You can look for your address on blockchain or blocktrail and search the txn that you are waiting to be confirmed in there.
Copy your address, paste it on blockchain te you will see a couple of transactions in there.

Exchanges will always cost you a fee unless you can exchange with someone who agrees to give you 1:1.

Blockchain is congested since these last few days so some deposits are stucked in traffic but in an unfortunate sitution, twre could be instances that what you are receiving don't have a chance of being confirmed at all because it could be a fake transaction.

1st - a full member doesn't cost as much as 0.12 BTC
2nd - your account is obviously full of shitpost and with it's post quality I think your account only cost about 0.03btc - 0.04btc

So far I haven't seen people who invest in ponzis getting tagged with a negative feedback so your argument of "people who decides what to do with their own money" doesn't make sense to me at all.  
What I see is that those people who openly advertise or in other form promotes the ponzi are the ones who get negged. Which they actually deserve since they are helping to promote a scam and at the same time they are openly robbing other people of their money jut to get a cents of commision and to save your own deposit.

OP your title is misleading. I came here expecting that there will an instant pay of 0.03 while you said in this thread that you will pay 0.0001 btc per account. The title shoul be replaced with an UP TO 0.03 BTC not earn 0.03 btc.
