen that's why its better for them to invest on those options that give them more better chances to gain.
259  Economy / Speculation / Re: Buy the DIP, and HODL! on: March 10, 2024, 11:37:30 AM
For sure we think about going to past where everything is cheap that's why people should not make the same mistake again since there's still plenty of time for them to accumulate and they should not about they came late since on bitcoin there's nothing like that exist since price of bitcoin continuous to grow.

Even though there are no guarantees in bitcoin, it seems quite likely that people who are thinking that BTC is at a current top and vulnerable to crashing, and so therefore they hesitate to buy BTC, and if they continue to hesitate to buy based on that kind of thinking which also relates to their thoughts of "being too late," then in 3-4 years if they still had not been buying BTC, they are likely going to see that bitcoin had landed in a place in which 5 digit bitcoin was not even available anymore and so those who had gotten in at current prices are looking like geniuses.

Again, surely not guaranteed, yet it is way better to get some kind of position size into bitcoin rather than presuming from the mere fact that we are hitting ATHs that there needs to be any kind of correction from here or even that BTC prices need to return to these price levels once (or if) they decide to go up... and even this year, we well could be experiencing a BTC price range that is bouncing around $120k to $180k (with $60k price moves to the upside and downside over a few months).. .again, no guarantees of these kinds of scenarios, yet the ONLY way to benefit from those kinds of possibilities is to buy some bitcoin and/or buy exposure to bitcoin (if for some reason you are not ready, willing and/or able to buy bitcoin directly, which would be the preferred way to hold your cornz).

This is what happen if they don't have enough knowledge and always listen to those negative people which doesn't really have long experience on dealing with bitcoins. They feel crazy when people saying that a crash is coming that's why it affect there decision and decide not to buy since as said they are hesitant due to that reason. If they could just able to grab some knowledge by doing some deep research and try to figure out that everything has a basis including those doubts of people then for sure they can decide for theirselves about a good time to accumulate and they will not wait or get affected with the opinion of other people since their research and knowledge is much stronger so they can accumulate and will not left behind once there's good price pump to happen. Although its doesn't have any guarantee but if they hold on strong possibility for sure there will be a good result for them to gain with bitcoins in future.

Although we don't have any guaranteed result but it showing us great possibilities for a big pumps. If we continue to doubt and didn't try to take good reaction because we are worried about those correction for sure those people will regret to miss those opportunity that they possibly take if they just accumulate while there's a chance for them before to accumulate some bitcoins.
260  Economy / Gambling / Re: justbit.io asks for KYC (their site say NO KYC) then confiscates my winnings on: March 10, 2024, 08:18:45 AM
Fivestar4everMVP, bitterguy28

You are absolutely right, the fault is entirely mine, I am not going to file a claim, the money is lost - useful experience has been gained, albeit at a high price.

The purpose of my post is to inform other players about one of the traps used by the casino. You should not believe in the absence of KYC and under no circumstances play in the 6 other casinos of Casbit Group N.V.
I don't know how rich you are but if I was you, I honestly will not let my $2200 go just like that, for this is a lot of money in my country, and when I say "a lot of money" I mean it's really a huge amount of money when converted to my country's local currency.

If I was you, what I did do is give them what they want and get my money out, and they will never see me again, but on the other hand, if my privacy is so very important to me that I cant just risk revealing who I am to any online centralized entity, then I will hire someone else who doesn't mind revealing their identity to do the kyc for me, it could be a friend or family member, someone who will truly see reasons and understand, and of course, I could let him or her have like $200 to $500 when the money is withdrawn, atleast for their time and effort.
I honestly will never leave my money, not even a $100 for an online casino, except the casino shut down or outrightly stopped processing withdrawals while my money is in their custody.

Thanks for the recommendations, but I will not give them a compelling reason to block my account and appropriate the money for themselves according to the established rules.
Let the money hang in the account, and I will introduce as many players as possible to the fraudulent activities of the Casbit Group N.V. casino group. This forum is just one of hundreds...

Sad to see this you let them get your money just like that but anyways its your choice not to give what they want since maybe your the type of guy that value your privacy over the money. So I guess this is constant reminder to anyone that they should not be fooled by No KYC needed claims by a casino and its really better to read there TOS since you may know everything that might possible to implement so people would not get surprised about sudden things that they don't like to ask. I don't know what you mean in that bolded text but hopefully you didn't include this forum which does something negative to you.
