Also I have private key.
Can I get BCH for new wallet after 1 august or this for old wallets before 1 august?

There is no presale, but the price are nice to early birds, so it means there will be bonus for the early investors. I think you can find these information, do not be lazy to search by yourself. But thats also only partly true this ICO is based on a model where you have a constant buy/sell, you simply can trade it right after the buying. I wouldn't invest right now don't invest into an overbought market. Everyone is buying right now the price is rising so the outcome won't be great.
After the market falls look which projects are active and invest into them my tip would be in the future: waves bcs the CEO is kinda a very active guy.

Bitcoin is "speculation" it's not a job and you can't "earn" money with speculation you can "make money" with it. But it's not a job!!

Sure it will work like that. But it's not free BTC as the price for BTC will drop so you simply could wait in Fiat and buy more BTC afterwards (maybe I am wrong). But yes like that you would get "free" BTC.
