2401  Other / Off-topic / Re: What you do with BITCOIN ? on: May 31, 2016, 11:22:40 AM
I sold my bitcoin ones, It is an emergeny from the hospital. I need cash so ipulled out all of my bitcoins to pay hospital,  Ive cash out it on the bank near us and rush at the hospital

I am glad your bitcoin helped you survived that medical emergency. Without it, it will be harder for you to find money to pay the hospital. Bitcoin has helped me also thru some hard times when I really need money. It is good to save some bitcoin for emergency purposes. It is harder to get money if you have to loan it from somebody else. And sometimes the interest can kill you.
2402  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: May 31, 2016, 11:18:12 AM
The halving can be profitable but we still have to see this, if everything will go well with the bitcoin there is a high chance that the bitcoin is gonna rise to a higher amount and that it will indeed be profitable.

That's for sure, and not only one person saying that the halving is going to be really that profitable, and most of people here and bitcoin
enthusiasts are saying that it will really do. Many people will come into bitcoin once they saw the price of it after the halving and more demands to come for bitcoin.

It will be harder to mine bitcoins and the reward will be smaller. So there will be shorter amount of bitcoins available. And since there will be more users, the demand will go high. So high demand and low supply. In economics, it means higher price. So halving will really be profitable to all bitcoin investors.
2403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you store your bitcoins? on: May 30, 2016, 03:28:02 PM
Hello everyone as the title says ^
Do you store your bitcoins online or on a wallet on your computer, perhaps cold storage?

Online on an exchange site and on block chain wallet. I prefer it there so I can access it anytime, anywhere. If there is a sudden need to convert or spend, all I need is a cp and internet. But of course, cold storage is the safest place to store your bitcoin.
2404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: May 30, 2016, 03:23:49 PM
thats a good thought banks will never go away not because of the coin that is for sure. But there will be one point in life when the coin is just as big as the normal gold.

I hope that time pass in our lifetime. But even if bitcoin reach gold level, I doubt it will eradicate the banking system. Too many rich people and government will fight to help banking system live.
2405  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Halving is a profitable??? on: May 30, 2016, 03:17:57 PM
Do you think that in this year halving is a profitable???

Of course it is, we are still months away and the price already jumped a hundred dollars over the weekend. How much more if the halving has come. I am betting it will jump a few folds more.
2406  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: May 30, 2016, 03:15:02 PM
Exactly what the title says.

If bitcoin dropped to the price of a dollar (which we hope it never will), what would you do? Buy more and hold, sell? Buy a promising altcoin like ETH?

I personally would buy more bitcoin.

I will have doubts to buy on that level. It was like bitcoin has just been born and no one trust it. I think that price will not come unless a major catastrophe strikes bitcoin. If it is just 250, I will surely buy more.
2407  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do people around you think about Bitcoin ? on: May 30, 2016, 03:11:46 PM
So, what do people around you (relatives, co-workers, co-ed, friends...) think about Bitcoin ? Please, indicate your country, so this way I'll be able to make a synthesis about what people think about Bitcoin.

For me : I come from France. My relatives think that it's criminals' tool and that since they can't touch money they don't trust it (note that those same persons are pro-banks, where you can't touch money). My friends think that it is useless and that it has no future. Both of them agree that scare them the most is the Bictoin's price volatibility.

So not so positive Undecided. I hope that you aren't in the same situation.

It depends. Relatives and family members does not know and does not care about bitcoins. They just know I earn some money online. But colleagues know more about bitcoin than me. They are the one responsible for introducing bitcoin as an opportunity for extra income. God bless those people.
2408  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: May 30, 2016, 03:05:53 PM
Hello btc users! Just interested - how do you spend your BTC bitcoins?
Buy something, trading, maybe just collect and waiting for good price? Smiley

A little bit of all the above. I make sure for now that I spend less and save more for halving. I am specially thrilled to hold since this weekend the price moved to about 560. That is 100 $ gain per bitcoin. But that is not my target. It just moved a bit closer to the target price.
2409  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like to hoard your BTC or spend it? on: May 30, 2016, 03:02:48 PM
Used to have a slight gambling problem with bitcoin; now I have the exact opposite problem. I love just hoarding my bitcoin transferring all the tips I made in a 12 hour shift into bitcoin is actually REALLY satisfying. Do you guys like to hoard your BTC or spend them?

I hoard some and convert some. Bitcoin is a part time income to me. So there is really a need to convert to fiat or spend it. I cannot help it. But the bitcoin I did not spend, I try my best to save and hoard it until halving. I hope halving brings much profit.
2410  Other / Off-topic / Re: What you do with BITCOIN ? on: May 30, 2016, 03:00:09 PM
What you do with BTC

Where you spend?

Where you sell BTC ?

Where you buy BTC ?

Most of my bitcoins I hold for the upcoming halving hoping that I will profit from it. The rest, I either convert to fiat or use as cellphone credits. I cannot hold everything because I have some personal needs so I am forced to dump it for fiat.
2411  Other / Off-topic / Re: Does sending Bitcoins feel good? on: May 27, 2016, 05:54:58 PM
When sending out some Bitcoins from your wallet, does it feel good? Do you get a nice body high from it?

I have not tried it yet. I never give away my bitcoin to anyone else but to my own account by transferring some bitcoin to my other wallet. I suppose, if I gave bitcoin to needy people I may also feel good to myself.
2412  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Bitcoins have Tax?? on: May 27, 2016, 05:52:05 PM
In our country, bitcoin earning is not taxed unless you convert it to fiat and declare it in your income. Otherwise, you can easily avoid tax. Of course, if you convert to fiat and buy something, you are already giving taxes to.the goverment thru vat. So I think it is okay. The government still gets something from bitcoin earnings.
2413  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Often Do You Check Your Bitcoin Wallet Balance? on: May 27, 2016, 05:47:17 PM
More than once a day and much more frequently when I am expecting to receive some payment. I always check them to make sure that I still have my coins and others have not yet hacked my account. I also change my password every now and then just to be sure.
2414  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: May 27, 2016, 05:21:08 PM
If you want to earn money later in the future than it would be much better that you are making an investment in Bitcoin and that is because than you can sell it maybe in the future with profit.
But it is still hard to know what the value will be so saving money will be safe for yourself in the future.

Saving will never allow you to grow your money, no doubt it will be helpful at the time of emergency but investment can give best returns if you invest in right product.
maybe it's true, but if halving make bitcoin prices rose to the height, I think it will make us a profit. actually it depends on yourself, but between saving and investment, the more risky is investing
Risk is a part of everything. Even trusting bitcoin is a risk because it can fail someday. But tsking that risk can sometimes makes us good profit. It is the same with investment. The trick is too make a good choice. Choose an investment that is not likely to fail. That can make your money grow. In saving, your money is idle and not earning anything.
2415  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to teach someone about Bitcoin on: May 27, 2016, 05:15:59 PM
Make it simple, just tell them that you can earn money with it and you can also send across the globe with minimum fees, I think that will work or attract them towards it.
absolutely right, it is the most simple, all my friends with whom I look for bitcoin at first saw me making money on the internet through bitcoin and in the end they learn about bitcoin itself

Everyone needs money and extra money too, and bitcoin is helping us to achieve it and if you put this on the table then I am sure many people will get attracted to it.

You have a point there. So if you want to teach someone about bitcoin, you should start by telling them that bitcoin can help them financially. It is the most interesting aspect of bitcoin to people who are working online or part time.  But to people who have a full time job and is financially well off, it is not that much attractive. Better explain the ease of access and payment to them.

We need to target those people who are unemployed, they will surely get attracted towards  bitcoin, as everyone needs money for living, and bitcoin can help them.

They are easy targets to teach because they have the need to earn and bitcoin can provide that to them. We should also need to target those.who can buy and spend bitcoin. They can contribute to the growth of bitcoin. Though they will be harder to convince to use bitcoin than fiat because they already have a good income in fiat.
2416  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it a good long term investment to buy 1 BTC today? on: May 27, 2016, 03:53:35 PM
Holding 1 btc for next couple of months can be really good, as we are expecting higher price at the time of halving as price will be much higher at the end of the year.

Well this is probably a better way to have an investment by just holding your btc. And 1 btc is enough for that investment. By just holding it
after the end of the year you will sure get a benefit because higher chance of increasing of btc's price.

But if you want to make the most out of the price increase, you should not be contented in holding just 1 btc. You should be holding more, everything you can afford. Halving is just a few months away, so holding is. Good choice.
2417  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why do you have Bitcoin? on: May 27, 2016, 03:45:55 PM
I have bitcoins because i want to have free money onlinr and an extra job and income.I can earn bitcoins free via faucets and when i got enough bitcoins i will invest it and let it grow. One more reason why  I have bitcoins is it is on demand. And because of high price.

at this moment the bitcoin price is very high for me, in first time i know bitcoin the price also $400-$500 but after hard dump bitcoin price stable at under $200, i make more bitcoin arround 5-7btc from trading but i sell at lowest price, now i start invest at bitcoin again not interesting to sell except selling some bits just for save to fiat every week.

It's a pity you.sold at a low price, if you just have waited you could have easily doubled the amount of money you have. Well, it is a lesson and I hope you learned from it. That scenario can still happen again. The current price can still double and you will.have good profit. I just hope we have the patience to wait for it.
2418  Other / Off-topic / Re: Are you buying bitcoins? Why? on: May 27, 2016, 03:42:08 PM
Yes,I buy bitcoin.I think after halving price of bitcoin will rise again.
I buy bitcoin in every month,I wait for $1000 price per bitcoin after halving.

1000$ is still.a long way to go. We are still stuck at 450$ and there is still no.signs of moving up. I think even halving cannot make bitcoin value that much. It will go high but not as high as 1000$. Just continue buying and make sure to buy more when the price dips. That will make sure you get most of your money.
2419  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: May 27, 2016, 03:38:46 PM
To save some money you must dont be greedy otherwise it will be not possible to save some money because than you are just only spending and that is really bad.
But you have also to make an investment if you want to earn some more money later so you can get some profit.

I think you should have control on spending, and don't try to spend on useless things, or else you will never able to save money for future.

If you can't control your spending habits and always go overboard on your budget, it is better if you make your income larger. That way, even if you spend some money on some useless things, you still have more money to save. Just work hard and make your income greater than what you spend.
2420  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: May 27, 2016, 03:34:41 PM
Me im just planning to mine and mine and mine and store bitcoins on my wallet and wait for price increase then sell it for instant big profit.I've been storing bitcoins for about a month from my hashocean account ive aready save about 0.1 btc in total.Im hoping this halving i can have big profit now.Goodluck to all and to your future plans

0.1 bitcoin is not that big so you cannot expect to be earning a lot on this halving. Maybe on the next halving after this halving you can have more bitcoin and then you can expect to have a bigger profit on your hold. Just continue what you are doing and earn more bitcoins. Accumulate as much as you can and you will have a lot of money when the price gets really high.
