241  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you think this is the last four year cycle? on: August 31, 2021, 10:20:42 PM
There's still a possible 5th cycle that's going to exist this year which also projected as wave 5 of market trend.
We seem to noticed several attempts that btc market will go beyond $50k but it's not yet happening, because of that scenario. When it comes at worst stage, the price might go down again then halving stage would be able to take place one day.
Increase will be triggered once the demand also increase consistently.
242  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will $50,000 be the resistant price? on: August 31, 2021, 08:43:56 PM
When bitcoin price was rising, I was thinking it will not rise above $50,000, $50,000 is like the resistant price for now, the price falled back the way I was expecting it to be, but the price of bitcoin has been increasing and decreasing within $47000 and $50000, this makes me to be confused of where the price is going to.

What can you suggest what will be the next bitcoin price, is it going above $50,000 or will draw back. I am having the mind that some people buy bitcoin already, but they have set the take profit at $50,000, this can result to the price of bitcoin not to go more than $50,000. Give me your reasons of your prediction with convincing factors.

That's expected on $50k people will be taking their gains at this certain level of predictions, to provide reasons I guess real time situation will always prevail. I couldn't give the precise value for now, I just go on with what everybody been taking of. Hopefully we will surpass $50k when market fully break the resistance.
243  Economy / Speculation / Re: Dream Bitcoin 100k on: August 29, 2021, 11:53:32 PM
When Bitcoin goes down from 80 to 29, it goes up and down there for a while. But now it is going up and down again. But 50k the moment it is fluctuating again. I have learned from some news outlets that many people have exchanged views that Bitcoin will cross 100k by the end of this year. I would like to know the opinion of the members of the forum.

Maybe from 60 down to 29, then eventually recover from corrections despite of fluctuating and volatile market. Same with other promising altcoins, btc performed such an amazing progress which got a nearly accurate predictions based on the amount projected by several experts. I just ignore their opinions during those days that btc dips badly, and I was overwhelmed now when price bounced 'til $50k this month which I think our road to a dream for $100k per btc.
244  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading skills on: August 29, 2021, 11:30:26 PM
Well, we all know how technical crypto trading is and how hard it has been for newbies traders. That made me want to know what are your best trading skills and techniques that can aid a newbie in trading?

I can't really say my strategy will work for those newbies who wanted to start trading safely. However securing our funds will not be an easy task for us, so by doing technical analysis through basic ways would be better. Starting small amount is what I recommend and always have your buying power remain stable in order to buy when potential coins got a lower price. Sell while high and buy when its low, that's purely basic.
245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pay with Bitcoin on: August 29, 2021, 10:47:56 PM
I developed a high interest in Bitcoin lately want to accept Bitcoin for my sales and servicing company, am already working with a programmer to develop software or an application that will aid my transactions using the Bitcoin lightning network.

As the saying goes, no man is an island of knowledge, so I shared my story to get suggestions from this noble forum.

You're plans for the future is having great potentials, only that bitcoin was volatile and it certainly involves huge risk. Good thing that you had tap someone who can help you set up your own programmed system for cryptocurrency payment. It's not an easy diversion to take, so by the time you'll hit the benchmark of success in bitcoin I think it's a key for other business to venture this kind of strategy.
246  Economy / Speculation / Re: Crypto will rival or replace crypto in 10 years? on: August 29, 2021, 10:09:31 PM
76% of finance professionals believe that digital assets “will serve as a strong alternative to, or outright replacement for, fiat currencies in the next 5-10 years,” according to Deloitte’s annual global blockchain survey.

Is there any possibility that this could happen or this was just another speculation that is impossible to believe, but if we are going to look at the percentage of finance professionals that believe on the possible replacement of fiat with digital assets I think we are in 90% basis in favor of rival or replacement of fiat. Show me your comments about this news guys if you believe or not with this possible replacement?

I don't think so, traditional fiat wouldn't be replaced by cryptocurrency because government wouldn't allow this type of currency as the main currency for the people. First thing that I look upon on this was due to volatility, economy of a certain country couldn't afford to see it happening. We need an economy that's stable, basically fiat currency is the optimized currency in order to come at regulations and not digital currency.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why such high fees in ETH? on: August 29, 2021, 09:17:44 PM
Most people are moving to sidechains like Polygon and Aurora right now, gas fees are too high for anyone but whales on Ethereum.
Aside from those transactions, there's that much transactions in NFTs too and those transactions are contributing to each other and making the fees high.
I'm waiting until when we see those very little fee for each transaction we do, whether erc20 or eth to eth transaction.
If people continue to spend eth for their transactions then I don't think this higher fees would go down, because as we can see now adoption for lots of erc20 project was consistently growing. NFT projects like crypto games begun to become so popular by now, and definitely players who earned tokens needs ethereum in order to transfer their asset at trading sites.
248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and Cryptocurrencies on: August 28, 2021, 11:57:38 PM
Have you guys switched from one cryptocurrency to other on account of continuous loss in gambling. If so what is the coin that has brought in big winnings as well as losses. Myself had thought of switching to other cryptocurrencies from ethereum and bitcoin once after every loss. After a long today myself tried with TRX instead of bitcoin. This also ended with loss, which made me realise it is not about the cryptocurrency and it is all about the luck.

On my past experience with dice gambling through local wallet I had, I never switched to other crypto because I think transaction fee is expensive. At first I won good amount, but in the long run my luck was a devastating situation as I started losing all my money. If given a chance that I could use trx or xrp for betting at online gambling sites, then I would love to take possible chances.
249  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cuba central bank now recognize Bitcoin on: August 28, 2021, 11:33:12 PM
Because of the social-economic impact of Bitcoin and the entire cryptocurrency, the Cuba central bank after drafting a new bill to regulate and deal with Bitcoin as a legal tender in the country’s economic life.

This is another amazing story for bitcoin which could probably brought a new waves of success, not just with Cuba central bank but also for booming western countries economy. Legalized matter should have a serious impact to each individuals who legally used cryptocurrency for so many times. Regulations isn't a problem unless there's a transparency between government and their citizens.
250  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Bull Tamed on: August 28, 2021, 11:09:34 PM
I have no idea about even if this is a bull run. So I can't say that bull is tamed or not now. In my opinion, this is some kind of a great rally and it is still not tamed. It just got a price correction and it is preparing to move on soon. It should be able to break $50k resistance level in a short time and go bigger in the next month.

Hopefully next month would become a great commission for all coins including altcoins, while bitcoin bullrun starts a great rally. Pretty sure it would be a glorious day for several holders who been so patient in holding their assets. But, when that day happens for btc upon reaching $70k or $80k I think possible downturn also initiates due to profitable value.
251  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC Bull Attempts to Break $50,000 - A Psychological Hurdle as well as The Next on: August 28, 2021, 10:45:04 PM
On the daily chart, Bitcoin has been trading inside a rising wedge pattern for the past few days. The bulls flipped the $49,000 level to support on Aug. 23 and pushed the price above the psychological level of $50,000. After crossing above EMA100 line, BTC found support on the MA20 ($45.9k) . The relative strength index (RSI) is near overbought levels, which could encourage profit taking around resistance. However, Upside momentum is strengthening on the  daily chart, which suggests buyers are in control. The critical zone bitcoin needs to reclaim is $55,000-$58,000.

For me, I would love to see price surpass $50k once again and after the wave five resistance break that's the time btc stabilize within range of $50k to $60k attempts.
On this stage, momentum became stronger and we will be able to see a great pumps in the near future and have another Bitcoin ATH.
252  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin = 100k by December on: August 28, 2021, 10:15:57 PM
Can Bitcoin Still Make 100k by December?  Huh
When Bitcoin (BTC) reached its all-time high of $65,000 in April, it felt like the $100,000 mark was the next stop for the cryptocurrency. However, the following months brought along a change in market trend and the entire cryptocurrency market took a steep dive.
I read an article on Blockster with different opinions on the topic. Let's discuss, what do you think?
https://blockster.com/blockdesk/1411_can-bitcoin-still-make-100k-by-december-many-think-it-can

If we will be able to see $65k or $75k btc that's a good signs for bitcoin to soar unto predictions. Making at $100k was such an amazing situation for all of us who desire in having huge gains. The article has a positive motivations and its a part of possible hype, that would attract more new investors to participate in this journey.
253  Economy / Speculation / Re: The arrival of new people in the world of cryptocurrency is really fun on: August 27, 2021, 11:56:59 PM
It's impressive to see new people keep coming and want to know more about the cryptocurrency world as a whole, google brings new users here to find out what we really should be doing in bitcointalk in particular and cryptocurrencies in general.
Continue to take advantage of this opportunity, learn more sources to expand knowledge, I also want to say welcome to join Bro, this is the most fun discussion place and can provide financial benefits for anyone who has joined, with terms and conditions still valid.

SPIRIT FRIENDS

These people should also be aware that cryptocurrency has no stable value it could go down when bear market comes. They couldn't only take opportunity from it through  top market rise, and being a smart investors  their quick actions is really important. What's fun here is that most of them had an aggressive mindset, basically when price fluctuates most probably they'll tend to have anxieties and fears in dealing their emotions.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum pump on: August 27, 2021, 11:31:41 PM
despite the draw back this week the entire crypto market is on a bullish mood with bitcoin taking the lead, in the past few days cryptocurrency has gained over the US dollars, and ethereum in the long run will get pumped alongside other defi and nft tokens.
If this week is a pullback in the market, then when do you think the market will move well again this year? because a pullback or correction like now is the thing that makes everyone have to wait again for the market to rise.

We only had shorter corrections after $50k was achieved the past days, and now I seen the price of ethereum also recovered in line with bitcoin. Because of consistent demand, each individual took this as big opportunity for them to buy while there's little downfall happening. I guess long wait will be paid off by now, let's just hope and pray that someday all our sacrifices will be worth it.
255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google bans 8 crypto apps on: August 27, 2021, 11:10:00 PM
There we go again, these news has been really annoying everytime btc starts to boom and soar fruitfully and bad news like this gone so bad.
Who cares if they ban adds about cryptocurrency? People nowadays have been educated by the system that runs in digital currency. Holders who invested their future in cryptocurrency won't turn their backs but rather fight for their independence in taking financial freedom.
256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will its price start being stabilized? on: August 27, 2021, 10:26:46 PM
We all keep listening reading every where hold bitcoin as it will keep growing in future as well.

But my question is how much maximum a bitcoin can worth and when ??
What is its max potential and when its price would stop increasing??

I know nothing can be predicted but I just want to hear your views about it.

Bitcoin for me has no max potential here mate, the capabilities of it is infinite as this moment. Per observations based on my experiences from the past, btc never stabilized within a long period of time. Maybe few hours of staying into minimal fluctuations but volatility still continue to exist. Meanwhile, many traders and analytical experts said btc this year would reach $100k, and I think that's really possible to happen but it can't be accurate due to unpredictability.
https://www.coindesk.com/markets/2021/08/25/philippines-looks-to-tax-hit-blockchain-game-axie-infinity-report/

258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Accepting bitcoin as payment for my business on: August 26, 2021, 11:33:06 PM
I have been in the forum for some time learning different aspects of bitcoin, now I want to be more practical about bitcoin as a currency. I introduced crypto payments for my business and have been making sales lately. I'm in the clothing industry and I believe in crypto. I have my wallet addresses and barcode printed at the door and pos! For now, I accept Bitcoin, and Etheruem. These are 3 popular coins in my community.
So far customer feedback has been good. Some people are glad to be able to use bitcoin to actually pay for a service, Nigeria is a growing market you see. In addition it has also got my business attraction from customers who are in the crypto space. The challenge though is the issue of transaction fees, 8 out of 10 customers aren't exposed and only use the blockchain wallet. I try to educate them on other wallets with low transaction fees like electrum.
I feel good about this new development. I get to interact with customers about Bitcoin and share ideas

This is a great idea for customers who wants convenience in purchasing products using bitcoin. Having cashless spending will promote digital currency adoption, and I guess not all individuals knew this thing because what they're aware of is the traditional fiat money. Unlike cryptocurrency used as payment, you don't worry about physical cash in hand but it's all about virtual money.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Prediction – Will ETH Hit $5,000 Soon? on: August 26, 2021, 08:39:24 PM
5000 is very small target . Eth can hit 5000 in 2 days
ETH that might doUble or triple the price by the end of the year . only issue is Gas and Etherium founder know that if he failed to provide low gas fee than it ADA,Sol,Matic can fail the Eth in long term. Soon Eth gas Fee will be reduced. Once gas problem solved it will go high then our expectations

You're too early to celebrate, I think short timeline for ethereum increase is really impossible to commence. The current price was still on process of reaching at least $4k this month. Gas or transaction fees or whatsoever, eth would still continue to soar and the adoption will keep increasing because of its sustainability. Hopefully gas issue would be neutralized and as soon as possible, that $5k predictions would become reality.
260  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we in 2017 again? How do you feel about the price chart today? on: August 26, 2021, 07:30:03 PM
Bitcoin at this moment was quite a ghost bumps for me, but I choose to remain calm and easy while waiting for the right time to boom.
Volatility usually caused little falls then eventually goes up, because people started to have their entry point.
We already surpassed $40k as spikes had also swing up to $50k as an attempt of huge resistance breakdown.
Let's face another chapter, I don't think we should compare current scenario from past 2017.
