I have requested the 1.67 btc I have in there.....that was 8 hours ago.
I've had nothing sent to me.

Well I requested my funds around 7 or 8 hours ago.
I have received nothing.

On top of that, I was told by  Schwartzkopff on twitter yesterday that the reason the site was down was for maintenance:
Now we are told today  it's for 'administrative reasons'
It can't be both.

Believe it or not......this was posted on this forum last year by betVIP when Bitcoinlivebets went missing:

Spot on......I have sent around 8 emails to support today, the first one was answered with an apology that nothing had been posted on this thread about the situation,  plus an assurance that someone would do so straight away, that was 14 hours ago.
The other 7 have been ignored.
As you say, even if they came back, how the hell can they expect their customers to have any confidence in them?
Most will just want to draw their funds out and go elsewhere.

Still nobody on this thread telling us what's happening plus no response from support.
It's bitcoinlivebets all over again.
They stiffed me for a chunk, MT Gox stiffed me and now these people doing the same.
Very disillusioned and angry right now.
I can't believe there's only a couple of us on this thread being robbed.
Shows they couldn't have been doing much business.

22 hours and still nobody from the site has been on here to give us an update!!

BetVIP founder Daniel Schwartzkopff has answered my tweet but surely someone should be on here putting customer's minds at rest.

I doubt the guy is on his knees with his hands clasped together.....it's a figure of speech, nothing more.
Hardly the place to display your atheism.

I got a reply a few hours ago apologising,  and was told someone would be on here to elaborate.
It hasn't happened still.
 

It's now beginning to look very grim.
17 hours with no site and no posting of any updates or explanations on here.

Seven hours now....no response here, from their twitter account or from 2 emails to support.
Plus I now find out this happened yesterday.

This is what has been showing on the site for over 4 hours now and no response to emails to support nor an update put on here so far.
 

Any chance of an update on the site system maintenance please?
You have been gone a lot longer than the hour that the message currently showing  says you will be offline for.

I know I may sound like a cloudbet plant  by saying this over and over but I can honestly say that in hundreds of transactions and bets over the last year or so I have never had any trouble whatsoever!
They must be doing something right......their banner on my site at www.bitcoinpunter.com gets more sign ups than any other.

I truly do not understand all these complaints.
I have been betting with cloudbet on a regular basis for well over a year now and have never had any problems getting bets on, getting credited with winnings  and withdrawing.
