what i am worried about axie is do they really have long term plans here? like many other seemingly solid projects, we have no clue about the real plans of the axie team. what if one of the members decided to cash out and leave? so if you are an axie player, i think, better cash out some of your coins at least getting your initial investment. and then, the rest you can always cash out whenever you want to. but secure your initial investments so it won't be hard for you if in case something goes wrong with the platform.
Very high likely that there is vesting term for internal members so their internal staffs can not cash out all AXS or SLP they have if it is from their investment internally. I don't think a big project like Axie Infinity will have rug pull. With this great success, their internal team members can easily buy their tokens 2 years ago, even on the open market with cheap price and sell in bull market last year at all time highs. With huge trading volume in last year, it is not a big issue for anyone to cash out. Now their project is in trouble after the hack and side effects from bear market. They are builder and leader in blockchain game so no rug pull. The axie team doesn't receive any money in SLP SLP is minted by players and burned by breeding with future burn methods/ sinks to be added. I'd guess they earn in USD directly or stablecoins with some minor distribution in equity as AXS, but I could be wrong of course. |

a genialidade do modelo das exchanges é que ganham independente da tendência do mercado mesmo no bear market a binance deve ter feito bilhões de dólares concordo que eles devem ter menos inscrições e menor volume nas épocas de queda, mas para exchanges grandes isso não deve causar um impacto tão absurdo assim pois tem margens de lucros estratosféricas. |

ELO/MMR matchmaking is one of the coolest features in any online game. If both sides are honest, then a competitive game is obtained that is interesting to both sides. It's funny that even here there are fans of cheating - they deliberately drain the rating in order to dominate weak players later. And many sites are banned for this (for example, Lichess, as far as I know). the cool part about chess too is that there's no pay to win at all, it's all about skills (if you don't cheat, of course) about the end of your message, you refer to users who lose on purpose only to be able to beat lower rank users? a bit lame if you ask my opinion but... who knows dopamine kicks are quite strong with online chess, specially for fast games. |

Isso é verdade, nem todas irão ser hackedas. Mas também não sabemos que terão essa "sorte". Até as empresas mais seguras do mundo, sofrem ataques.
Lógica que podemos usar para literalmente tudo na vida. Toda casa pode ser invadida, não sabemos quais terão essa sorte. Todo galão d'agua pode ser envenenado, não sabemos quais terão essa sorte. e assim vai... vale lembrar também que as maiores exchanges atualmente (pelo menos as gringas) tem um fundo especial que é alimentado pelo faturamento da exchange justamente para remediar possíveis casos de hacks a bitmex tem, até onde eu sei, e a binance batizou o dela de SAFU. |
