Most important is that you create a setup for yourself that can generate money almost on autopilot... Generating 0.3 BTC / daily with only for a few simple tricks is nothing difficult.

I've had luck with http://www.reddit.com/r/designjobs. There are a few designers with actually good portfolios. Also listing a few other names: you can hire on Behance, Dribbble, Odesk, Freelancer. Lots of talent. You might have a bit of trouble finding a designer who accepts bitcoin though. |

What is the longest you have stayed at a single company? How long do you stay at a company on average? Again, what does this have to do with anything?
